It was the second visit with him and it is wonderful how well he cares for his patients. I would highly recommend him

2nd time I've been to this place. Didn't go back the 1st time because I didn't like the Dr. New doctor now but basically the samething happened. I don't go there because I want to it's because I'm in pain and need help. And never get the help I'm needing. Shots are not just the only treatment. I'm needing help all around. The shots don't just help or at least me but I was willing to go through with them in the as a whole approach at feeling better but still leaving in pain with no relief and no follow up appointments. I don't understand why I have to keep suffering. I won't be going back. Looking for someone who hears me and is trying to understand me and not just hear themselves.

Was there possibly 5 minutes. He wasn't to concerned about my problem. Told me I'd probably forget about it if the inflammation meds he prescribed helped. He reminds me of my old primary doctor. Let's not fix the problem, just take a pill and it'll be ok. Whatever..

Prompt courteous service from staff and professional advice from Dr Satterly, I would recommend his office to anyone needing orthopedic assistance…

Talks to you straight forward doesn't beat around the bush. Very happy with the Dr

Everyone was very polite, professional, and helpful. The staff addressed my issues promptly, with only 3 or 4 minutes of waiting in their lobby. So far, very happy with their approach and communication.

Dr. Satterly has a very good bedside manor and was very professional about my procedure. He gave me my life back and I can't thank him enough! Hands down a great doctor!

I had scheduled an appt. with him based on a recommendation and I made the appt. 3 weeks in advance and explained in detail why I was coming to him and why was coming to him. The day of my appointment, actually 1 hour from it, his office staff calls me and informs me that he is no longer doing knee Replacements -the surgery that I was coming to him for. There was no explanation, just a sorry for late notice. DO NOT use him. Terrible customer service.

I've had my share of different orthopedic surgeons.....dr satterly explained all my option to hip care and from the xrays and his opinion I had bilateral hip surgery. He was very kind and caring. My pain in walking is now over with.

With a recently discovered hip impingement/severe cartilage damage. Being so young I wanted a second opinion. Made an appt with Dr. Satterly – he walked in the room – never introduced himself, GRABBED my neatly organized envelope with my XRAYs, MRI & the medical records that I brought with me out of my hands & only returned half the contents. He paced and was very fidgety as I asked questions about alternative methods to hip replacement (steroid shots, physical therapy, less invasive surgery etc.) His answers were condescending, incomplete & at one point laughed at me & said ‘you should know cartilage doesn’t repair itself’. After less than 10 minutes, he got up and said he had a very important phone call and never came back. Orthopedic Surgeons are busy & the good ones are normally booked weeks in advance. But when I called his office for an appt his availability was wide-open, that should have been my first sign. Do NOT recommend. Wish I could give 0 stars.

He had decided not to do surgery before he entered the room. He minimized the level of pain and disfunction caused by severe arthritis in my hip. He was more concerned with being right than listening to how this was affecting my ability to function. I currently am confined to a wheelchair. He showed no compassion or a desire to refer to another physician who could help. Would never recommend this provider, very disappointed.

Went to Dr. Satterly in late Dec. per appt. set up by SSM Hospital....I had a couple of x-rays and a 5 minute (if that long) with Dr. Satterly who said he could send me for re-hab or I could re-hab at home. I chose home and I left. This was the extent of my visit where he did nothing. I was sent a bill and I have been making payments. TODAY I RECEIVE A DUN NOTICE FROM A COLLECT. AGENCY FOR $47.00. I did make the last payment to SSM MED GRP AS ALWAYS AND YET I GET DUNNED ANYWAY??? SHEER GREED!!
