Have been a patient for many years. Today was the last day. Was denied a cleaning because I didn’t want the X-rays done. Was told could not have my cleaning without them. Prices have went up this year and bcbs is no longer accepted. These would have been nice to be notified before coming in for appt. Used to love my hometown family dental but things seem to be more about money than the old school days of customer service. Todd is a great dentist and Amy the hygienist is best person working there. Will miss coming here

My family and I are always going in good hands with Doc Baum and his staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and make you feel right at home, as well

I always get excellent care at Dr. Todd Baum’s dental office. I’ve e been a patient for twenty years. The staff and hygienists are awesome and friendly, as well is Dr Baum, who is also highly professional and educated and keeping up to date with current dental trends by offering cancer screening with checkups, and the newest equipment. The office is comfortable and open, with large windows in each office with nice views, and nice landscaping. Plenty of parking and I’ve never waited long.

We drive a long way to see our amazing dentist! What can I say, when your in good hands, no matter how far we move, the drive is worth it!

Dr. Baum and his staff are always very friendly! The office is clean and welcoming. Dr. Baum made sure I was comfortable and pain free during my visit (for a crown) and explained the process thoroughly. Thank you Dr. Baum!

Have had some rough experiences here. Dr. Baum is a kind man and makes us feel welcome, but the repercussions of his work have left my little brother and I with some troubles. My last visit to get work done, I was not numbed up enough and he hit a nerve in my tooth, and even after getting more anesthesia, the pain echoed in my mouth for days. Now, the filling is raised higher on one side and my jaw cannot close all the way without pain. My little brother on the other hand has had his filling fall out twice within the span of a couple weeks. We are not happy with our experiences. We will be finding dentistry elsewhere. Family feel when your at this dentist office. Dr Baum is a people person and had a great personality
