Doctor was nice and I feel knowledgeable. It took over a month and three times of sending my fmla paperwork back to Casey to get it properly filled out. Then they sent me a bill, when the va was paying for it. To top it all off, I find out, from the surgery center the day before surgery, at quiting time (because casey was late getting them there required papper work), that I wasn't going to be put under for them to amputate my toe. All because Casey (the office manager) never sent the VA a surgery release form for them to run my tests and release me for anesthesia. So instead of holding someone accountable, they asked me to leave. Top down management at its best. Thank-you, with the organization skills, displayed in your office, you may have cut off the wrong toe.

Front office friendly and efficient. Appointments are on time. Arrived before my appointment time of 10. At 10, my name was called, I was shown to an exam room and within 3 minutes Dr. Roberts appeared. He is through, engaging, medically proficient, ask questions and aks if you/I have any questions. Cares about your health. Bob

It was my first time seeing a podiatrist today and this doctor is awesome!! He figured out the problem in the first ten minutes and I am 100% better! Love this doctor!

Dr. Roberts removed a very large bunion, barely a scar today. Appreciated his professional approach of simple removal without a titanium toe knuckle replacement that the docs in GA. insisted upon. Really appreciated the hot air blanket during surgery!

I had an appt with this doctor on Feb. 9th at the PCB office. I was not notified that the doctor was out of town. Being disabled it took me 3 hrs to prepare for appt. I arrived to a locked door. So I called repeatedly and received a call back 15 min. later. The rep told me that she had the last digit of my phone number incorrect. I pointed out that she had sent me registration papers so she had my address. She said she no longer had it and couldn't look my number up because of HIPPA.
