Dr Henne took a lot if time reviewing many options for my knee issue. He was patient, informative and kind.

I had total knee replacement and at the 6-week checkup, he answered all of my questions in plain English that a ten year old person could understand. I would recommend him if you are thinking of having a TKR.

Dr. Henne is a thorough and personable Professional, who specializes in sports medicine. This was the 2nd visit for me. I returned as he was very honest with me about damage to my shoulder the first time and did not feel I needed surgery to correct it at that time. This time I had torn my rotator cuff and he was very patient to explain that I needed surgery. All through this meeting and the day of surgery, he showed concern that I understood everything that involved the surgery and aftercare. He was very patient and explained what he'd done, why, and what the expected outcome should be. I feel very blessed that he handled my case and recommend him highly

I’m a guy in his 20s who has never had surgery before and developed a condition in my knee. Dr Henne was willing to explain things and offer a lot of time and options to me. When eventually I needed surgery, he provided the necessary information as well as comfort to go through with the surgery. He has also been great in my post op care and been following with how I have been doing in physical therapy. Dr Henne is a surgeon who is excellent not only in skill and knowledge but also in compassion and character. I truly appreciate having him as my surgeon and will remember him as someone who helped me immensely.

Has the same shifty program going as his Buddy,… Dr. Stephen Carveth. Phoney Baloney guys. Caused my surgery to be canceled, a surgery that was recommended by way better than himself. A surgery that I fought four years for,…tooth and nail fought to get, I hope they both feel what I feel pain wise this very moment. I pray for this. ????

Dr.Henne did my right knee replacement in 2019. I have completed the rehab cycle, and have had great results. Dr. Henne will soon perform my left knee replacement. His staff are strong professionals, who show genuine caring for the patient, from the PA’s, through the MA’s, and even the scheduling and reception people are top notch. Doctor Henne did a Total Knee replacement on my left knee. I am very happy with the results. He straightened out my knee so I walk straighter.

I was referred to Dr Henne by a colleague of his that said he was the BEST tendon ligament specialist in the business,very smart,and had a GREAT personality.All of that turned out to be very accurate I had three out of 4 tendons detached and with a surgery that had a high rate of failure,Dr Henne took me on and with PT, I will have a functional leg and be walking again like before my fall. Dr Henne is very talented and skilled and does care about his patients. The only thing I was disappointed that Dr Henne did not stop in to talk to me at the hospital the day after surgery, TOAM could do a better job with their. Phone system so you dis not have to call three times just to get an appointment time changed and if you want a questioned answer by the doctor,you have to talk to the nurse ,you can't speak to the doctor yourself unless you make an appointment.

Appreciated his kind and friendly manner and the fact that he didn’t push surgery.

Dr. Henne came up with a good plan to repair my knee. I am 7 weeks into recovery and all is well at this point. He is very straight forward and explains everything very clearly.

Dr. Henne performed a complete knee replacement surgery on my left knee 6 years ago, I was 68. Absolutely perfect. I kneel in Mass, I dance, I wear heels, and have no discomfort or pain. It's wonderful ! Had wonderful bedside manners and a complete gentleman. Thank You Dr. Henne. Your tops in my book. I have recommended you to many. A true professional.

Had an ACL replaced in 2006 which was a disaster. Blew through the femur so made a good 2” cut across the thigh muscles to access the mistake. Imagine my surprise when I woke up and couldn’t even lift my leg off the bed as my muscle was now also part of my recovery. My post-op visit I had zero feeling across the top of my knee. Dr. Henne bounded in the room with a young female intern, his hand extended for a good ol boys handshake and said “hey, how’s it going”? He then proceeded to introduce his intern. I just stared at his hand that appeared to be awaiting his college roommates return handshake and was mortified at both his bedside manner and the additional surgery he performed. He followed up with, it’ll turn out great, you won’t even see it as I used plastic surgery sutures. Not quite 7 years later I was bone on bone and the additional scar has been nothing but a 2” crater in my thigh. So disappointed. Round two ACL on the other knee and it was happily done elsewhere.

I have confidence in Dr Henne Had two knee replacements this year 2020. My surgeries went well and now I’m pain free Dr Henne cares about his patients he is very kind and thorough I would recommend Dr Henne very highly to family and friends

Dr. Henne explained everything in such a way that was very easy to understand and he provided several options for treatment. His staff at the downtown clinic were also very professional. Dr. Henne is a caring specialist in joint replacement. He listens, asks questions, assesses and give treatment options. Everyone in the office is helpful and cheerful! All my questions were answered and I am confident in the outcome!

Dr. Henne performed shoulder surgery on my wife within the last year. She developed frozen shoulder due to the fact that she had thyroid issues and post-operative therapy should have been started within two weeks rather than six weeks to prevent it. She now has to go through the entire operation and therapy and pay the additional cost due to the failure of Dr. Henne and his staff to recognize this. It was a more experienced surgeon in another network that informed us of this mistake.

I have had 2 total knee replacements by Dr.Henne.Top notch surgeon and great aftercare.Takes his time. And explains evrything in lay mans terms.Personable,caring and has time to answer any and all questions.I have given him many recomendations.

Dr. Henne is knowledgeable, caring, personable and patient. Yes, really! He sat down and took all the time necessary to explain his diagnosis and answer my questions. His assistants, Kelly and Alex, are fantastic. Other medical providers could learn a lot from a visit here! Dr. Henne was recommended by a family member, and without hesitation I will pass that recommendation on to others.

Dr Henne gave my right knee more flexion than what my first surgeon forecasted. I was limited to almost 100° flexion, which limited me from many activites. With Dr Henne, I am now near 125° of flexion. That is probably all I will get, but can do most activites but run. My injury was a torn quadricep tendon from a fall on ice. I suffered a hyperextension.
