Dr. Utpal Suresh Shah

Dr. Shah has been taking care of my children for nearly 20 years now. He is a compassionate, intelligent, and most caring Doctor. He listens to all of my questions and concerns, and always answers with a most honest answer. It will be a sad day when my children no longer need a pediatrician.

I went for flu shots for my daughter. His office billed it to insurance as a physical exam. Insurance denied the claim as I already had a previous visit for physical. Doctor as well as his office staff did not rectify the billing error despite multiple requests. Doctor insisted that he will "adjust" the payment for some other service. When I paid the bill, his office sent a letter refusing to take my daughter as a patient going forward. I have never seen an unprofessional practice like this and DO NOT recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Shah is an amazing Pediatrician, just like his Dad before him. We travel 35 minutes to his office and it's worth the drive. A physician who truly cares about his patients,very knowledgeable and always returns your calls :) Thank you Dr. Shah !

I have been taking my kids to Healthy Pediatric Group since I moved to Monroe 5 years ago based on a recommendation from a friend. I couldn't have been more happier. The staff and the doctors are really nice. I usually see Dr. Utpal Shah or Dr. Radhika Patel. But other doctors are just as good. Dr. Shah and Dr. Patel have personally called and checked on my kids when they were sick. I cannot ask for anything more. Also, the wait time to see a doctor is not more than 10 minutes!

I always have had bad experiences with deborah who is the office manager over there. I like the some of the doctors over there. But this lady is notorious, rude and have very bad attitude. I am now changing my pediatrician for both of my kids because of her. This lady is a ashame to be in the customer service dept. I went today for my kid sick visit, tried to get the wellness paper work for my son for the day care. debbie is rude and very nasty lady.they need to do something with her....

Extremely poor office management with an insensitive and inconsiderate office manager. On one occasion she made my daughter feel bad as we were few minutes late for an appointment - moreover when she got my daughter in tears she didn't even look at her and cancelled the appointment sating its office policy. Honestly we need a doctor who genuinely cares for us and employees staff that put patients first...
