Mr. Thomas Rafferty

Called on Friday late afternoon; was seen, diagnosed and crown repaired early Monday morning!

I saw Dr Rafferty for a consultation on some broken and missing teeth. He was extremely helpful and non judgmental. I look forward to working through this with him.

I came to Dr Rafferty long ago with molar tooth that was fracture from before but I never took it out. Dr Rafferty recommended I take the remaining of that molar tooth which he did. All appeared a straight forward procedure which it did, however, when weeks went by and few months down the road I started feeling like few little hard bumps in the gum where the remaining of the tooth was taken out but did not pay much attention . I then went to another dental clinic on a weekend to have another tooth taken out , when they took x-rays of my whole upper and lower teeth they told me that I had fragments of tooth in the gum area where Dr Rafferty took the fracture one. Dr Rafferty never took x-rays after he took the fracture molar to make sure that all was clear, instead, he let me go like that . In my opinion, although Dr Rafferty would appear to be very knowledgeable he could be very clumsy and careless as a dentist - Im sorry to be opened but that is the truth

Dr. Lopez is the dentist I usually see at this practice- he is great - highly recommend him!

On time/ clearly explained the issues and the corrective procedure

Dr Rafferty was professional in demeanor and his exam of my teeth was thorough

Excellent Informative Friendly

Dr. Thomas Rafferty extracted all 4 of my wisdom teeth with local anesthetic. He never explained any possible complications or side effects that could occur as a result of this procedure. I developed chin numbness, had a sinus communication, and worse a post-op infection that needed additional surgery. After he removed my teeth, he never followed up with me. As a matter of fact, he just disappeared. As a fellow health professional, this man performed complete malpractice.
