Not a good experience at all. I feel I need a second opinion.

Visited for first time and must say Place is a mixed bag of feelings . First off the staff at desk and around besides Dr Fors act very unhappy to be there and definitely don’t give a vibe if glad your here . During a national pandemic masks are optional at this Drs Office evidently as staff had none on behind plexus glass and even the staff that do xrays and helpers had one on mouth but not no covered . What I really found frustrating is Dr Ford didn’t put his on . He walked around the hallway from rooms interacting with patients and staff with nothing . I felt very uncomfortable. He had a student doctor with him who had his on at all times so I kind of felt bad for him as well . Again national emergency virus , but Dr Ford no mask at all and no attempt to put it on . As far as Dr Ford and seeing me he doesn’t spend much time at all with you. Very few minutes he came in and gave his thoughts and left . Not much info really . Overall not a place I recommend for anyone who is worried about Corna virus . If you want detail information about your foot injury I probably look elsewhere! Dr. T is wonderful, explains everything in understandable terms, and tells you what he's going to do before he does so there's no surprises. Front desk staff aren't so great though, kind of rude actually.

TERRIBLE ADMINSTRATION. I would never go to this office for anything. Please be warned. My wife was given this doctor from her PCP, and when she made the visit they told her that they no longer accept her insurance. When I called to tell them that Anthem told me they need to call Anthem and have themselves removed from the plan so nobody else would get a bad referral, the girl refused to listen to what I was trying to tell her and hung up. Nothing against Dr T Ford but After 2 visit I will never return to this office again The professionalism at the front. Words can not explain if they allow staff to talk to patients like this then I will take my Insurance else where. Good Luck ( word to the wise) You will lose alot of patients with that staff.

I love this Dr. He is so funny and makes you feel comfortable. H÷ gets 2 thumbs up in my book.

Dr. Ford listened to me about my ankle problem, created a treatment plan and has fixed my problem. I highly recommend him for any ankle/foot problems. Without Dr. Ford, I would still be in agonizing pain from a previous surgery from another doctor.

Excellent experience. As a physician, I have high standards and they were all met or exceeded by Dr. Ford and his team. I now feel better about how to manage my ankle fracture. Thanks again Dr. Ford.

I had surgery a few years back to repair a bunion. My post operative card was nonexistent and he told me to go back to work immediately, when I drove and walked for my job. My foot did not heal properly and no other physician would do anything since I was under his care. A year later he clean the surgical site and no improvement. My foot, balance, and flexibility is way worse than before I had the surgery. Another orthopedic surgeon in Nashville finally gave me a little relief from the pain

Saw me quickly becuase he knew I had to leave soon. Diagnosed and treated me quickly as well. Couldn't be happier.

When I went to see Dr. Ford, I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time before he was ready to see me. When he did come into the room, he was clearly rushed; he looked at one foot without touching it and made a quick assessment of the other foot, telling me that a prior diagnosis of Morton's neuroma was wrong. I was hoping to find a doctor who would pay attention to my foot care because I am diabetic. Dr. Ford was abrupt and uninterested.
