This was my old dentist and to be honest, I did not have a good experience at all. Always felt belittled and talkin down to. Also, I would get assurance from Dr. Fenlon that I would not be charged for certain things, yet he was always lying. I ALWAYS got bills from the lab for things he promised me he wouldn't charge for. Been going to Dr Fenlon for 22 years. This time for a treatment during the COVID 19 pandemic. Their screening and health safety checks were very thorough before stepping foot in the examination room. It turns out that during the check-up, everything was normal and I had made great improvements that Dr Fenlon did not have to proceed with any treatment. The last couple of years they have been telling me what I needed to do on my own . It was not until the " stay at home" Pandemic orders that I finally really focused on their recommendations to the full extent and they were right . My new routine is now in place and here to stay. I have been going to Dr Fenlon for years, he has always taken great care of me and my family

The most thorough and empathetic office I have ever been in. Dr. Fenlon understands that people fear dentistry and he is very thorough but with little pain. The whole office is so responsive.

Recently, I was in NYC on vacation and began to suffer severe ear pain and shooting pains in my head. I saw two different doctors (one at a walk-in clinic in NYC) who couldn't figure out the problem. Finally, after returning home and speaking with Dr. Fenlon, he figured out that I was suffering from TMD. I have an NTI (a night guard) that Dr. Fenlon made for me because he saw the signs that I grind my teeth at night....but I hadn't been wearing it for the past two months. Mike quickly made me an appointment to be seen that week. Dr. Fenlon adjusted my NTI. Now, for the first time in a week, I haven't had to take 600 mg of ibuprofen every six hours and muscle relaxers for the pain! Suffer from headahces? Go see Dr. Fenlon!!! Top notch experience. Fantastic staff. Fair and straightforward billing. They made the ENTIRE family feel comfortable. After seeing a half dozen other dentists in the Baltimore/howard co. area, I can highly recommend this as the best. We will never go anywhere else.

I have been going to Dr. Fenlon for years, and I absolutely love it. Dr. Fenlon is a very kind and knowledgeable personality, and I've always felt totally at ease when I am in the chair. The hygienists also do excellent work - they know my whole family, so it really is that 'family style practice' you hear about from back in the day.

I have been going to Dr. Fenlon for years. The results have always been better than expected. In every case, the pain level has been as close to zero as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Fenlon to everyone I know who needs dental work performed, or who simply want cosmetic enhancements.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fenlon's for about 20 years. Dr. Fenlon is the Needle King of the Dentistry Universe. I just went to him to fill 4 cavities at once (I carelessly went 6 years without seeing a dentist because of moves around the country). When I asked him when he was going to put the numbing gel on my gums (because I am terrified of the needles and have to hold the dental assistants hand) he looked at me and simply stated "I dont use it anymore because it is completely useless. I can give you all the needles and you wont feel a thing." Although skeptical I went ahead with it because at that point what choice did I have. I LITERALLY did not feel a thing. It was amazing. I had all 4 cavities filled with absolutely zero pain or feeling at any point during my procedure. I can honestly say it was my pleasure to go and see Dr. Fenlon. Thank you so much! Our family has been seeing Dr. Fenlon for about TWENTY years! He and his staff are truly caring of people's dental health. Dr. Fenlon takes a conservative and artistic approach to treatment. Unlike other area dentists, every corrective treatment that he has given me has fit perfectly. If you need fillings, crowns, or bridges, he gives you a good fit AND knows just the right way to make them stay affixed. His skills seem to apply a keen sense of the laws of dental physics, chemistry of materials, and micro-visual artistry. My family and I have never experienced any adverse complications from his treatments. His office staff are friendly, amiable, and every bit as caring as he is--it's a real family operation.
