Stopped by this store while visiting Grass Valley and had a terrific experience. Got a comprehensive eye exam from Dr. Tom, and purchased prescription regular and sun glasses from their excellent selection of frames. Great service! Will definitely return.
I had an eye exam May 4, 2021. Dr. Borsky is not a jovial fellow but knows his job. He conducted the exam efficiently and conveyed the results clearly. As to glasses frames, Sabina was knowledgeable and helpful, the other assistants not so much. I threw Sabina some curves with the frames and insurance and she handled them well.
Always courteous and providing full explanations and available options.
