After having an "out-of-nowhere" surprise mild heart attack almost 2 years ago, Dr. Vagaonescu performed the procedure to place 3 stents in my cardiac arteries. Being that he was the head of the department, I felt confident in his abilities. I enjoy my appointments with him. Our relationship has developed into us having conversations during my visits, which means a lot to me. I trust him and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr V is the sweetest and kindest dr. He went way beyond to try to fix my heart. I would tell anyone to go see him,

Very humble, nice and kind Cardiologist. Gives consideration to special requests and always gives the most honest opinion to his patients. Explains the procedures in a very simple way. Some people say that he has a magic in his hands....I agree with them.

Dr. Vagaonescu is a warm and friendly person, a talented interventionalist, and a fantastic physician. He treated me with respect and intelligence, and treated my heart condition with efficiency while taking the time to make me feel at ease. There is no one better in the area if you need an interventional cardiologist!

Dr. Vagaonescu is a wonderful doctor, who has literally saved my life. I cannot begin to say enough about how incredibly talented he is at what he does.

From our first meeting with him at his office where he spent over 40 minutes explaining my Mother's condition to his excellent skill at RWJ, I couldn't recommend him more highly. Always kept me up to date on Mother's condition and extremely caring. Called me often for updates and kept team of doctors in the loop during her stay at RWJ. Should you ever need heart surgery this is your guy!

This doctor will do everything for his patient. Above and Beyond. On true skilled and dedicated interventional cardiologist who puts his patients before himself. I feel truly privileged to be his patient.
