Dr. Thu Trang Do

Dr. Do is very gentle and kind. Explains everything and answers all questions. She never rushes and listens to you. The only thing about the office is the front office staff not very friendly. If you don’t have an appointment you do have to wait. But I would not change doctors because of that.

1. Worst Dr office in town but it's not cuz the doctor. 2. The staff they have at the desk are beyond useless. Get new people and get more of them to actually do the work 3. They ignore digital refills and fax and calls and just outright have no one competent at the front desk 4. HAD TO ACTUALLY WALK IN TO GET MY AUTOMATIC PRESCRIPTION FILLED THEN TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME. Dear Dr Do, get better staff that actually does their job or I'm going somewhere else

I take my Mom there. Crowded. Patients waiting outside. Long waits with an appointment. Staff busy. Low tech. You have to wait for the results. When I got to see her she was very nice and attentive.

doc do is top notch. easy to talk to. knows her medicine. i recoomend her to anyone seeking a family doctor.

She is my family doctor for many years and never had any complains. Very kind, details oriented, always helpful and supportive. I would recomend this doctor to anyone I know.

Dr.Thu T.Do,Do Place is the best ever! I want to always say Yes to her.. I love the service there make you feel better about your issue . No no matter what you going through she looks out. Find out what the problem is. Plus they take medical . What else can I say she is smart. know what to do . Need more Dr's I'm like her.

Dr. Do is by far one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She was patient, knowledgeable, kind and very attentive to my needs.

I saw Dr. Do today and she was patient, kind, thoughtful, empathetic, and very helpful. I left feeling much better and at ease with her medical advice and care.

Dr. Thu Trang is an extremely patient and charismatic physician. She is not only very passionate and knowledgable in the work that she does but her kind personality makes everyone in the room feel calm and at ease. I highly recommend!

Most wonderful Doctor. She listens to your complaint and don't hesitate to get you the right testing you need per your health complaint. Makes you feel blessed after you leave her office. Doc is amazing nothing bad to say, trying to get a hold of her is hard and noone answers after 1 happened a few times but overall I'm not changing her unless I moved she is good

Long wait time no matter what and they always spell my name wrong and $45 for a doctors note, this place is horrible unless you want to get the any painkiller for no reason

Long waits can’t even get an appointment when it works for my work schedule. I’m not a walk in patient and not emergency. I was trying to set an appointment and twice they didn’t have time when it worked for me. Lady at the desk suggested I walk in, but to be advised the waits are always long... they need to figure it a better way of dealing with their patients maybe open up more appointments and ask people to call and set appointsmes that way everyone would hopefully waste less time. Dr.do didnt explain to my mom that she had diabetes, and wrote the wrong name on the prescription. She is unprofessional and should retire

Dr. Do is a great primary care doctor. She has great bed side manor and does not make you feel rushed. She spends the time diving into your symptoms to get a thorough diagnosis!

dr. do was an ok doctor, but her staff is a nightmare. they never answer phone calls and when they do ,they hang up on you. God for bid you to get a referral to another doctor to go to because the staff is supposed send them out but they never do and if you go to pick it up they tell you you have to wait until they send it out. I have been waiting for that referral since march of 2015 and its now January 2016.that should tell you something. I will never go there again.

Dr. Do always pleasantly treats my father and uncle very well whenever we make an appointment to see her. She takes her time explaining their conditions and provides excellent service and care as well as making their experience pleasant.
