Very knowledgeable, very patience to listen , the best doctor to trust on.

From the moment I reached out to Dr. Hsu I got a quick call back and even got to schedule a same day appointment on a last minute cancellation. Dr. Hsu quickly diagnosed my issue and performed a quick and painless procedure to resolve it. I was nervous, but he and his staff were kind and treated me with respect and empathy. Amazing overall experience. Dr. Hsu came highly recommended to me and I do the same! Thank you Dr. Hsu and staff.

Dr Hsu has been seeing me for various skin concerns and he has been great.

I have had many bad experiences here. I was 4 minutes late and they would not see him (meanwhile the next visit I waited 2 minutes). I was on my way to to my appointment when I received a call while I was in the parking lot by Dr Hay’s who told me they were canceling my appointment because they received my payment... I was mad, got my checked cleared information (cost me 20.00) and was then advised by Hsu’s office that just misplaced my check ... then(yup I’m not done) I made an appointment to see desiree today at 345 and they even called me yesterday to confirm my appointment... I’m at their office right now... no one is here and office is locked. This must be a game right? I mean. Who runs their business like this?? In the OC when there are so many dermatologist to choose from??? The only saving grace is Desiree who is very sweet and none of this is her fault... I have had many bad experiences here. I haven't seen Dr. Hsu for a while, and they told me they moved a block up from where they used to be. I was happy to see Dr. Hsu again and the front lady was there and nice as usual. I got my spots checked out and I am just SO relieved they are not the bad kind of skin cancers but treatable ones. I am glad I am set for another year! This doctor misdiagnosed me and his assistant Desirae Macias treated me and my wife as if we were animals she despises , she was treating people rudely and the receptionist claimed that she was having a bad day. The office was dirty and everybody was unprofessional .They like to get paid up front and then the patient is screwed.

Recently, area around my eyes were itchy and scaly, so I looked online and decided to give this clinic a try. It was easy to get in and when i got there for my appointment, there was not much of a wait. The PA gave me some samples and told me to use them morning and night everyday, which I did, and now the rash and the itch are gone. I am very happy with this clinic and would recommend them to other patients looking for a dermatologist. Easy to get in and treat Soriasis!

PA Desirae went above and beyond to help me out! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I needed to see a dermatologist right away, and I was able to get in quickly. Great!

I was trying to get in fast to have my mole checked, and they were able to fit me in right away on the same day. The female PA was very informative and friendly. I was not able to park in the front but there was plenty of spaces in the back parking lot. The building is not new but the clinic inside is clean and spacious.

I am a regular patient of Dr. Hsu and his team. For my 11 Oct appointment, I chose to see one of his PAs. Desiree did a great job explaining and treating my minor skin abnormalities. And their office person, Patty, was very helpful and professional - as in the past. I highly recommend Dr. Hsu and his entire team.

I was not sure if I was going to write this review. But I have only gone to Dr Hsu a couple times. Never meet the Dr Hsu. In Nov I was out of town and I had a growth start to grow on my elbow. If I put my arm on a arm rest the growth was painful. When I returned home the 1st of Dec I called De Hsu's office to get an appointment. I had one for mid Jan so I could not get in earlier. The doctor and the physician's assistants are great! But unfortunately, you have to deal with a front office staff that has ZERO customer service skills. If you can tolerate the surly, unfriendly staff, come see this doctor. If you want warm and fuzzy from the front office, then pass.

I come to this place because them was so nice to me on the phone. I pay 70$ just for regular checking I don't was need anything after 2 week I get bill for 51.72$ so I call to ask what's going on. Them call me after a week and the answer was if you don't want to pay don't pay and don't come back here anymore so I told them I don't care to pay I just want to know what is the reason so the lady (Anne Hsu) hung up the phone on me. Great dermatology office, and I've yet to see the doctor. The desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the PA I've been seeing seems to care a great deal about his work. Waiting area is clean and comfortable, and parking is more than adequate.

had a rash that wouldn't go away. other doctor just kept treating it as allergy or eczema and not getting better. Dr. Tony Hsu saw it and recognized it as Lupus right away. I was finally properly treated and not suffering anymore! Can't go wrong with Harvard graduate!

Echoing what others have said here, the care I received from the Dr.'s assistant (whose name I think was Shaun) was lovely. He was caring, understanding, and didn't make getting checked for moles awkward (quite a feat!) The office staff, however, are massively rude, short, and callous. Scheduling a simple appointment seems to always be an enormous headache, with ample helpings of condescension. My recommendation to Dr. Hsu is to fire his secretaries. My recommendation to everyone else is be prepared to face unpleasantness, or just find somewhere else to go. I highly recommend. The PA Shawn really took the time to ask me a million questions and the problem I went in for seriously has improved in 24 hours. I went to another derm before this appointment off Beach and he spent less than 2 minutes with me and said "I really don't know what it it." Just a rash I had on my face. No big deal but I have to say I give this office a thumbs up. Thank you!!! I highly recommend. The PA Shawn really took the time to ask me a million questions and the problem I went in for seriously has improved in 24 hours.
