He is truly awful! Not by total luck of knowledge. He is so cynical, he does not really care - if he ever did... Under the guise of being approachable, he really does not put one's child ahead of Kaiser's profits. Just don't bother him, he knows exactly what he is doing. NOT!

I adopted my son while he was in the middle of his chemo treatments. Dr. Lamkin and his entire staff were consistently helpful, compassionate, understanding, patient, and kind. When even the most basic of terminology was new to me, he took the time to explain everything. He reviewed all my son's records from Texas and kept him on the same regimen, and explained what the next year would look like for us. He is kind and patient with my son and I feel like he really cares about us.

We had many issues so I will just give the highlights. He refused to give my child an injection that stimulates white blood cells because he told us it cost too much then my son had too low a count for his next chemo. He was rude. He told me his belief that cancer is either good or bad, regardless of treatment or diagnosis you either got lucky or unlucky and nothing could change that outcome, you lived or died by chance. He refused to follow standard treatment protocols. He was truly awful.
