Started off very well, but over time seemed rushed and less interested in my needs.

Dr. Quans office staff are complete idiots. They've forgotten I even exist as a patient. I've had to call them when I'm due for infusions, which don't work anyway. I'd go somewhere else. As Ive already changed to a new doctor.

So happy I went to this office for help with RA symptoms.. I was treated with kindness and patience and received immediate assistance with pain management and a different medication regime for treatment. Five star is all the way after several visits with the emergency room and another Rheumatologist, I found an office that was listening to my concerns and quickly started me on a new treatment plan.. Caring & Helpfull with getting a diagnosis. Terrible & Not organized at returning phone calls, Not replying to messages on their Portal & filling out forms to be sent to third parties..

I love Dr Quan, He has positive energy. will not give up until he finds the solution to your problem. He actually calls the patient back if you have concerns. Wow that is a definite 5 star.

The few times I’ve been there I have never waited, he always takes me right away. Friendly, knowledgeable and answers all my questions. Office clean, staff friendly. I’m happy there.

Pauline is very attentive and precise in her prescriptions. I personally don’t like to be over medicate. Pauline is a good match for me.

I specifically chose a female practitioner so I would be listened to about the problems I was experiencing, only to be brushed off again and told many, many times it was all in my head. So thanks for nothing.

Dr Quann’s office is above being spectacular. His PA, Pauline Wills, saved my life. I had trouble breathing for 2 weeks, and thought my arthritis had spread to my back, causing a lot of pain. After Pauline looked at me, she called in Dr Quann. She immediately sent me to Manchester Hospital. They were waiting with all my info, provided my Pauline. No waiting here! Upon further testing, i was found to have blood clots and heart issues! Pauline kept in touch with me while in hospital, which in itself is unheard of! My life was litterly in her hands, and for this my graditue will be with this group FOREVER! They get a 5+++ star from this patient. This office goes above and beyond . This rating is solely based on the receptionist in the office. She was so rude that I cancelled my appointment just based on how not helpful and rude she was.

Sad to say I was very disappointed with consult. Dr. Quan was quick to diagnose and prescribe a medication which later was described to me as having the same effect as a placebo. The office rescheduled a follow up appointment several times over a years time and offered no support in between. Was left in pain for months, and easily resolved by another provider. Always on time! Dr. quam really took the time to listen to my symptoms with Lyme. Everything he did seemed to work.

Dr. Quan has been able to help me significantly and help me deal with my health issues over the past few months he always takes the time to listen and provide his expert opinion. Dr. Quan might be on the spectrum. He was that way in high school. He was a smart kid that studied a lot but was also socially awkward, the people who've complained here are dealing with his lack of good social skills. He's a capable doctor, I'm sure; his interactions with regular people are never going to be fantastic.

If I could rate this provider with zero stars I would. I saw Dr Quan in 2016 with a long list of issues and symptoms, and he diagnosed me as "depressed and overweight"; ordered a test I didn't need and was overall dismissive of me as a patient because I was overweight. Since being fat shamed by him, I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Myofascial pain syndrome and am currently undergoing testing for MS as my health continues to rapidly deteriorate. I will never forget how he made me feel, and how much longer I went without care because of his fat shaming. I absolutely do not recommend him, he will not take you seriously if you are overweight and make you feel like you are imagining something that could be very serious. Poor care, poor patient interactions, and fat phobic. Avoid at all costs.

I was very disappointed with my consultation with this office. I have Lyme disease and Dr. Quan was persistent that I had carpal tunnel from playing video games even after I explained that I don't play video games. I had a 20 minute meeting and my insurance was charged over $500. I called the office to see if this charge was legit since no test or medical equipment was used. After being on hold for 10 minutes, I was told this was accurate. Not impressed by the office and I cancelled all my furthee appointments. Diagnosed my issue when 3 other Dr's couldn't. Always willing to listen.

Excellent,very prompt office help,attentive to medical concerns,spends time and answers questions.Returns phone calls in timely manner and good follow up.

I was referred to Dr. Quan because of an abnormal blood result. At the first visit he was very attentive and seemed interested in figuring out the source of my pain. He repeated the blood tests that had already been done. 3 months later at the next available appointment he told me it was maybe possibly very early arthritis but that there was nothing to support that. He offered no course of action to determine what is causing my pain and even went so far as to tell me that the only reason I’m taking estrogen replacement is because I’m afraid to get old. He couldn’t figure out my medical issue so he decided to insult me instead? No chance I would ever recommend a doctor so misinformed and insensitive.

I have seen Dr. Quan twice. He properly diagnosed me as having Raynaud's Disease in my first visit and both visits were friendly, informative, professional and comprehensive. He asks lots of questions and listens well. I completely trust his judgement.

Dr Quan diagnosed a rare issue that no other doctor had been able to figure out. He took the time to review almost 15 years of medical issues with me and determine some possible issues. We tried several medications and finally I have relief from constant pain and swelling. I am very blessed to have found Dr. Quan. Thank you!

I went to see Dr. Quan in South Windsor for pain in my knees. I mentioned I had sciatica nerve pain down my right leg. And right hip pain. He suggested a Cortizone shot. That night all pain was gone. I am running up and down stairs with no problems. Thank you Dr. Quan. Very caring physician. Recommend him for certain.

Dr. Quan is one of my medical “angels of mercy”. He has a very compassionate bedside manner. I think he is an excellent listener. He performs thorough exams. In the past, I have had doctors dismiss me because they did not understand what was happening to me. I am grateful to have Dr. Quan as part of my medical team!

I saw him once and will never go back. He so violently shook my knees that it took me 4 months to recover—no exaggeration—from the immediate subsequent swelling and pain in one of them.

Outstanding Doctor, he listens to your issue and does not rushes to come to conclusions. The communication between him and the patient is very understandable. Great as they say: "great bed side manner".

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Quan. I went to see him after moving into the area from West Haven, CT. I had been seeing doctors at the VA Center but wanted someone closer. I had been suffering some leg pain for over a year with auto -immune symptoms. They had no clue what it was. So, I went to see Dr. Quan. Not only did he work with the VA doctors, but he saw something they overlooked. He treated the problem and I am forever grateful for his expertise. He is a 5 star doctor!

First before I share my experience about Dr. Timothy Quan, I like to mention that I had a doctor whom spend about 2.5 minutes with me during his visit and just prescribe medication that didn't work. He never took my symptoms seriously. When I visited Dr. Quan not only did he spend more time with me, he never made me feel like these symptoms where all in my head. He treated me with respect, he is so knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Quan gave me back my life. So would I recommend him? Yes.

I do not recommend Dr. Quan. He is a nice person, and the support staff is very nice, however I felt like he only asked me extreme symptom questions and completely ruled out those options. I'm not likely to answer ' yes' when asked "Do you have constant diarrhea?" to rule out Celiac. There ended up being other subtle signs that lead to that diagnosis elsewhere. Also, his PA did a drain on my knee and it was COMPLETELY botched. I've had my knees drained really well by other doctors - not here.

At first I really likes going to Dr. Quan. He was easy to talk to caring. But as time went on, I had less time to consult with him and I felt rushed. He made decisions quickly and I wasn't able to discuss my concerns. When I was in a flare I had to wait over a week to see him. Now I'm at a place that understands and will get me in to the doctors the same day as my flare.

Dr Quan is very caring and knowledgable. He cares for the patient as a whole, not just as body parts. He took the time to explain everything to me and he answered all my questions with compassion and expertise. I trust his care and will recommend him to my family and friends.

He was very thorough and took the time to listen to all my concerns. I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis arthritis and wanted a second opinion. Dr Quan disagreed and I had a few more x rays and he determined that it was mechanical. I needed to have inserts in my shoes. So I went to new balance and I am literally no longer in pain!!!! Fantastic Dr.
