Doctor Shivaram is great, However they need better staff. I made an appointment for my brother over 2 months ago so he can be seen. Asked if his insurance was accepted. They said it was. Now 5 days before the appointment they cancel because now its not. Why waste peoples time. And the communication of that fact was very happenstance. Like sorry your SOL. Had my first consult with Dr. Shivaram today. She was amazing with great bedside manner and really asked questions to understand how I'm feeling and to come up with a plan of action.
Dr Shivaram is the most caring and direct doctor you could ever meet, there should be more caring and truthfully doctors in the world like her, then people would start doing better about there health. The staff and pulmonologist are great and beautiful!
