He is a good Doctor but has not a good bed side manor! He will not take the time to let you ask questions an rushes you through appt. I found him to be very obnoxious.

I have been a RN for 20 plus years, have dealt with numerous doctors and I have never had a doctor be so demeaning in my life. He portrays himself as being superior to his patients. I had to have Achilles tendon surgeries on both ankles, one causing the other to become damaged. 3 out of 4 orthopedic specialist demeaning that the 2nd ankle was because of the other and this man would NOT deam it causative. He is arrogant, has terrible bedside manner and has NO compassion for his patients!!! If I could give this man a zero, I most certainly would!! I will never recommend him to anyone!! This doctor was condescending and had horrible bedside manner. My consult with him was the worst I’ve ever had. He recommended a procedure that two other docs (I consulted multiple orthopedics) recommended against. He’s a quack and a jerk.

Good listener, good explainer. Did an excellent job of rebuilding a severely injured shoulder, near 100% recovery in one year.

Seems like a high class doctor to me kind of tells you what you need instead of listening to the patient

I was referred to Dr Kneifel by the VA to check for a shoulder replacement a few years ago. He didnt want to see the mri and x-rays on disc I had brought with me but did a quick x-ray and dismissed me saying he just does shoulder repair and not replacements have a good day bye. Now I must have the replacement as i am in constant level 6-7 pain as the joint has disintegrated so much debris is just "floating" and causing concerns. And that does not take into account the tendons are completely torn

He was patient, explained everything and took the time to listen to my concerns. He was open to waiting on surgery to see if other non-invasive methods worked first - they did not. He performed by knee surgery and I have not had a problem since - awesome doctor!!

I went to see Dr. Kneifel today for the first time for my knee. He is very professional and he gave me options on what I wanted to do today. He is very polite, efficient and caring.
