Both my husband and I see him. He saved my husband's life. He takes the time to explain thi gs to you.

Poorest respect to his patients. He over books appt and makes patients wait min 1.5 hours. Then he makes you wait another hour in the exam room. Hasn’t updated furniture in at least 15 years. Bring a cushion. Nice guy, but I am searching for another DR.

Amazing man!! Very knowledgeable and caring. He is the best!!!

I have been going to Dr Lambert for over a month with 6 visits total so far and no complaints from either the office staff or the Dr. No long wait times. all in all a pleasant experience.

He saved my life, I’m forever greatful. Would not go any where else. Amazing!

No one answers phone. Messages are never returned. Wait time is hours. You have to physically go to his office to make contact. You would think Dr Lambert would care about his practice and how his staff represents him but he doesn’t care. Go elsewhere!

Dr.. Lambert is a great doctor who I will give 10 stars to. The wait time is two hours every time I go. That’s why I gave 3 stars only. They overbook too many appointments in one day. Our time is money and a 2 hour wait is not respectful to the patient. People are standing in the hallway because there is no seating left in his office. This needs attention. Dr.. He takes excellent care of me which is why I deal with the long wait times. My health is worth it. He works very long hours and is a very dedicated doctor.

the staff at this office is RIDICULOUS... No call backs, transfer you to nowhere! I have been in the office several times with my husband! and rarely do I even hear the phone ringing... STAFF up or transfer your patience to another DR!

I've been seeing Dr. Lambert for 11 years. He's the best our town has.

I find Dr. Lambert to be a very good doctor. He has helped me on multiple occasions and takes all of my concerns very seriously. Getting a call back from his office staff is sporadic and from the office manager, well it never happens. If you want an excellent doctor, choose him. He has called me himself when I needed medical help and/or advice. If you need help with paperwork, you may need to go into the office. I don't think it is fair to rate him and his office staff together. I find the people at the front desk to be friendly, but unreliable for callbacks. I don't think you could find a better cardiologist. Since the question is would I recommend Dr. Lambert, the answer is absolutely! Therefore I can only give a five star rating.

The initial review was not written by me. My husband was evaluated by Lambert and had an echo and a stress test. He was told he was OK and then he DIED 2 weeks later!

A review of Dr Thomas's care would easily be 10 However, his STAFF IS THE WORST! Sadly these are the people he choose to support his excellence. Spoke to Angie Alexis or whatever her name is in Billing regarding a piece of paper. She advised in more or less words that she has no idea about the functions of her job and that she doesn't know if she can give me a piece of paper that showed I came in to the office for unanticipated appointment (not with the dr but with a vendor) I explained how confusing it is that she is working and doesn't know her job. How I am in the primary insured, patient and payer. Yet you can't give me something showing my coverage paid your office. Without speaking to some one else. I don't think she she be working until fully trained. This young lady then says I'm personally attacking her because I'm pointing out her ignorance of her job and hangs up in my face. I used no profane language or expletives with her. I then call back and speak to another rude worker to express my disappointment with Alexis. Now obviously these people are in the same office so as I'm explaining myself the lady tells me to BE QUIET! And tries to talk over me. This causes to lose my cool as I know Dr Thomas wouldn't be ok with this type of treatment of his patients. Now I'm yelling because you will not disrespect me. Another lady Andrea or whomever gets on the phone because I'm upset, no one wants to listen and she starts yelling at me too. I explained to her that I'm grown and she said she is too so I asked why does she think she can talk to me like a child?? She hung up on me as well. Ive always found his team a bit flustered and unprofessional but his care is so awesome you just suffer through it. He truly needs to clean house because these workers are worst of worst. Excellent cardiologist!

Never stops working to help you

So tired of seeing complaints by people. Dr. Lambert is highly trained, kind and humble. Most of all he saved my life. Can't say enough good things about him.

My mom changed over to Dr. Lambert for her 2nd pacemaker change (prematurely due to complications from the beginning with her first one). It was like night and day the difference she experienced under Dr. Lambert's care. Highly recommended. If your loved one needs a pacemaker, he is the one to see.

Poor Experience - Dr. Lambert is a good doctor and takes time with his patients. However, the office is poorly run and the office manager schedules so many simultaneous appointments that the wait time is hours. There is no respect for your time. So if you have better things to do than wait for hours to see the doctor - find another.

I have decided to leave Dr. Lambert after many years with him. The reason is that I needed a cardiac clearance for surgery from another doctor and nobody on his staff would return my calls for help. Four days and four polite but urgent messages left on his nurse hotline resulted in not one returned call, despite the greeting promising a return call by the next business day. My urologist finally was able to get his clearance at 4pm the day before the procedure. Meanwhile I was stressed, not knowing if my heart could reliably withstand a general anesthesia. I never want to go through that again.

If being able to reach a nurse for urgent advice is important to you, consider that I left messages for four consecutive days on the nurse's hotline and never got a call. I needed a cardiology release for a pending surgical procedure. I was stressed and unable to get ANY response from his office. My surgeon's assistant took up the cause and finally received the release literally two hours before the operation (after trying for over a week). I was left hanging (and fasting), not knowing whether the procedure would proceed or not. No excuse for this when his nurse's phone greeting says they will return all calls within one business day. I will be changing cardiologists after many years with Dr. Lambert because I feel that access to a health professional within 24 hours is not something I can sacrifice.

Rude, arrogant, just wants your money. Awful to the staff who is also rude and unfriendly. I'll never be back again.

Amazing Cardiologist and Man !

Office Staff is rude and I have been trying for a week now to get an appointment which they claim they never received the Referral from my doctor. My doctor sent the referral twice.

Dr. Lambert saved my life. I can’t overestimate the quality of his expertise and care. I had 14 stents when I moved to Las Vegas. My cardiologist in Los Angeles was treating me medically, had given up on me basically. Had chest pain a lot, eating nitroglycerin like candy. When I wound up at Mountainview with intractable angina, he placed two more stents, one in a blockage in a graft from my bypass, another in a chronic total occlusion. Long story short, now I’m walking to church nearly every morning, enjoying life again...Thank you, Dr. Lambert. (He graduated from Duke; I’m a Carolina alum, and I can still say this!) Dr. Lambert is knowledgeable for sure and got me to a position of stability with my heart, but there are a lot of issues regarding follow-up by staff, communication to client (myself) and overall office etiquette. I have never directly been able to communicate with him outside of office visits. That leads me to why I am reviewing his staff more than Dr. Lambert. After 7 minutes on hold, the office manager who was a compassionate as a frog in boiling water came on with an attitude that led to arguing back and forth regarding lost or not received test results which are normally available by computer by logging into the hospital portal. To have to argue about no communication of why a procedure was cancelled last minute a week before, lost test results that were supposedly read, and how people are satisfied with him and I had had enough. I ended up getting a second opinion and immediate results in one day which says it all about his support team.

I have been a patient of Dr Lamberts for a while now. He is very kind and concerned with all his patients. He takes the time to talk to each patient and stays current with all issues.

Dr. Lambert staff review instead. Rude people that insist on calling you a liar because they are not big enough adults to admit when they screwed up and dropped the ball, like an appt. So being in sales and living on commissions I think I keep a pretty tight rope on when I’m able to make money or not. I scheduled an appt. for the end of January on the 31st because that was the earliest I was told I could get in to see him. However, I did try to get in sooner and was told that the 31st was the soonest I could get in to see him. Come the 31st they all me saying that I missed my appt. on the 30th, what! I explained it had to be an error on their end because when booking the appt. I tried attempting to get in sooner but they didn’t have anything for me. Then I hear your wrong it’s you. Really! I specifically remember booking the appt. and going through this because it was happening on the very last day of month I could earn a commission on. Unless you like rude people stay away!!!!

Simply put, he saved my life. A skilled doctor that never stops working on a difficult case. One of very few cardiologists that could have done my two very difficult stents.

Dr Lambert is very caring, thorough & extremely dedicated. He helped to save my mom's life...after they found several blockages. She ended up with bypass surgery, but also 7 stents were placed by Dr Lambert. He (along with the surgeon) chose the best course of action based on other health issues that she has and she is healthier than ever!! I see him as well now to maintain my heart health. The wait can be long at his office, but I trust him with both my mom's life & my own. It is worth the wait to see a Dr that will make the best decisions for your health. I have been a patient for many years. He is knowledgeable, caring, thoughtful, and more. Wait times are often a problem, he is worth it.

Dr. Lambert saved my husband's life 20 years ago, while he was waiting for a heart transplant. Now, I have been diagnosed with heart failure and had to choose a cardiologist. Of course, I chose Dr. Lambert! Dr. Lambert is so knowledgeable and very compassionate. I feel that I am receiving the best possible care with Dr. Lambert. I also like that I am provided with a printout of the results from that day's appointment when I leave the office! In addition, his staff is wonderful.

There is no other cardiologist I would go to. He is methodical and thorough. I followed his instructions and recommendations; changed my diet and walk five miles every morning for four years now. I no longer required his care because I did as instructed; few people do.

Dr Lambert is one of the most caring and is very educated in his field. Dr Lambert is the only Dr. I will wait for as I understand he takes care of every patient that walks in his office. He ALWAYS takes his time with each person. Your not a number or a dollar sign . He does what needs done in the best interest of his patient. I had an issue at work with being dizzy. It really scared me. Dr. Lambert got me in right away and helped me resolve all issues and concerns. He was very patient and talked with me while listening to my concerns. Dr. Lambert has been both my mother and fathers heart doctor for years and I am very grateful he was there for me too. As a new patient I highly recommend him.

Dr lambert is money hungry he leaves his patient in the waiting room for at least 4 hrs. He treated my father for a bladder infection but he had septcis in his body and knowing he had this and almost died from it cleared him for open heart surgury and he knew what was wrong and never told my mom or dad he had it. Dr. Lambert has been honest with us about all aspects of my husband's condition. He has been patient with our concern about the other health factors that complicated my husband's recovery from his heart surgery and related issues. Dr. Lambert listens to us, talks to us, and respects our questions with thoughtful answers. This heart condition has not been a smooth or an easy road but Dr. Lambert has been thorough, and we feel confident of the care received.

Great Doctor. Always responds to our needs whether in hospital, returning phone calls or emergency visits. Always pleasant. Answers your questions. Never in rush. We love him. Have referred numerous patients to him and they love him.
