I couldn’t get in touch with him or his staff, and when I finally got his cell phone number from another doctor ‘s staff, he was very rude. My first time there it was a saturday morning not to busy. The waiting is horrible and the girls looked ghetto with jeans flip flops short tshirt not a professional attire at all. I was very shocked. Dr. Bhatt took time to explain my disease process as well as lab results and treatment options. The exam was very thorough and he made me feel at ease. I was able to get an urgent appointment without any problem. His office staff were very helpful and accommodating.
