Don't go to him unless you have all day to wait to be see. Was there for over 3 and 1/2 hours and never was seen.

I recently received a call from Dr. Tim Wilkin accusing me of having some type of altercation with one of his staff members over the phone , this really caught me off guard and was extremely unprofessional. Still wondering how my name was brought up in this situation, but to accuse me of something like that was defiantly a deal breaker for me, I would suggest maybe investing in a caller ID to prevent calling and accusing the wrong person of something like this in the future. I could never step foot in that office again.

I have gotten numerous EOBS stating I have seen Dr. Wilkin for tele health visits when in fact I have NOT!!! He is scamming peoples insurance. I continue to be put on the schedule then never received a call but yet my insurance was charged anyway. Which is stealing! Do not go to him unless you want to see a thief.

Wilkins was my PCP for many years, recently changed mostly due to his staff issues, ie - inability to get things done, left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, people just not knowing what is going on. Worst part is he does not seem to see the staff issues or take ownership for it. Not to mention wait times have become ridiculous. Already found another PCP and the difference is dramatic in terms of the doctor attitude and staff issues.

Tim Wilkin has been my primary care doctor off and on for 12 plus years. In fairness there have been good and very bad experiences through the years but recent experiences have now caused me to stop seeing him and see another primary care doctor and I suggest you do the same. I find his office staff to be chaotic and inept, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, they say they will do something and it does not happen, pharmacy faxes them forms to fill out and they don't send the forms back, they refer you to a specialist but after two weeks you call the specialist and they never go a referral, etc. Worst part is he does not seem to fully grasp the issues and take responsibility for any of it, rather assuming and blaming the issues on his patients without being willing to listen to the full story. They ran me out of meds after two weeks trying to get prescription filled after I spent countless hours on phone, then Dr Wilkins basically blamed me and did not even want to hear the whole story, that is where I drew the line. There is arrogance, unwilling to listen to patient, unwilling to admit staff issues. Walk away.

Dr. Wilkin saw me quick and easy. He listened to my problems and found the best solution for my sickness. His staff was friendly and informative on getting me my follow up appointment and my work excuse. Would recommend him if you are looking for Primary physician in the Jefferson County area.

He always listens to what I have to say and helps with whatever I have going on. He explains anything I have questions about. He is a good doctor.

Dr Wilkin is the best doctor in the Pine Bluff area. He always makes sure he takes the extra time to listen to your problems and is very good at explaining things to you.

Dr. Wilkins is very thorough, has a good bedside manner, listens to his patients. Works really hard trying to figure what is wrong when you are ill, and wants to help you get better. I would highly recommend him.

Love the the staff! Always friendly and are awesome about getting us in on short notice, which is optimal with multiple children! The office staff and nurses are fabulous!

If you are planning to be in and out within 2 hours he is not the doctor for you. I understand major testing or something of that nature, but he doesn't do that in the office. I just think it's over booking and less consideration of others time. I'm beyond unsatisfied with his lack of time management. Maybe he should hire a nurse practitioner who can see patients for routine exams.

Dr.Wilkins is a great doctor but some of his front office staff need to be replaced. Rude service, scream your personal business out and no phone etiquette.

Very good doctor!! I found him to be Professional, caring and thorough. Very easy to get an appointment. Office staff is very nice.

Extremely unsatisfied. Rounds early morning and doesn't communicate with family. Only communicates with people at bedside. Has forgotten he works for the patient and their family's.

Doesn't listen to you, arive early leave late expect to wait at least over 2 to 3 hours before being seen that's on a good day wait 3 hours diagnose you in 3 minutes prescribe medicine without looking at you very ill won't see you tell you go to emergency room one star that's just for having a degree in I guess? No compassion

Dr. Wilkin isn't there for the patients at all. I felt like I was a second hand person while talking to him. The whole time we were speaking he was backing out the door. And forget about getting a prescription refilled. I'm fed up and looking for a family doctor in the area who truly cares about his patients.
