Staff was very friendly over the phone and in person they are there to help, I took my mother and hey treat her like one of their own very hard to find that now a days with doctors offices

Very rude office manager!! Your job is to help patients understand their benefits and find solutions.

Manager is rude and talks down to people. Not sympathetic, courteous or professional in any way. I tried today to see I could perhaps see the other Dr. but was rudely refused. Instead of trying to satisfy a patient, they preferred to lose one. This is why I am letting the public know and to be aware of what you sign. Still going to inquire or perhaps report to the Medical Board. At least voice some concerns. Have been going for over two years and I am worse than ever. Never again going back and would not recommend at all. Maybe I'm one in a million but I'm still one. Cannot wear shorts anymore and completely depressed from this. Commercials are deceiving and outcome. I have gone back and fourth with blood clots and veins that look like freeways now, but now I'm permanently scared. I hate to bad mouth any company or business, but all I hear are excuses and keep paying them again and again and no good outcome. BEWARE!! Manager is rude and talks down to people.
