Dr. Tripty Manoj Gandhi

I visited this office recently, found the doctor pretty friendly and cooperative. Dr. took care of the examination pretty methodically and despite her busy scheduled she was listening to me patiently. Gave me right advice for medical tests, provided tips to get the tests done efficiently and in order. I highly recommend this Doctor for family/general medicine. I saw a review about discrimination, I am Indian and I never felt it during my session.

I saw this "doctor" as she was assigned to evaluate my ability to work full time hours by the EDD in late December. She spent a total of 7 MINUTES evaluating me for chronic pain and fibromyalgia. She did not ask any relevant questions. She took my blood pressure, checked my reflexes, and poked my stomach. At no point did she ask any relevant questions that would determine my ability to work full time with chronic pain, how my pain behaves, test my abilities to sit, walk, or perform any of the necessary functions to do my job. She then reported to the EDD that I am able to do my job full time, without knowing my capabilities or the full functions of my job. Two medical doctors that I saw shortly afterward confirmed I am NOT able to work full hours. She clearly did not make any effort to actually look into my situation but rather immediately stated I am fine, just to get paid by the EDD. She makes no effort to actually evaluate a patient but sees them for an extremely limited amount of time and sides with the EDD to strip benefits from patients. I have filed a complaint with the Medical Board of California and will do whatever I can to prevent this from happening to someone else, someone who doesn't have the resources or strength to fight injustice.

Every individual that works here including doctor Gandhi is cold, calculated and methodical about the way they interact with patients. Zero BEDSIDE MANNER! Zero regard for patient care. Unfriendly, rude, condescending, inability to communicate appropriately. She’s contracted by the state and she’s not doing her job. She swore by an oath that she is not standing by or upholding, these kind of doctors intentionally create margins in healthcare for people of color. ( it impacts Public Health) She flat out refused to treat me for the reason that I was in her office for an appointment in the first place then she refused to provide me access with a working restroom at a medical facility. Can you believe that? They told me to go to target 0.8 miles away after I drove 52 miles to get there by myself. How weird is that? I also spoke with the front desk, girl name, Laura and requested my medical records, and she told me that I’d have to ask the state of California for a copy of my medical records which I know is not true because I’m a medical professional. The reason why the problem continues it because it goes and addressed. The ends today !

I went there in my last trimester of pregnancy needing a civil surgeon despite reading the reviews. The staff and the doctor are rude to me. I filled all paperwork and gave it to them which they have to copy into their system but I got snapped at by the doctor because the front desk staff decided to flip my last name and first name despite it being clearly written on the paper application. I was on the verge of tears by the time I went out with the hostile environment there. I never go back and write reviews but this bad memory etched deep into my mind that I have to write it. We had Dr. Tripty as our PCP. We felt Dr. had lack of empathy for patient's condition and treated us bit rudely. After our first couple of visits, we never went back to the Dr.

Worst doctor ever.....do not call back and when you call her always say I am busy will call you later....and never called...so errogant staff and doctor as well...do not listen at all..... only sent big bills and do not even concerned about treatment and or follow up.. The frontdesk and the assistant staff need to address patient with a little politeness and courtesy. All you need is to give is a smile at the enter n exit to a patient. Dr. Gandhi please give time to hear the patient. Your time is important but also is the peace of mind of the patient. After all this is medical industry, Care is core of the business. Yes , Patients work around Dr's schedule but that doesn't mean you rush them. Someone must have taken extra effort to reach to you at ur time. Not got satisfactory response from this doctor.

This doctor is one of the most ignorant medical professionals I've ever met. She was rude and very hostile and simply because she had no idea about my condition or the meds associated with the disorder, even when I gently tried to explain it to her. She behaved as if she'd had 30 cups of extra strong coffee. The office and loads of paperwork required are beyond ridiculous. Complete disorganization and the doctor has no knowledge of anything other than basics. Definitely go elsewhere unless all you need is a physical if you are truly desperate. Pleasant experience in using Dr. Gandhi as a civil surgeon. Before the appointment, she gave us clear and precise instructions that made the in-person visit a breeze. The appointment took 1.5 hrs and she personally verified all the required paperwork. Her charges are comparable and I’d recommend her personally.

Extreemly not punctual. Gave me an appointment for 8:15 didn't see me untill 9:30. Such a waste of my time. Never coming back.

The office of Tripty Gandhi (not the Dr.) @ 1080 Scott Blvd #5, Santa Clara, CA 95050 was not receptive of accepting my mother of 75 as a patient despite all valid insurance. Quiet unpleasesant experience speaking to the reception lady.

I visited as part of my annual physicals. I diagnosed with diabetic for fist time. There was no empathy from her. Just spent 2 mins to write a medication hardly understood by pharmacist. I had to spend one more day to get this sorted. I dont have any knowledge about the disease, but she was in hurry to finish and didnt take time to explain. Dr.Gandhi is understanding and caring about her patients. Since it was the first time I visited her, she took the time to hear me out and explained everything nicely. I just got the pleasure of having Dr. Tripty Gandhi be my New PCP. I am absolutely satisfied with this office. When you walk in you get greeted by smiling professional faces in the front area and when you get roomed. The MA's are welcoming and super sweet. Dr. Gandhi is wonderful. I admire how she takes time to help you and go over whatever it is you are having concerns about and their follow up is on point. If I could give this office and team a 10 star rating I would!! Careless staff .. we asked for MMR test before coming .. they said yes.. after going there she said ..we dont do MMR here. Wasted our 2 hrs of time.

I can not tell you how disappointed I was with this doctor. She was in such a hurry and extremely abrupt. I hate to call the race card, but I was the only Caucasian in the waiting room and twice I heard the doctor berating her office staff and speaking very unprofessional to I will assume, a patient on the phone. She said nothing was wrong with me. A few months later I was hospitalized with liver failure for 2 months and almost died. I can not tell you how disappointed I was with this doctor. Dr Gandhi is direct, efficient and seems competent and caring. We were happy with her handling of our Green Card medical and would choose her again if we need to visit the doctor.

I am not big on writing reviews but I thought today’s experience with Dr. Gandhi deserves to be shared. Looking for a primary care physician, I made an appointment with Dr. Gandhi nearly two weeks ago via ZocDoc. I submitted information regarding my health insurance and got an appointment confirmation from the website. Everything seemed just fine. Today, the day of the appointment, I got a call at 7:30 AM. In a voice mail Dr. Gandhi personally let me know that she will need some more information regarding my insurance in order to confirm the appointment. Her tone was anything but friendly or polite. So I called her back an hour later. Dr. Gandhi personally answered the phone. At first she had no idea who I am. Then she blamed the call on her admin. Then she finally remembered. She confirmed my insurance just to let me know that they don’t take patients with this particular insurance. Don’t get me wrong. I am not complaining that she doesn’t take me as a patient. I am complaining about the way she handles potential patients and the complete lack of professionalism on her side. 1. Her tone is outright rude – no word of apology or admittance of a mistake. 2. What kind of organization does she run that only notices at the day of the appointment that she can’t handle this insurance? She and her team had two weeks time. 3. She is calling people at 7:30 in the morning for stuff that her office messed up! 4. She already knew she doesn’t take my insurance but asked me to call back. Why? She could have said so in the voicemail and saved her and my time. Overall, Dr. Gandhi seems to think that she is the navel of the world – judging from her tone and behavior. And she doesn’t seem to care if she is wasting people’s time or how she is perceived by them. I can only imagine how she handles actual patients. Great doctor

.... no that it matters; but I have to say that I am not Indian, I am Hispanic! My whole family is and will continue to be a patient of Dr. Gandhi. We love her, her dedication, the convenient location and the flexibility that she extends to us, when we need to see her quickly with urgent matters. I also need to add that she is very experience and flexible with using US military medical forms (if provided) - I am a reservist with the US ARMY and at times I have to submit physical profiles and Dr. Gandhi has no issues using the military format. (I do love the fact that she takes Tricare-West) - very military friendly and a great family doctor..... no that it matters; but I have to say that I am not Indian, I am Hispanic! We just moved so my wife changed her primary care physician to Dr. Gandhi because she's conveniently located nearby. She has not received her new insurance card with the new PCP yet when she went to see the doctor. Her staff (an Indian lady who could have been friend or family of the doctor) was very rude just because my wife does not have an updated insurance card. The doctor also went out and turned my wife away. They could have checked with Anthem Blue Cross to see for themselves but did not want to. Our impression was that they REALLY only wanted Indian patients. Since we're not Indians we were treated very rudely and made to feel very UNWELCOME. We got the message so when we went home we changed PCP again. We just moved so my wife changed her primary care physician to Dr. Gandhi because she's conveniently located nearby. Dr. Gandhi's office was clean with nice ambiance. She showed concern for me as a patient, respected my views and showed utmost respect in dealing with me. She is a consummate professional.

Dr. Gandhi is one of the best Doctors I have visited in USA. It is easy to get an appointment. She is not only a good doctor and also a nice person. I strongly recommend her.

Service and wait time is decent could have been better. The only thing they lag it to educate there patients related to financial matters. So i had a bad experience with this doctor related to financial topics. She and her staff are not transparent with financial charges. I went for annual checkup and she told me to do some test and she confirmed that all where part of annual checkup. Later i found that some test where not for preventive care. Also her staff called me discuss annual checkup blood report and said it was part part of my annual checkup. after few weeks i get a bill saying second visit was not part of annual checkup and I need to play for it as deductible. Advice, before going to her make sure you discuss all financial maters and reconfirm. Service and wait time is decent could have been better.
