The office is filthy, and the staff are the rudest people who have ever worked in customer service I have ever come across. Again this office is FILTHY AND THE STAFF IS SO RUDE!!

The place is small and unsanitary. New patients are made to wait for hours even if they are the only individual in the place. AND i have never been in a medical office where you can hear an individual using the facilities. Would not recommend

My Dr referred me to this place, I live 60 miles away, 1 way. I took this trip for nothing! I had an appointment on December 06, 2021, I got there at 8 a.m I was the only person there for over 30 minutes, I never got called in a room. As soon as other people got there they started getting called in. The staff here is so rude, I had on a mask and they looked at me like I had a third head. If this is how they do business, I am surprised they have been open this long. I wish I could give them zero start! But it won't let me! Actually I wish I could take starts away! **Edit also we could hear the people using the restroom like we would have been in there with them. I wish I could not give any stars. The main problem with this office is the 2 ladies at the front desk. They are not the nicest people. Not at all. Also I was able to hear people using the restroom and I sitting on the other side of the waiting room. The office is really dirty, the could use a good broom, mop, and dust pan. Also they are very unprofessional there, they worried more about the man in the back's new hair dye then the ladies waiting to go in the back. I wish I could not give any stars. The office is dirty and scary, forced to go to this (what looks like a office that belongs in a third world country) provider through husbands insurance. Doctor was not very informative when addressing my concerns.

I walked in there an was greeted with a smile within 2-3 mins was seen did what they had to do an was out of there within 20 mins an this was my first visit I would highly recommend to anyone

Best quality service with the most knowledgeable staff

I had appointments with his NP, Damien Broussard. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to my concerns and acted upon them accordingly. I highly recommend him, as well as, Dr. Leleux.

Wonderful office staff and superior medical care from nurses , Damien, nurse practitioner and Dr. Leleux. Highly recommend . Not only will you have what you need done very professionally , you feel very secure with the outstanding wealth of knowledge they possess. Also, Dr. Leleux is a pathologist. How great is that? Again, coming from a health professional myself, I am so very impressed. If you go, you will see what I am saying!
