THE OFFICE MANAGER DIANNE IS VERY IMMATURE, RUDE , DISRESPECTFUL & A COMPULSIVE LIAR she cares about NO ONE TALKS OVER YOU WHILE YOURE TALKING ! THIS LADY HAS A VERY NASTY DEMEANOR.! I'D SUGGEST WALKING IN OR EMAILING THE DR HIMSELF !

Dr.Dillon is good but he needs to Clean house starting With his OFFICE MANAGER DIANNE she's running off his business ! With disrespectful attitudes, lying & not doing her job !

I pulled this surgeon's name off my insurance list after the surgeon my dentist referred me to could not get me in for a consultation on an implant. Called on 4/18/22 to schedule and was booked for Wednesday 4/20 @ 1:30 PM. The staff called on 4/19 to confirm and to ask me to arrive at 1:45 PM. I arrived at 1:20 with the expectation that there was paperwork that I needed to complete. I signed in and noticed there were two other people who had the same appointment time as me - not normally a cause of concern, but in this case it was. Including me, six of the nine seats in the waiting area were occupied. 5 of us were still waiting at 2:30 when I approached the receptionist and told her that I could no longer wait. The office manager urged me to stay and ran off to get the dentist. He chatted with me quickly and said what his implant process normally was - when he mentioned a bone graft, I questioned this and said that shouldn't he examine me before he could say I would need a bone graft. He said that I would get a 3d image at no cost (shouldn't that be included?). I sat for a couple of xrays and 3D image, then had a very brief conversation with the dentist while he reviewed the images. He took a cursory look at the tooth in question and that was it. He told the office manager what the treatment plan would be and for her to write it up. She told me that she would send it to me on 4/25 because she needed some time and would be off on Friday 4/22. I was not given a receipt for the "consult" nor have I received the treatment plan as of 4/27. I will not be using this surgeon. Dr. Dillon and his staff are amazing! I had to book my appointment a little far out but the women at the front desk called me every time they had an appointment slot open to try to get me in sooner. I was very nervous to remove three of my wisdom teeth but Dr. Dillon made me feel so well informed and comfortable. He and his team were very patient and answered all of my questions. The night of my surgery I got a call from both the office and Dr. Dillon himself. They really made me feel cared for. I highly recommend this office. Dr. Dillon and his staff are amazing! This office is AMZING!!!! THEY ARE MY NEW FAMILY! They removed six teeth for me and treated me like I was a superstar. I've been to three other dentists and they are far above any other location. Ms. Diane... I call her auntie Diane and the crew were top notch. They provide you with white glove service from beginning to end. They even follow up with you once you leave just to give you words of comfort. Rosa.. Lady B, Little Mrs Diane and Doctor Dillon are true miracle workers. For me it wasnt even so much about the cost or the actual dental work itself. (FYI fair prices, Cream of the Crop Dental work) but it was about their customer service. And the experience. Phenomenal dentist and staff that offers impeccable service. Dr. Dillon is exceptional.

Dr. Dillon and his staff are extremely personable and professional! The services rendered to my daughter during her procedure exceeded our highest expectation. Dr. Dillon even called and checked on her the evening of her surgery. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of oral surgery. We are very grateful!

I went to get 2 wisdom teeth removed. Before surgery Dr. Dillion explained everything to me and although I was nervous, the surgery was done within 20 minutes. I am in soooooo much pain. I was supposed to get this tooth pulled in three days. I had to go to the emergency room and got some medication so I called this office to let them know what I was taking in preparation for my appointment which was supposed to be in 3-4 days at that point. The lady tells me they cancelled my appointment and shows no compassion or remorse. Not only did they cancel but they pushed my appointment back TWO weeks. It’s not right. It should be illegal to leave people in this much pain for so long. I already had to wait a month for the original appointment. I’m sooo upset and just in so much pain. I’ve been trying everywhere but this office is the one that takes my insurance. I just can’t believe they cancelled on me AND pushed it back two weeks. It’s too much and this is an emergency. Dr.Dillon and his entire staff was very friendly, informative and professional the entire time. Dr. Dillion knows his stuff if you’re in Atlanta and looking for a oral surgeon this is the place to go I wouldn’t recommend any other place.

From the office staff all the way to Dr.Tracy I loved the environment and how everyone made me feel comfortable. Dr.Tracy got that SAUCE! He is very knowledgeable in his practice and has the best smile and energy. If I ever need anymore work done I will not hesitate to reach out to them. They have my loyalty.

I got surgery this morning and they answered all of my questions/concerns, Dr. Dillon even drew me a picture to help me visualize my procedure. My procedure went perfectly, I felt safe and in good hands the whole time. Then later that evening Dr. Dillon called me to see how I was adjusting to my medications and the progress of my recovery. I went in for a tooth extraction when I was 8 months pregnant, the procedure was fast and I did not experience any pain. Dr. Dillon and staff were very nice and he made sure I was okay after the extraction

Dr. Dillon was phenomenal in getting my wisdom teeth removed in such a timely and stress free manner. I came in wanting to only get two removed and he gently and kindly showed me the benefits of getting them all removed at the same time. He was humble and funny and was really careful about the procedure and treated me extremely well. I was experiencing some discomfort after the surgery and called the office to tell them about it and they promptly gave me great advice about how to solve my issue. After that, Tracy personally called me later that night, a Friday night, to make sure that I was doing well and that I was recovering in a healthy way. My visit was great! Doctor Dillon explains everything thoroughly. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed and barely experienced any pain after the procedure. In fact, I went to work the next day. I highly recommend Dr Dillion. Staff was absolutely amazing as well!

Overbooked. Our appointment was at 8:30 I arrived at 8:10. At 11:50 the procedure had not even started, my paperwork was not done until 12pm at 1 pm still waiting it's been 6hours and they keep telling me they running behind. This is not behind this is just poor office mangement or greed from overbooking. If this was going to be an all day event at the very least tell the patients what timeframe the office is working on. They just put you in seat and you wait and wait and wait, then move you to another room where you wait and wait and wait. By the time my daughter was seen 1:30 the staff was just complaining about being hugary and ready to go which means they were rushing to finish, not a comfortable feeling when your child is being put to sleep with a staff focused on eating and going home not the job at hand. I was just the driver for my daughter I would never come here nor recommend this office to anyone. Go somewhere else if you value your time because this office has no respect for a person's time. The front is simply awful. Trying to schedule and getting return confirmation calls is NOT their forte. The back office dental assistance are polite and courteous as can be, front office needs to take lessons. The physicians are informative just NOT mindful or courteous of other patients time. Management needs a THOROUGH class in customer service etiquette especially dealing with LIVE PEOPLE. The front is simply awful. Dr. Dillion is the best. The staff was so professional and caring . The setting was nice and clean. They work with passion . Dr .Dillion called me round 9 to check on me. Not all Drs does that . One of the best dentist ever. He was so understanding of my situation. His team was so direct and worked well together. Great fun attitudes from the staff. I had 3 emergency extractions and Dr. Dillon made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. He educated me on future ideas for upkeep for my teeth. Worked in a timely manner. And made sure I had someone to hold my hand. The office was soooo nice and the atmosphere was comfortable. Especially the view from the 17TH FLOOR as you look at beauty while getting operated. I would highly recommend Dr. Dillon. He's definitely a doctor for the people and I appreciate his service to the community by taking many forms of insurances as well. Dr. Dillon's office is so warm and welcoming. Every staff member has such a beautiful personality and makes you feel very comfortable. My husband recently had oral surgery and they took great care of him. Now, he has healed perfectly! We wouldn't trust any one else but this dentist office. Very highly recommended!!!

My son had oral surgery on 03/29/2019 wisdom teeth removal it went GREAT.He had little to know pain and by Sunday no pain at all. The staff is AWESOME . Thank you all for being so kind to me and my son.

Let me say first I'm not family or friends I'm a patient. Now, Dr. Dillon is and always be a Top surgeon. He and his staff is worth every penny you pay. He is not nor has he ever been clinic style. I went in today to have 6 teeth removed and I have looking rooots. I'm eating now right now turkey wings dressing,mac and cheese ooh and banana pudding. Now tell me what's impossible with GOD.

If I could give a 0 I would. My brother was in a car accident and they wired his jaw shut. Then REFUSED to continue treatment when the case hadn't settled yet and he couldn't pay them yet. HORRIBLE OFFICE AND HORROBLE PEOPLE. you should be ashamed of yourselves.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They went over the procedure and my follow for surgery went great, now then after effects of the oral surgery, well it's oral surgery so it is what it is????

The staff was nice and the work was great the pain I felt later was not. The doctor prescribed 15 tablets that lasted me two and a half days and the pain lasted longer. The doctor would not give me a refill and wanted me to take Tylenol with codeine but I'm allergic to codeine. That's the prescription that I left with because he said he wouldn't write me anything different. My problem is not with the doctor but with the way the country is having problems with prescription medications. He was simply afraid to write what I needed because their license are being threatened. I still think he is a 5 star doctor. The staff was nice and the work was great the pain I felt later was not. Dr. Tracy Dillion and the Mid Atlanta Oral Maxiciollofacial Associates were outstanding! -- please note that this review is Organic - I was NOT paid (one day i will be) & NOT coherced by any person or advertisement (email survey, in office signage, etc.) and had No prior aquaintaince with this Oral Surgeon towards this review. -- 1. Dr. Dillion was the last referral contact on my list for an Oral Surgeon to extract all 4 my wisdom teeth (call it meticulous but I did my homework for one month & have resaons why with 4 in office consultations (umcessary xray billing) -- 2 in SW ATL, one in Cobb County and the other Sandy Springs, 1 referred, sought and a list of in network providers by insurance ) 2. That month researching was nothing compared to that ONE (1) day it took me to get an appointment, verified, consulted and all 4 wisdom teeth extracted..1 DAY! (ONLY TWO (2) mfkn hours out of my time to be exact! For all that! Had No prior appointments or info on file & the whole thing took 2 hours!!The Efficiency and consideration of time from this office was impeccable! 3. Ms. Diane is not the only staff that works hard in this office but she sure did put forth every effort when she returned all my calls & vm prior to my appointment. She even called me on a rainy Sunday morning! She was courteous, collaborative on my concerns/questions, and clear in her communication And 4... Dr. Dillion was honest, knowledgeable & PERSONABLE he wore a SMILE, some of his uniform scrubs and had his tools ready before i made the decision to stay for the extraction. The nurses were energetic, confident and easy going. This office was CONSISTENTLY professional, direct, and the Positive SYNERGY amongst Dr. Dillion and his team from the very first phone call to the rolling out of the wheelchair at discharge. They did not appear to be chilling and chit-chatting around. Each employee was productive & helpful on his/her task. Had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled about 6 days ago. Although my recovery has been a challenge, Dr. Dillion and the staff wad absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Everyone was very caring and seemed genuinely concerned. Special thanks to Mrs. Diane and Mrs. Tony.

My experience was beyond amazing. I deal with real bad anxiety,so the thought of removing my wisdom teeth was very frightening! The moment I walked into his office, I was greeted with a warm smile. The wait wasnt long at all. Once I was brought to the back, I did inform staff that I was really nervous. Dr Tracy came in and spoke with me and made me feel so much better. DR Dillon and his staff were without question some of the nicest people ive meet. DR Dillon was able to make the surgery and and follow ups pleasant and enjoyable. If you are going somewhere else then your wasting your time and money. I hope I don't need him again but if I do I won't hesitate.

The staff Awesome ???? The dentist was ???? Awesome. Everything went perfect, I have no pain im just taking my antibiotics for the 2 teeth extractions. The doctor even called to check on me at 9pm just to make sure that im ok. I really appreciate that. ????????????

Dr. Dillon did a fabulous job with removing all 4 of my wisdom teeth. I had moderate pain on the 1 day after the procedure but after that I was good to go. I didn't have any swelling and was completely satisfied with the work he did. Dr. Dillon and his staff have the best bedside manner and would recommend to anyone that's looking for a Oral Surgeon. You will not be disappointed! He is the best!

My experience with Dr. Dillion was absolutely wonderful. I went in this week have my wisdom teeth removed and he was very thorough in informing me of my options in a way I could understand. He was friendly and accommodating. His staff was terrific as well. Big shout out to his receptionist and nurse Debbie, who was supper funny and kind. I'd recommend his services to anyone.

Dr. Tarver was fantastic! I had to have 3 wisdom teeth and a molar removed. I cannot remember the assistant's name but she was lovely and awesome! They were understanding and comforting which eased my anxiety. I have always been afraid of the dentist but this experience has really changed my thought process. I recommend them to everyone.
