I am a new patient. Only been there twice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Doc is very friendly and knowledgeable. Very busy office, but seems to be well managed and efficient.

I came to the office as a patient not of record and they fit me in same day due to severe tooth pain caused by an abscess. Dr Fellner explained everything well and started the needed procedure same-day that alleviated over 90 percent of the pain. I am very grateful to Dr Fellner and his staff for the prompt service and attention to my needs.

The Hygienist did an excellent job! She explained everything from taking xrays through working on my teeth. If there is a rating: from 1-10? I give her a 15.

Dr.Fellner was caring, curtious and used a professional manner whenn explaining the options. The procedure was fast and painless as could be. All of the staff, from the front desk to the dental assistant were all friendly and caring. The dental hygienist was proficient and gentle. I will recommend This Dr. and this establishment to friends.

Dr. Fellner in my opinion is one of the few dentist around who is very good at what he do. He has mastered the art of dentistry and I am very thankful to him and his entire staff for their exceptional service and professionalism.

Of all doctor visits to make, the dentist is one of the hardest ! However, I have been seeing Dr. Thomas Fellner in Bartow and now Lake Wales Denistry since I was 9 years old!...,.,and he is truly the best! He goes to many up-to-date seminars, passing on the newest dental care almost every visit. He explains various options on how to attack any issues you may have, and discusses with you what is best and will maintain a healthy mouth for years to come. But best of all, he takes all fears away. Dr. Fellner’s office offers various levels of sedation, which I have never needed due to the way he handles you if you have to be numbed. His dental work in my mouth has never needed repair and he demands perfection from himself, his staff and his labs. Dr. Fellner’s office staff are friendly and accommodating and will do anything to get you an appt at your needed time. EMERGENCY APPTS ARE ALMOST ALWAYS MADE POSSIBLE! I feel extremely fortunate to have Dr. Fellner and his team to go to and won’t stop going until he retires! Dr. Fellner is truly the best ! Had a chipped tooth and have not been to a dentist for about 15 years. Dr. Fellner was in my dental plan so I thought I would give him a try since my mouth was in pain. He was friendly and explained what was going on inside my mouth and took care of the problem. I am now going to make him my primary dentist.

The staff was amazing! Racquel and Angie were pleasant, polite, & professional. They made accommodations and considerations for me that made all the difference in my appointments. Dr. Fellner made sure I was well informed and pleased with his work. Excellent!

Excellent Experience! Best CROWN I have ever had done. I have multiple crowns BTW. Staff is super nice! The wait times were long but he had dental emergencies before each of my appointments. Good to know that he will fit in emergency patients. Kept informed by the front desk.

Dr. Fellner is an excellent dentist. He is a caring doctor who listens to his patients and advises them on the best treatment that he can offer. I feel he is knowledgeable about the latest technology and gives his patients his years of experience to better serve them. His office staff is to be commended, too. They are very friendly and work with patients when an emergency comes up by working them in to see the dentist. I would definitely recommend Dr. Fellner.

He was very nice and we would recommend his office to anyone that was in need of a dentist in this area. One thing that he did was to tell us what was a possible problem with our teeth and that it needed to be watched but is not an immediate concern. Since that was what our previous dentist in Idaho felt, we were reassured that Dr Fellner is not in business to get rich but to help patients.

Dr. Fellner was patient with me and very kind. He listened to my concerns, addressed all the issues and he made sure I was completely taken care of. Aspen Dental had done an incomplete and poor job of a bridge and Dr. Fellner took care of make sure the bridge the other place started and never completed got completed. His prices are in line and his staff is superior. No need to search any further for a dentist. I found the best.

I have not had a good experience. Starting in Nov 2015 until Mar 2018 I have had nothing but trouble having 4 implants put in and trying to get a partial that works. Dr Fellner referred me to an oral surgeon in Winter Haven to see what was the problem and when I advisd him of the results and asked that he take out the bar and reline the partial. He did but refused to fit the denture and had his assist and ofc manager tell me that he no longer wanted to be associated with me. Thanks for ask

We were both very satisfied with our visits.

This guy is a jerk from the word go. He made it clear how inconvenient my smaller than average mouth is with the comment "why is your mouth so small, did you ask your father"? Not only a weird thing to say, but rude as well. Also had some kind of trainee or resident watching over his shoulder and made me feel like a lab specimen when he commented to the resident "I hate when they do that" because I asked to rinse or take a break.. Unbelievable that he still has a practice.

I have had good experience with Dr. Fellner. I find him to be both friendly and professional. His work seems to be of the highest quality.

He is rude and arrogant as wel as some of his employees being unprofessional. I have spent 1 1/2 to 2 hours waiting for a 15 minute procedure

This office is amazing! My whole family goes here. The staff is always so pleasant. I am actually a health insurance agent in Bartow and refer all my dental insurance client to them because of my experience. My hygienist Jennifer is the only one who has every made my husband comfortable. She takes time with you to go over what needs to be improved and how to go about doing it. My 7 year old son loves going here and getting his teeth cleaned. They give out goodies in the end to incisive " flossing and bruising". I highly recommend them for all your dental needs! My family has used Dr. Fellner for years and we always just assumed the dentist was always an awful experience.... until we switched and realized what going to a great dentist is like. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. Too rough when it comes to routine procedures and not friendly... at all.
