As a medical professional who understands LCHF/ketogenic/carnivore lifestyle, Dr. Tro Kalayjian helped me understand my underlying medical issues. Unlike other professionals, he spent enough time and showed sincere care for me as a patient while educating me at the same time.

I have had the privilege of being a patient of Dr. Tro Kalayjian for almost 3 years! I spent most of my life struggling with obesity and, as a result, avoiding doctors unless I “had” to go!! Dr. Tro changed all that! He is hands down the most dedicated, understanding, knowledgeable and honest doctor I HAVE ever met in my 5+ decades on this earth!! Even though he’s a two hour drive from where I live, he is 100% worth the trip when needed..although his virtual care is spectacular as well!

Dr. Kalayjian has been a huge partner in my weight loss journey. He is very passionate and compassionate and has a way to help you put the pieces of the puzzle together to be successful. There are no secrets, no snake oil, no magic pills or products. He helps you understand your lifestyle, and coaches you on modifying your lifestyle to be successful. I don't consider it a diet, but a change way of life. I've lost 85lbs in 9 months, and still going. A VERY BIG THANKS to Dr. Tro and his team!

I am from Namibia and is just listening to his podcasts for the last week. I am now searching for a Keto dietitian here at the coast. Wow, what a privilege is must be to have him as your doctor. I feel so motivated by just listening to his podcasts. I want to world to have all this information!

Dr. Kalaysian has been my doctor for the past 4 months in the treatment of obesity. I feel that he has given me individualized attention, care, and the time I need in order to understand how to help myself. He is knowledgeable and up on the latest research. I have recommended him to several people and cannot recommend him enough.

One of the only doctors who actually spent time with me, who explained what hunger it and how to eat properly so that I dont binge. with his help I lost 55 pounds in 9 months.

He took care of me while in the hospital, it was the first time a doctor actually sat with me and talked to me about my diet. In the past month, I have lost over 15 pounds, following his advice and it was easy. Thank you.
