Oh my gosh my 95 year old mom has been waiting 5 days to get a call back about a prescription! Just keeps getting told " we will give the message to Dr. J. and he will get back to you" the 4 times we have called. Today I tried calling AGAIN, no answer so I looked on Google only to find out they are closed Friday afternoon. Unbelievable. They FINALLY called back later on Friday and said they would call in a prescription to CVS. THEY NEVER CALLED IT IN!

He's great if you are well and don't need medical treatment. But, on the other hand, if you are not well and require assistance of some type, you are looking at the wrong person. Why you ask. 30 minutes to reach the office by phone at least. No response to your concerns even when you drive to the office because no one answers the phone so you show up in person. Seven hours later after coughing up a lung with no response from the doctor's office, you are angry. I know I am. That's why I wrote this review.

I had a the beginning of an UTI. Could not give a urine sample sufficient to send but it was bloody. I asked if he could give me a broad spectrum antibiotic and I would bring in a urine sample. Then if needed, he could change the medication if needed after the culture results come back. Nurse showed him the scant bloody urine but he just wouldn't help me. I left and went to urgent care and they did just what I had suggested with one followup visit. Everything went perfect. Changing doctors. Urgent care doctor said I had caught infection just in time.

Was just what I needed. Good Dr. Here in the villages.

I have had great experiences with Dr. Jag. He explains things to me when I don’t understand and I put my trust in him. If I have an issue he can’t handle he makes arrangements for me to see a specialist. Great Dr. over several years.

Dr. Jagalur is great. Except for Jennifer is office staff is terrible. They do not call back, they do not return calls from other doctors or nurses. It takes multiple phone calls to get anything done. God help you if you need a Rx refilled

Horrible Doctor ! Crooked

Waited 2 weeks for my appointment. Filled his paperwork for 2 days, threatened to be there 30 minutes before or you will have to reschedule. Showed up 39 mins before appointment. In waiting room only 1 pt all others wait outside. Tested my head for fever: negative. Nurse takes all my papers and i asked for copies of of my end of life wishes and info about electives. Nurse comes in waiting room and ask if my ADA Federally Registered Service Dog (greyhound) is an Emotional Support or Therapy. Dog. No she has her Federal Service Dog vest, collar on and her handler’s strap that says SERVICE Dog. and offered her to look at her Federal picture of her on the vest required by ADA Federal rules. Nurse returns to office and then comes back to me and states “The dr won’t see you!” Why I ask? He is allergic to dogs!!!! My question to his iffice staff, “Why is that not nited on his papers he sends outs. Weejs if wautung, hiyrs of filling out all his firms (20 okus pages) and you must nit be late. Wasted my time so not I have to wait 2-4 weeks to see another dr. What a waste of MY TIME. Put it on his paper work! Maybe I should send him a bill for my time! Waited 2 weeks for my appointment. Dr. Jagalur is the best!!! My husband and I are very pleased with him and his team.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Jagalur since we moved to The Villages in 2010. His medical knowledge/diagnoses/prognosis and therapies has kept us healthy so far... he's also personable and thoughtful...we've recommended him to friends too. Thank you Dr. Jag.

Dr. Jagalur is a great doctor. My husband and I are very happy with him.

I have been seeing dr jaguar for many years , he explains and treats patient like family . You can reach him after hours , most times if necessary . He get five stars from me

Dr. Jagalur's diagnoses are always correct He takes time with me to explain everything. And his nurse gives the BEST needles ever. I don't know how she does it, but she never hurts me and I have blood drawn four times a year.
