I researched several surgeons before making my decision to go with Dr Miller. I wanted someone who only did facial work and is board certified. Dr Miller is double board certified. He recommended a facelift, neck lift and fat transfer. I had lost a lot of volume in my face and was looking haggard. Dr Miller and his practice manager Sandi explained everything so I knew what to expect. The surgery went smoothly and I stayed overnight at the surgery center with a nice nurse taking care of me. I have been coming to Dr Miller for cosmetic procedures for several years and have always been impressed with his eye for detail and injection skill. He is honest and will tell you if what you want is or isn’t feasible and why. When I decided I needed a face and neck lift, I booked consultations with several doctors, including Dr Miller. He stood out from the others. I was impressed by his description of his high SMAS surgical plan and he was one of the few doctors that was willing to address my visible submandibular glands. I also liked the fact that his surgical center is on site and that I would be his only patient on the day of my surgery. I am so pleased with my results. The recovery was much easier than I anticipated and I’m so glad I took the plunge. Dr Miller, Sandi, Veronica, and nurses are all top notch.

I went to see 3 other surgeons all referrals by friends. I am a RN and therefore may be a little pickier than most. He is thoughtful in his planning and execution of all of his procedures. Anesthesia was amazing as I woke up alert and able to stand. The first night was a bit difficult as I has some pain and had a hard time sleeping. I had a private RN by my side throughout the whole night. This RN was caring and took excellent care of me. She attended to every need and listened to me patiently as I talked about my life. I am told he doesn’t advertise his practice, yet he seems to be very busy. He takes his time with his procedures and is meticulous. Patients are screened carefully for any medical conditions prior to being scheduled for any surgical procedure. Dr. Miller and his team at Refreshed Aesthetic Surgery are wonderful. They performed a blepharoplasty to remove and reposition excess fat under my lower eyelids as well as performed some minor work to refresh my face. I give Dr. Miller and his staff the highest recommendation. Never having had any sort of cosmetic procedures or plastic surgery, choosing Dr. Miller was a great leap of faith but I can honestly say that my experience with him and his staff has been professional, positive, and successful from beginning to end. I had a lower face/neck lift, laser skin resurfacing, and eyelid/ptosis procedures. Pre- and post-surgical care was excellent. Everyone from front office to nursing staff was kind and helpful. Dr. Miller and Sandi Knox are always available for questions and provide quick responses to emails and phone messages. Every square inch of the office is pristine and COVID measures are followed with meticulous care. I live in the SF Bay Area and found Dr. Miller through his website. It took me quite awhile (like a few years!)to commit to a neck and lower face lift until it was a now or never decision (I'm certainly not getting any younger!). I discussed it with Dr. Miller and Sandi Knox on many, many occasions when I was in the office for fillers, facials or product. They always gave me as much time as I needed to discuss the procedure "one more time". I am SO HAPPY I finally committed and did it. I cannot believe the results. It's astounding really. I cant say enough positive things about Dr Miller and his staff. I've been a working model for over 27 years and have been going to Dr miller for over 15. That being said I wouldn't trust ANYONE with my face other than Dr Miller. At 47 now there are so many things availble to keep yourself looking like the best possible version of your younger self and Dr Miller is educated in all. I love his honesty and integrity and trust his opinion like no other. He has sent me home saying I don't need anything done knowing that I dont get modeling jobs looking unnatural or overdone. Dr Miller and team are awesome! The office is beautiful and I loved the privacy this location provided. Dr. Miller is a master of facial cosmetic surgery. I am a surgeon myself and wanted the best surgeon I could find. I had been contemplating surgery for several years, and looked into multiple surgeons, but worried that I would have “the look” of someone with a facelift. Then one of my patients who I had known for years came to see me, and she had undergone a facelift and chin lift approx 6 months prior by Dr. Miller. I couldn’t get over how natural her results were. I knew he was the surgeon for me. I underwent my procedure of SMAS lower facelift, chin lift, and laser with Dr. Miller in January 2019 (6 months ago) and love, love, love my results. At 6 months I feel some tightness around my neck, cheeks and ears, but it is all underneath and there has never been any “tight” look at all. My husband tells me every day how young I look. The lines around my lips are gone. Sagging chin and wrinkly neck are gone; my cheeks youthful looking again. Best of all, I look like "me".

I have seen Dr. Miller for Co2 Fractional and for injections. I appreciate his professionalism. He makes honest recommendations and if it is not necessary, he will not recommend it. Dr. Miller is the BEST!! Actually the whole office rocks! I am 60 and my face was REALLY bad. It is amazing the difference now and its only been a couple of months!! Sandy and Dr. Miller were so encouraging and did an EXCELLENT job! I cannot say enough about them!

Super professional team, and the cleanest office. The Staff is friendly, and kind. Dr Miller is extremely knowledgeable about the face and not pushy at all. After years of fillers and botox I still looked tired and NOTHING was improving my crepey neck. I started looking into a face lift but was fearful of the procedure. I was born with my father's Indian nose. I finally decided I wanted to go for rhinoplasty. I went to many different doctors, some more expensive and some less. I felt the most confident with Dr. Miller that he would keep my look natural and the process would be a breeze. I heard so many horror stories about how painful it would be. I blame Dr. Miller for not having to take pain meds except the first day. It was so painless and easy! It's been a year and a half and I could not be happier!

I found Dr. Miller to be very talented and extremely detail oriented. He has a very caring demeanor and always took the time to ensure that I understood every aspect of this surgical procedure. Most importantly, the results of the surgery exceeded my expectations! Dr. Miller and his staff are truly wonderful. Dr. Miller is an artist. He took my turkey neck away! I have a clean and natural neck/jowl line now. Confidence in one's appearance as one grows older is important. Eating right, exercise, and getting plenty of sleep will not fix a turkey neck! So, if yours is bothering you, go see Dr. Miller--I wish I had done this years ago....

I chose Dr. Miller to do my upper and lower blepharoplasty 6 years ago, and recently returned to him for a subtle filling of my hollowing temples. My results from both procedures are naturally lovely; nothing forced or artificial looking about my refreshed face. At 60 years old, I couldn't be happier with the results and have been told by many friends that I "don't seem to age". Thank you, Dr. Miller and Sandy.

In March of 2017, I had a blepharoplasty (lower eye lids) and a high HMAS knock lift using Dr. Timothy Miller and his staff at Refreshed Aesthetic Surgery. I am a 61 year old male and had grown tired of looking at my eye bags as well as the jowly, droopy neck skin that made me look old. I chose Dr. Miller because of his modern techniques and his great reputation. I'm absolutely pleased with the results and my look did not change, it just got better. Kudos to Dr. Miller, Sandi and the staff !

Dr. Miller and his staff are very approachable....and they have a sense of humor. More importantly, they make you feel like you're at a salon or spa instead of a doctor's office. And everybody that I've seen and know had work done by him look amazing and natural....

I love my results! Dr. Miller gave me the "refreshed" look I was hoping for, and I couldn't be happier. He takes time with me to answer any questions, and his staff is caring and knowledable. Office is immaculate and a relaxed atmosphere lends itself to the overall experience. Recommend highly.

I highly recommend Dr. Miller to anyone looking for a lower face lift. I am beyond happy with my results! Dr. Miller is incredible! He made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions honestly and patiently. Sandy and the rest of his office staff are great, always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I received the look I was wanting which is completely natural! No more saggy neck or jowls! One hundred percent satisfied!

Best plastic surgeon! I had upper and lower blepharoplasty and my daughter had otoplastic surgery at 5 years of age. He is a precision plastic surgeon, who is superb at what he does. The staff is amazing and friendly. I will be going to him for all my face and neck needs.

Nobody believes I am 60! I have been Timothy R. Miller, M.D.'s patient for 7 years, and had procedures including, Sculptra, Botox, Restalane, CO2 laser, voluma, and High SMAS lower face and neck lift. Micro needling was my Christmas gift to myself, 2 weeks ago, and already my skin is smoother! Dr. Miller is able to treat upper and lower eyelids with micro needling perhaps because he is a double board certified facial plastic surgeon. He is a superior surgeon, in my opinion and excellent listener

Dr. Miller is excellent and would highly recommend him! He performed a neck lift and fractional laser on me and the results were great, but more importantly, he and his entire staff made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. His results are very natural and he really took the time before to understand exactly what I was looking for. Sandy, the manager of the practice is also wonderful and always available to answer questions or discuss any concerns.

If you are looking for someone extraordinary, you’ve come to the right guy! Dr. Miller’s work is the best in the business. I used to work with Dr. Miller and have since moved out of state and still work in the industry and have plenty of connections where I live now, yet I still fly back to California to see him for any of my concerns. Dr. Miller will always be honest with you about what it will take to achieve your goals but will never talk you into something that's not in your best interest.
