I’ve been seeing Dr. Latif for almost 13 years. I trust him and appreciate his concern for me. He’s been there when I needed him.

They worked with my schedule, I love that they use an app for communication as well as the more traditional phone and email. Megan Avery was great! She listened and took the time to explain all the treatment options available, then made recommendations in-line with what I was comfortable with.

Megan immediately made me feel at ease. She listened attentively and I felt heard for the first time in months of trying to get help from various medical professionals. She talked through my options and explained everything so well, I’m sure I am in very good hands!

Dr. Latif is the best there is! I'm very thankful for his guidance and knowledge over the past few years.

I can’t even remember the number years that Dr. Latif and his whole team have been taking care of me. Yes I suffer from a chemical imbalance in my brain and like someone that suffers from diabetes or thyroid problems, I need medication and from time to time, those meds need to be adjusted and changed. I can always count on Dr. Latif or Megan to be there to listen and help me. Thank all of you for your years of my mental health. Dr. Latif was the first doctor who understood the symptoms I was experiencing. He spent time listening to me, and explained how my brain worked. With his help, I am able to manage my mental health. I also see Megan for medication management. She is caring and understanding. I never feel rushed during our appointments. I highly recommend the Noesis clinic and its staff for anyone seeking a doctor who is patient, understanding and helpful. I have been trying to call for days now/ dead line. Will not answer online instant messages either - also for days.

They are incredibly insightful and informative and listen to my needs as well. They are genuinely invested.

Today was my first visit. Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly & helpful. Each one (Dawn, Megan, & Bryson) took time to actually listen to me and thoroughly explain their plan of action, etc.; I never felt rushed or under pressure to just get things over with. Convenient location, warm friendly office staff. Megan is very easy to talk with and very supportive. I am so grateful I found them. ❤️

I was given an appointment more than a month ago to see Dr Latif, and Dawn (from Drs office) had specifically confirmed with me that the appt will be telemedic, eventhough it was my first visit. She said it was an exception made just because I lived an hour away. She then calls me 2 days before the appt and tells me that the Dr will only see me in person as it was my first time. This is totally unacceptable since I was patiently wanting for this appt for more than a month. I ask her to transfer my call to her manager, and she said she will, but she disconnected my call. When I called back she said, "seriously? why do you want to transfer, I wont sit here an argue with you, we will not be seeing you here" Please do not go to this place, there is only one person who works in the Office (Dawn) and she makes the final call on who sees the doctor" Please review the recorded call to check what traspired, timestamp: 3:38 PM CST 7/30/21

Sadly, I have to echo the one star review of another patient. There is zero responsiveness to patients. We have informed the NP (never saw doctor) multiple times about serious side effects and problems with meds. Got no response but a suggestion to do magnetic alternative therapy. Told her multiple times meds are causing facial tics. Left messages. No response. We will be switching providers. Caveat empor. Sadly, I have to echo the one star review of another patient. I’ve been with Dr. Latif and Megan Avery with a couple of years and they’ve done an amazing job and helping me manage my medications and being supportive through my healing process!!

love this clinic! i feel like i get genuine concern and care from my providers. im listened to fully and get to be a part of my treatment plan.

This pretentiously named clinic advertises the esteemed Dr. Latif, but you will never see him, just his inexperienced nurse practitioner. She will keep you hooked promising literally "thousands" of augmentation therapies, but when the first antidepressant fails she will "blame the patient" and tell you your decline is your own fault. She will refuse to change your medication even as you fall apart. I have suffered from severe anxiety, O. C. D., and depression since early childhood (I am 65). I have been on antidepressants since 1985 and profoundly resent Megan Avery, who was not even born when I first was treated, telling me I am too obtuse to know when a med has failed. I finally fired Avery in April and went off the noxious Lexapro against her commands and was immediately relieved. I am now going to a real psychiatrist whom I trust and who has brought me back from the brink of self-destruction. Message to schedule appt for husband. Was told we needed a referral. So referral was sent over. 1 week later had not heard a word, so i messaged again to follow up. Was then told by Dawn they only specialize in geriatric alzeimer/dementia patients. It would have been nice if they told me first conversation and when they received referral. Took me messaging again to find out. Website says adult and Geriatic. UHC says adult and Geriatic. They need to update their website. They also need to train their staff to make that clear when someone trying to make an appt. What a waste of time. I will not refer any of my patients at my clinic I work at to this office. Coming New Jersey to Texas and visiting with the personnel in this clinic was extremely helpful. They were able to schedule an appointment for a new patient within 3-4 days of when I called, very commendable when almost every other psychiatrist was a month out minimum. The staff is very friendly, and comforting coming into the office quick and easy and little to add to anxieties, overall a great experience. Megan, Avery is exceptional. Through conversations during our meeting it became very clear she was a deep level of understanding and knowledge, she didn't treat it as a assembly line and write a prescription and move on to the next patient. She didn't consider the session over until all points and concerns were discussed. I left knowing that the plan set forth is comprehensive with many fall back options, and that it is truly tailored to me and my circumstances. Things may not go according to our plan but there is no concern that there wouldn't be options and alternatives. Any feelings of hopelessness was dispelled and replaced with confidence. Not pleased. He and his assistant were condescending, and did not listen to my concerns. I will not go back there.

I would not recommend this clinic. It’s very difficult to get in touch with them to schedule appointments. I called for a month and left messages, only to have to go in and speak with the assistant. After three months of going back and forth between them and my previous psychiatrist, the assistant changed her story from not accepting new patients, unless they were a referral to accepting none at all. If that wasn’t unprofessional enough, when I confronted her about the change, she tried to back track and say she told me the last time I came in (two months prior) that it would take a while for my file to be reviewed. Basically it was my fault that they didn’t reciprocate. I never heard from them. That was my last time visiting their office, and have been without care for three months. The assistant, when I walked out goes “sorry about that,” and laughed. I boldly threw the other referrals she handed me that were handwritten (not on business cards) into the trash and said “yeah, me too!” I would not recommend this clinic. Best psychiatrist I have ever had. Knew my file. Had concrete solutions to my medication. Listened, listened, listened.

Dr. Latif is truly a top-of-the-line psychiatry professional that participates in research studies and keeps up to date with the most advanced treatment methods. He also recognizes that each patient is not just a number but an individual and not everyone responds to medications the same way. He looks into all of the best options based on individualized treatment plans and takes the time to answer all of your questions with care and concern. He is one of the first psychiatrists who did not dismiss my previous history of trauma and negative experiences that had pushed me away from seeking care. He also took all of that into consideration when I saw him during a crisis at Carrollton Springs of which he also serves as the medical director (a great inpatient and outpatient hospital also). If you can see him, you won’t be disappointed. Be patient, there might be a wait to get in to see him but it is worth it. His Nurse Practitioner, Rebecca is also great and helpful if you cannot see Dr. Latif right away. The treatment here healed me enough that I stopped limping around like a ninety year old- I’d had such anxiety that I slept with my muscles tight as a drawn bow, and I’d wake up hurting all over with my muscles in knots. My depression was so bad I’d just forget what I was doing at work, over and over.... Thanks to the Noesis people, I don’t hurt anymore and my boss gave me a thumbs up performance review! And I didn’t have to take more pills or get shocked, because the Noesis Clinic specializes in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation ( TMS ). Dr. Latif impressed me. He was very knowledgeable, even compared to other good mental health professionals. He was pleasant and approachable, asked very discerning diagnostic questions, and got me set up for TMS. He was able to see me other days, during the treatment course, to answer questions. He is also the director of a mental hospital that has an unusually good reputation. The TMS tech is pleasant, professional, and competent. The patient advocate is super nice and helpful. Insurance sometimes covers TMS, and they do all the insurance stuff for you. I sat for over thirty minutes waiting for Dr. Latif only to find out from his secretary that he hadn't returned to his office for my appointment. I cancelled and left. Do not make an appointment here. Very unprofessional staff and doctor.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Latif. I saw him for bipolar disorder. Dr. Latif approaches his patients in a warm way, and has an art to his approach to dosing medications. He is very personal and will take your needs and thoughts into account.
