Probably the worst practice I have ever witnessed. Went in for an Eccocardiagram and was told there machine was broken and I was contacted on Friday. I have no missed calls or voicemails from these people. The team at this place is awful. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

A Cardiologist that does not show any kind of bedside manner as a Physician first then a Specialist. This doctor does not, and let me repeat DOES NOT give any kind of teaching, information, clarification, guidance.

He dismissed my symptoms and abnormal test results because I was "too young". Another specialist reviewed the test results turns out it's heart failure. He is the worst in all aspects.

Excellent customer service from Dr. Shah and his staff. He explained my condition thoroughly and was not rushed. The office staff was very nice and helpful made me feel comfortable. The techs were also very informative as they explained what was being done.

Dr. Shah is such a talented doctor. He really cares about his patients and addresses their health concerns completely. He has a great attitude and always takes care of business. My entire family sees Dr. Shah and we are all so grateful to have found his office. His office staff is so friendly and always willing to help me out with questions about my care. I love seeing their smiling faces when I go to the office. His new office at Legacy Oaks is so clean and beautiful. Lots of easy to access and FREE parking! I highly recommend Dr. Shah and his lovely staff.

Good Dr. but bedside manner, for get it , he doesn't have time to lessen or explain anything let other do the explaining, that now little. for this I gave him one star.

Terrible! Terrible! I was Very Disappointed.....The Staff was Nice....The Dr. ----> I Didnt like . I waited 2 Weeks to see Him! The Nurse took me to the back & Checked vitals She was Great. She Did an EKG..Then said The Dr. Will be here to Discuss Your results for the ECHO I had done at NE BAPT. He went in the room,& I Swear was only there 5 minutes! Did not Answer any of my Questions! Didnt give me any results! His Cell phone kept ringing, which was Annoying! It was all Rushed! He made Eye contact once! I asked him about the Echo results, he says " You need more BP pills, Ill see you in a Month....Um, What!! I was Just Annoyed at how quick it all was...As i was making my next appointment, The girl wanted to Schedule another EcHO, I said No! I just told him I barely had one , maybe he should have Paid Attention!! So she goes to ask him, and Instead of Walking back to give me the Results himself....He tells the Clerk all My Info!! Woww, Just Wowww!! Never, Again!! Nope! Totally Unprofessional! My Health is Very Important to Me! He Obviously Did not Care!! He Sux! I Wish the Clerk was The Cardiologist! She was the real MVP! #SORRYNOTSORRY???????????????? Update:::::: Today is November 2018 So As It Turn Out, My ECHO was Not Fine!! I Have Shortness of Breathe & Chest Pains almost Daily. I Actually thought Maybe it was Anxiety Since " The Dr. Said My Echo was Good" This Doctor Dropped the Ball Bigtime!! He Made it seem like Nothing was wrong for A few months I kept going like this!. I even Drove to Chicago!!! Listen, He does NOT care!! I went to See a New Cardiologist & Guess what!. The Same day, i had a Stress Test, Another Echocardiogram, Labs done....And he Took the Time to explain Everything!. So Wow!. Just Wow!!. Terrible! Terrible! I've been to the best and worst cardiologist in town and Dr Shaw by far is the best and saved my life ... if you want someone to hold your hand maybe find someone else if you want someone to save your life Dr Shaw as your doctor

I will happily recommend Dr. Shah, he give me all the time to explain my condition and future treatment. All his staff its very friendly, make you feel welcome and very efficient they are on the ball.

Dr Shah and all of his staff are top notch. Currently seeing Dr. Shah for Afib.

It took more than hour and fifteen minutes wait time, not even a sorry or apologetic gesture, they take patients for granted. I felt they are not cordial Doesn't listen to what the patient trying to explain I felt his tone was harsh, no advice and what should I do and what I should not be doing, he did some clinical evaluation ( with his stethoscope) . Nothing was shared to me after his evaluation . His office staff are the same too.. They pricked my finger and I was bleeding over the bandaid they had put. When asked them to redo the bandaid they said they will and no one came up. Dr Shah is very knowledgeable he saw me the first time as a hospital consult now he's my regular Cardiologist .. He regulated my blood pressure in one visit . He's bedside manners are impecable . Very good MD .

I cannot recommend this Doctor to any heart patient. He is curt and abrasive and not compassionate. You cannot get him on the phone and he will not return calls, Every communication must be channeled though either an unhelpful staff member or his useless patient portal. Don't waste your time and risk your health with this provider.

I would recommend Dr. Shah to anybody. He is knowledgeable and an expert in his field of Cardiology.

I am very comfortable seeing Doctor Shah. He shows genuine concern for my well being! He thoroughly explains his course of actions and follows up on his work!! His staff is great! I would (and have) recommend him to others!!

Dr. Shah sometimes appears to be too busy to spend any time with you. However, whenever I've asked him a question he always slows down to answer and explain my question. I recommended Dr. Shah to my husband after his heart attack and he has also been happy with Dr. Shah.

I have seen Dr. Shah twice. He is very nice and spends time listening to you and explaining things.

In unordinary situation, there was a storm and no electric in the office, the parking was flooding and some people were struck in the elevator. Dr. Shah made his patients and staff calm. He explained and drew a picture of my heart problem of the light of the windows. He was patient and explained my questions. His nurse, Amber, were very good of explaining of the surgery that Dr. Shah recommendation. (The wait was unusual, because of the unusual situation.)
