I saw Dr Idnani on LiveHealth online for my cough and sore throat. Her approach to my problems was that of a conscientious and responsible doctor. She educated me on the possible causes and how to get me comfortable while my body's immune system heals me. No, she did not give me antibiotics; and I was glad to hear I did not need them. I saw some recent reviews where they blame her for not giving antibiotics, so I had to write my review. Dr Idnani is an excellent responsible caring doctor. Professional and caring physician. I had very good experience when I consult on telehealth for my problems.

This is a telehealth doctor. I had a persistent cough and requested an antibiotic called azithromycin antibiotic. Instead, she prescribed me with an antibiotic called augmentin which cost $100. I told her that azithromycin has always worked for my 50 year old self. Her response was 'i am a doctor'. She disregarded my request, she disregard my concern that this new augmentin med can cause an allergic reaction. I would not recommend this doctor who disregard her patient's concern.

Very rude over phone while doing telemedicine. She wanted to finish off fast and go to next call without getting proper history of the patient. Will not recommend

She was rude, dismissive and misdiagnosed me. I had a terrible experience with Usha. When I asked why she was prescribing certain medication and not another she actually said "I'm the doctor here." That is never an acceptable rational for prescribing a medication. It's the patient's right to understand treatment, and it's the doctor's duty to explain. She was dismissive of the severity my symptoms and my concerns. Even worse than her attitude was the fact that I was misdiagnosed. She diagnosed an upper respiratory issue when it was actually a dermatologic issue. I later went to a doctor in person and my issue absolutely required an anti-biotic that she refused to prescribe and didn't provide any sort of rational beyond "I'm the doctor here" and "you don't need it."

I love Dr. Idnani. She takes a personal interest in my health and care. Its rare, these days, for a doctor to spend time to truly listen and understand what is happening with the whole of a person and Dr. Idnani does just that. I can't say enough good things! She is wonderful.
