When a new first time patient sees a new dentist or doctor it's a good idea to introduce yourself, which he did not. He did not explain any procedure nor what he was doing. Zero bedside manner. Asked zero history. When questioned about something in the mouth he just replied over and over again :you need to get your teeth cleaned" which had nothing to do with the question asked (which was about a retainer) After telling the dentist that they were uncomfortable he replied "yep I am too I hope you find someone else to extract this tooth" and WALKED OUT AFTER STARTING THE PROCEDURE. Our family goes to Tom. He is an excellent dentist. The staff is AWESOME!!. Clean and affordable. Most insurance accepted.

had X-rays at two other dentist already.. they Spike my insurance and billed my blue Cross for stuff they could have got from another office and then they told me the cleaning was free with the exam and they billed me for the cleaning as well.. I used to have serious dental phobia. Since seeing doctor Tom I don’t have that trouble anymore.

Always friendly and quick service. Appointments always happen on schedule and they are very good at working you in if a scheduling conflict arises.

Staff was pleasant and professional, as was the Doctor. Precautions were taken to make the visit safe in spite of the pandemic.

The Dr was fantastic. The staff was awesome. I had lots of work that needed done and a short amount of time to do it. They worked me in and was able to get me all the appointments I needed. I was terrified of dentist from previous bad experiences, but no worries here.

I write this at 2:30 a.m. One week after my temporary crown was put on. At first I thought my pain was my tooth it's self, but I have learn that my gums are deeply damaged all around the tooth. I have never had this much pain from a dentist visit, even with crowns. It's so bad I can't even sleep, I need 2 Advil p.m. To go back to sleep when I am woken up, if I ever get to sleep. I was talked down on as well when I went in on the following Monday after the crown, when I went in to get it figured out. That "some people have a higher pain tolerance than others" I can tell you now. The pain is so bad I can hardly think. This place butchers your gums. BAD.
