First of all, I took the advice of a nurse friend to go to the doctor to have my hernia repair taken care of. I looked at the reviews and saw some negative things out there, but I wanted to see for myself. It is through my experience, both in the hospital and in his office this gentleman is one of the best doctors I have ever come across, I have dealt with doctors in and out of the office throughout my lifetime. This man is a genuine professional at his craft. I had found no validity to any of these previous reviews whatsoever from the hospital staff at covenant the nurses, the doctors, the office staff everybody has given me a five star experience. You can’t believe what you read all the time but I will tell you that this whole team is worth your visit /your time-and your trust. My surgery went excellent. My experience went excellent and I am at home healing very well. Thank you to the doctor and thank you to everyone who helped me there you were great.

Why does Todd Richardson never respond to his patients ? My had surgery done on her arm and he messed her up ???? and he won't respond ! We will never know why he wont fix his mistake????

Dr. Richardson was my second opinion doctor, and saved me from getting an unnecessary surgery. He is very thorough, kind and patient. He took the time to answer my many questions and concerns, and explained things to me in detail. It also really helps when there is not a language barrier! (which also seems to be way too common nowadays when seeing a doctor. If I can't clearly understand you and vice versa, then that is not ideal when it comes to my health! That leave questions unanswered and people feeling frustrated)! & Many doctors nowadays want to rush to perform unnecessary surgeries because it means more money for them! This doctor never pushed for surgery and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Please go with your gut and always get a second opinion. He is an arrogant, shady ‘surgeon’. My husband had a hernia surgery, and he didn’t repair the hernia. He blew us off as we told him 3 days post surgery up until 3 months post surgery that it wasn’t right, and still bulged out. He waited until the window of 90 days was 1 day before the date, and he scheduled a ultrasound for after the date. Completely ignoring us the entire time. He then called it a reoccurrence. We are now seeking another surgery at u of m, because he won’t cover the costs for his mistake and honestly we don’t want him anywhere near us again. He is an arrogant, shady ‘surgeon’.
