Dr Kelly and his staff are wonderful! Been going to him for years.

If you travel the world, you may not ever find a doctor as good as Dr. Kelly! I found him after seeing some 5-6 optometrists and 5-6 pairs of new glasses! All these doctors claimed to 'understand' eye strain, but they did nothing to help me! Some whipped me thru a quick exam some a bit better, but despite the other doctors efforts, I continued to suffer! Then I discovered Dr. Kelly, he TRULY understood eyestrain! He had eye issues as a teen, and that got him interested in optometry and of convergence of the eyes...and let me tell you IF your's don't converge, and you have many headaches, eye exercises to help your eyes to learn to 'see together' may be your answer. I have gone to Dr. Kelly for about 19 years now, and have had tremendous relief! And my eyes at a point got better!! for a few years I saw 20/15! Amazing. (Due to the exercises he gave me). Dr. Kelly has been eye doctor since I was 4 years old. Wouldn’t consider ever going to another location!

I’ve been going to dr Kelly for 20 years. The bay office is wonderful. Timely always and I love buying my glasses there. Very helpful!!!

All aspects of my experience here were excellent, including an eye exam.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Kelly since I was eight years old. My wife and I now live out of state, and I still come into see him for a periodic check up and lens purchase. He and his staff were able to detect a corneal issue in my left eye that had been previously overlooked by several doctors. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. I can't thank Dr. Kelly and his staff enough for getting me in today! My first visit was amazing the entire staff is so nice and very knowledgeable! Actually a very enjoyable experience at the doctors office! Thank you so much!

He has always been so kind and helpful in the several years I have gone to him. I only wish it didn't take so long to get appt. I guess I should expect that from such a good optometrist. Also I have never had to go back because my lenses , something wrong with them , experience with other eye care facility. Praise God for guiding me to him.

The entire staff is very knowledgeable and always friendly.

Dr. Kelly is both highly professional and personable. My exam was meticulously thorough and all of my questions were patiently answered. The technition that performed my initial tests and took medical history, etc kept me informed as to the nature of the tests performed and was very adept at her job. Last but not least, Andrea, that facilitated my choosing options for my lenses as well as frames is clearly someone that excels at their job. Her admirable patience and high level of knowledge of lens options, frame styles and pricing were invaluable in my finding a pair of glasses that were right for me. Seeing is Believing. Left my appointment with perfect vision. These are the Pro's and the girls who help you with your frames are fabulous.

I have been seeing Dr. Kelly for at least 25 years, and have no desire to go elsewhere. He is a competent, and very nice man.

Dr. Kelly and staff are great. They are caring, knowledgeable and operate in a very comfortable atmosphere. It's never a bad experience.

Dr. Kelly is an excellent OD who has been seeing to my and my family's eyes for years. We have never been disappointed. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. He just added another OD to his practice, Dr. Frombach, and my experience with her was excellent as well - professional, attentive, and thorough. Would highly recommend.

My first appointment was on time and went very smooth. I received my prescription and thankfully good information on my eyes medical health. The staff was very friendly and the office was very nice. I recommend Dr. Kelly and his associates for anyone wanting an eye exam.

Very friendly, best of the best!! A good eye exam takes time. Prices of the eyewear very reasonable and come with no additional cost for highest quality. After moving out of the area, tried a local Dr closer to home - very disappointed in the quality of the exam, the glasses and the communication was poor. Came back to dr. Kelly - it's over an hour drive but my eyes are worth the trip!

Great Doctors and Staff. Major concern is knowing what they will charge you for (always with a smile). Ask them what it is they will charge for and what you're insurance covers or you will be surprised.

I found Dr. Kelly to be very helpful, informative, patient with my questions, and pleasant. I felt confident in his assessment of my eyes. HOWEVER, the placement of all those glasses, etc, at the FRONT of the DOCTOR EXAMINING rooms seems to send the wrong message…." we sell glasses & frames, and will do an exam to show that you should buy some glasses." I think the exam/doctor rooms should be first & foremost. Glass options, SECOND. Yes, I know you are constrained by the physical space, but truly, you are primarily an EYE DOCTOR's office, not primarily an eyeglass selling store. Thomas Kelly has always been extremely enjoyable to work with. He was tremendously helpful when he found a tumor inside my wife's eye.

Very friendly and helpful staff; flexible office hours and the doctors are caring and knowledgeable. Also, there is a wonderful selection of frames available and prices are competitive.

I have been seeing Dr. Kelly for my eye exams for quite a few years now. I have always found him and his staff very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Everyone is very professional. The office is clean and pleasant. They have always met my expectations. One time i needed Dr, Kellt's helpmon a holiday and he very graciously assusted me!I have never had a bad experience and have been using Dr. Kelly's services for over 25 years. When I met Dr. Kelly, I had previously went to 6 or 7 optometrists who all prescribed glasses that caused more problems than they solved. I had major eye stain, headaches and misery! But I didn't know 'how' to fix it. To boot, I worked on the computer editing video 8hrs a day!! Then, I waited for 3 months to get into a world renowned clinic (in Cleveland), and after about 8 minutes of cursory examination the Dr. wrote me a script for 'happy' medication. So when I finally met Dr. Kelly, my prayers were answered. He was the only one who TRULY understood 'Convergence' of the eyes!! I just needed vision therapy: eye exercises that he prescribed. I now think that many people may be 'medicated' with either drugs or even new glasses, when often they just have mild lack of 'Convergence' (true ocular focusing of the eyes to make 1 image in the mind--pain starts when you brain is getting 2 images very close to each other) When I met Dr. Kelly, I had previously went to 6 or 7 optometrists who all prescribed glasses that caused more problems than they solved. Great Experience. Staff was wonderful, Appointment was on time. Exam was great. Everything from beginning to end (getting glasses) was good. They worked well with my insurance. No problems. I would definitely go back to the same practice.

Dr Kelly is a great doctor and very thorough, BUT it is ridiculous to be at his office for 2 hrs for an eye exam and eye health checkup. I had the first appointment of the day and still had to wait before I was seen! Once the tech does some initial stuff, prepare to wait again. Dr. Kelly will come in and do some tests and look into your eyes, then leave you waiting again. Also, ordering contacts and glasses through his office is a bit of a ripoff... considerably higher than market prices.

I have been going to Dr. Kelly's office for years and have had a great experience. It is easy to schedule appointments, the receptionists are always friendly and helpful, Dr. Kelly makes sure to answer questions in a very understandable way, and the staff members who help choose frames are accommodating and knowledgeable. After being a patient for over twenty years I can say the practice is a shell of the family run business it once used to. My last attempt at a visit left me sitting in the waiting room for nearly an hour past my appointment time. The practice now crams in patients and appointments with multiple doctors, as it is nearly impossible to see Dr. Kelly, and by cramming people in they can maximize their profits. Unfortunately their costumer service has went way down. Take the day off if u plan to go.

I have a very hectic schedule and the staff is very understanding and conforming to that. Always quick and efficient, friendly and informantive. I appreciate the staff and how easy they make it to get my prescriptions.

I saw Dr. Trigilio and I had a wonderful experience. Their facility was easy to get to and the patient care was respectful and courteous.
