I am the father of Leah , and I told my wife to leave our child at home .we have Leah at home 7 times out of the whole year , we don’t keep her home for every sniffle , you are just Angry . I run a business and work out of town , was Angie supposed to leave my son at home by himself , the long reply is just a sign of your anger and know it all mentality ! Half the week you guys close at noon , how do you properly serve people?

My son and daughter have both seen Dr. Dicamillo. My son had an issue that required a specialist. After each appointment with the specialist, the specialist would send an update on my son's condition to Dr. D and he would send a copy of that update to me. At my son's follow-up appointment with Dr. D, she proceeded to ask me about my concerns about him like they were new, and asked if I had gone to see the specialist. I find it disheartening that she would not review her files and notes from other doctors before entering a room to see a patient. It was like she didn't know or remember that he had any specific needs. Also, recently, the office changed their policy to allow more than one accompanying person in the office for a child's visit. On the phone, the woman who notified me of the change mumbled through the policy change, so I heard that my husband and my daughter's siblings would be allowed to come. I showed up 10 minutes early and waited in the waiting room while the receptionist and the doctor had a conversation behind a window. When the receptionist finally opened the window to address me, she informed me that, although my husband would have been allowed to join me and my daughter, my son could not. By the time she told me this, it was time for the appointment. I asked if my husband could come and pick up my son, and she said he would have to be there in 10 minutes. If she had addressed me when I first came in, or if the woman calling to check me in the day prior had been more clear, or if they didn't have some bogus policy wherein a grown man could join us for our appointment, but a small child could not, then my daughter could have easily had her appointment without issue. How does covid magically become a problem in doctors offices, but not in stores, gymnastics, trampoline parks, etc. I will never return to this office, and I would recommend that any parent avoid patronizing Dr. Dicamillo's office.

The office has the rudest staff I've ever encountered in any business, to the point of impeding care. While new in town with no help, they refused to see my daughter due to me holding my 1-year-old son. The doctor shows no interest beyond providing a sub-par physical and billing. After specialist referrals, she didn't communicate or review the results before our follow-up, at which she had no idea why we were back. Save stress. Find an office that acts like they like children and not just money.

I have never in my life left a bad review, as it is not my style. However, this is the one exception. After taking my son to Dr. D numerous times, I left feeling discouraged, unheard, and simply dumb. My son has dealt with many health problems (allergies and severe eczema) and every time it was written off and I would never receive any help or medical suggestions. I took him to get a second opinion in which they were able to help my son right away. He is now thriving and all of his problems have resolved! Due to proximity, the new office would not work out as it is an hour away. The Dr kept saying “you transferred offices” however I reassured her that I was simply getting a second opinion and someone who would refer me to an allergist/specialist, which she refused to do. She did not like to be questioned, and proceeded to tell me I was no longer welcome at her practice. I am just a mom trying to do the best for my son. As a doctor of pediatrics, I would expect the doctor to be caring and willing to hear out the mothers concerns, not rude, unprofessional and belittling. Great doctor who cares about her patients.

I really like Dr. DiCamillo's as my boys doctor and I really like her staff and office. I’ll first start with the actual office. It’s very neat, clean, and child approved. My boys enjoy the waiting room. Moving on with her staff. I’ve only seen a total of 2-3 & each are very nice, but her office manager and nurse, Rebecca Zirpoli, she is very friendly and nice. She always makes me feel welcomed. I deal with big anxiety.. & she reassures me everything is okay and that I’m not the only mother who isn’t completely organized and always on top of everything. And then Dr. DiCamillo herself. She is very good with my boys and at what she does. I recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who cares about your kids and not just rushing to get to the next. Not only that but she has a basket of sample goodies on the way out and you are welcomed to look through and help yourself. She has given me special samples kept in the back. Also they are very good at getting you in same day, if necessary.

The doctor was extremely rude and condescending. When I told her what the doctors at the hospital told us she said that they were wrong. we waited 2 hours to be seen even though we did have an appointment that apparently didn't matter. Happy to have found Dr. DiCamillo. It is so nice to go to an office and have the same Dr. each time. It is easier on the children and nice for the parents to get to know the Dr. who is treating your child. Dr. DiCamillo takes her time and does not rush you. I also like that I do not have to sit in a waiting room full of people when we go. Maybe one appointment ahead or behind you will run over but that is the most I have seen. Also, Dr. DiCamillo respects your wishes as the parent-never lectures you or talks down to you. Happy to have found Dr. DiCamillo. It is so nice to go to an office and have the same Dr. each time. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. D. She is attentive to my kids, listens to my concerns and is always available. She treats me and my children with respect and she is real with you when you need it. Her staff is kind and responsive. You could not ask for more than what Dr. D offers.

Dr. D and the office staff at McMurray Peds & Adolescent Medicine are fabulous! It's a small office and you actually get to know the staff, I can't say enough good things about this place! Excited to have such a wonderful pediatrician.

I absolutely love dr dicamillo.. she always takes the time to care for my kids..Joyce is always so nice to all the patients I see come in there with the brightest smile and welcome..the nurse is also very nice and pleasant I would recommend this practice to everyone..

One receptionist, one nurse and Dr. D is all my girls need! This is THE BEST doctors office I've ever been to in my life! If Dr. D saw adults she would be my doctor too. All three of the wonderful women in this office are patient and kind and adore children. Dr. D IS VERY NICE AND SO IS HER STAFF. WE LOVE THAT SHE IS THE ONLY DOCTOR AND OUR SON WOULD SEE THE SAME DR EVERYTIME. ONLY ONE NURSE AND ONE RECP. DR. TAKES AS MUCH TIME AS NEEDED WITH US EVERYTIME. THE ONLY THING THAT BOTHERS ME IS THAT I FEEL THAT THEY COULD BE MORE CLEAN THERE. I KNOW KIDS ARE THERE EVERYDAY. BUT EVERYTIME I GO THERE ARE STAINS (MILK, SPIT UP... IDK) ON THE LID OF THE TRASH CAN. SEATS ARE OLD ARE & STAINED. I NEVER SEE DR WASH HANDS. JUST RUNS FIGURE TIPS UNDER WATER....

Dr Dicamillo is an amazing doctor. I have no complaints. She always gives you the time you need to talk about any concerns you have for your child. I also like that she normally gives me three answers-- what other doctors suggest, what she suggests, and what she does for her own children. She is understanding and compassionate.
