Tom has been my physician for almost 30 years. He is the kindest and most caring physician I have ever met.
Horrible. Staff are lazy, incompetent, petulant and immature. Hell trying to get your meds. And don't complain or get upset or they will accuse you of cursing at them and hang up on you! After yrs in customer service myself, these people do not know how to listen or show compassion. Further they need to find another line of work. One where they don't interact with patients. Horrible. My family and I have been going to Dr. Tom for 18 years now and we all love him. He's unlike most doctors because he takes his TIME with you. He NEVER makes you feel rushed or like a number. My husband has diabetes really bad he handles his care better than any specialist. Highly recommend him and his assistant Hannah ♡
