Dr.Caroll was very thorough, knowledgeable and willing to spend time and listen to my needs. He followed up the next day with a phone call with Information on my labs Exceptionally pleased with him

I have been a patient of Dr. Carroll’s for the last 10 years. He is professional, intelligent, and caring.

As of now, my prescription is being postponed until I can be seen. I would need to pay triple the cost without the proper prescription yet the earliest appointments are 30-90 days out. I can understand that certain updates may help with maintaining a patients health, but restricting access to a prescription for insulin that will never be eliminated is simply unacceptable. Hire more staff or limit your patient base because waiting 90 days for an appointment just to refill a prescription is borderline negligence. Dr. Carroll is not a bad doctor but to handle patients needs in such a manner produces absolutely no value. I saw him by a recommendation and unfortunately I cannot recommend him or the office to anyone. As of now, my prescription is being postponed until I can be seen. He is professional, knowledgeable and diagnosed a super rare issue that no one else was able to pinpoint. Highly recommended.

Direct. Honest. To the Point. I like him because those traits are the most important to me.

He is to the point Dr just what is needed in a good Dr. harsh at times but what is needed for a wake up call to good health

So far I am very impressed with Dr Carroll. He has the "health detective" attitude and made me feel like he was going to do everything in his power to find out where my problems were coming from. He called me himself with my test results. He took his time, both in person and on the phone. I never felt rushed - he listens very carefully and I felt completely validated - other doctors have made me feel like a hypochondriac lately. His intern Dr Patel was also a great listener.

Dr. Carroll is knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. Even if he isn't able to see me and I see a NP or another endo in the office, he is always the one who makes adjustments to my insulin pump numbers. After having diabetes for 19 years, he is the first doctor who ever took the blame for my sugars not being better controlled, stating that I was checking my sugars often enough and doing everything he asked me to do. He never makes me feel like he is in a rush and gets the job done quickly!

My brother who had thyroid cancer at age 45 has been under Dr. Carroll's care since his surgery and treatment in 2013. He is a thorough, compassionate doctor who cares about his patients' and their families needs. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

He was way too type AAA for me, talked way to fast, they expected me to come in early because a patient cancelled , I can see why, If I saw him 10 min the 45 min I was there that was alot. He was running around back and forth to see other patients. Not comfortable with that at all. Did not seem to care about my concern about cancer at all. So no biopsies were done, no lab work, did not ask to view my throat as it was so sore, turns out I had strep throat, No future labs ordered for next app
