Horrible experience . She talked withus did no follow up procedures and months later my husband is down 65# and has cancer throughout. Save your life go somewhere else.

From start to finish my experience with Dr. Vedula has been horrible. She does not take her patients’ concerns seriously and dismisses their symptoms. Having been on a certain medication for two years, I had to transfer my care to her office, unfortunately. She did not get me my medication but instead put me on a cheap alternative. It was promised to me by her office that if the medication did not work out that they would change the medication for me. After 4 months of my condition deteriorating she still refused to get me my medication saying insurance would not cover it. I spent the next couple of months researching ways to obtain the infusion I require to keep my disease under control and ended up coming up with a solution that required me to pay out of pocket. Throughout this process she was aware of the time and money I was putting in. After multiple payments, my medication didn’t fall through and when I called the insurance to see what my options were since apparently is was not covered, they told me they covered the original medication that I required 6 months prior. Dr. Vedula ended up leaving the hospital at the end of January. Now I have been without the medication I need for 6 months, my disease is worse than when I first saw her in the summer and I’m left stranded with no medication or care because clearly my health was never a concern. Ultimately, Dr. Vedula did not care despite my attempts to pay out of pocket for my medication since the cheap alternative was destroying my health. She did not offer to call insurance and tell them my health was deteriorating and that I needed a different medication (that was in fact covered). It comes off disrespectful, ignorant and lazy. I would never recommend her to anyone, find you a doctor that genuinely cares enough about their patients to do their job. From start to finish my experience with Dr. Vedula has been horrible. Not empathetic and does not take her patient’s concerns seriously. Your health will not be a priority to her. She does not care about getting you the right medication even if the one she puts you on gives you adverse reactions. I would never recommend her to anyone who needs medical care since, oddly enough as a doctor, she does not understand the word care herself. Overall experience shows me she’s lazy, ignorant and deceitful.

Dr Vedula is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. She was very rude and condescending towards me about my disease state. I will never recommend her.

Things started out nice. I even reviewed how great they were..... Then I was told 3 months ago I would be okay to start getting my infusions every 6 weeks..... then 2 days before my infusion I’m told there’s an insurance issue. My insurance says they don’t know what issue it could be... yet the Doctors office keeps telling me it takes 14 days for approval. I called twice. Both times was told 14 days but when I called the second time it was over a month past. I’m now 3ish months past infusion and when I called 2 weeks ago to follow up I left a message & still no one at the office has contacted me.?! So I guess while I was told I shouldn’t stop my medication they felt it okay to let me go without for so long that now I’d have to start all over with the infusion?! Thank you so much staff for making me feel worth your time. No need to “follow up with my insurance “ it’s been way longer than it should have been..... I’ll show myself the door.... Dr. Vedula was not forth coming with any information. Refused to see my husband until 6 weeks after 2 surgical procedures. Did not send actual reports on biopsies, surgical procedures to primary. Husband developed infection after colostomy and bleeding. Misdiagnosis as well! This Dr. Is negligent in her overall care. My husband is now going to die because of her care! BEWARE!!!! I am a new patient with Dr. Vedula, who seems very patient, and kind. I suffer from extreme anxiety going to see Doctors, but Dr. Vedula and her great staff made me feel welcome. The procedure went very well, and Dr. Vedula explained what she was doing during and after. All together Dr. Vedula is definately the best Gasteronologyst I save seen. I'm a new patient. My visit was excellent! Dr. Vedula took the time to answer my questions, made sure I understood everything, we made a plan and I'm confident she is going to be the one to be able to help me. Revisit in 3 months. All of her staff is excellent as well ???? thanks!

My daughter had a test with her G.I. doctor Vadula. And was diagnosed with the H pylori which is normally no big deal for most people. She was diagnosed in September end of October her main doctor calls and asked how the treatments going my daughter had no clue she was even diagnosed-with anything yet she was just still so sick. Dr. Vadulas office never followed through never called...we had to call her and then said it was no big deal but gave he a group of medicine to get rid of the h pylori. She’s been violently throwing up and having diarrhea and cannot eat and lost all kinds weight for 3 months and she’s telling me it’s no big deal will see you in 6 to 8 weeks. If this is left untreated when it is in an acute form like this it can turn into stomach cancer or stomach ulcers which runs in my family and this doctor asked like it’s no big deal and I am worried for nothing. When your 20-year-old daughter has no life and is failing out of school because she can’t go to college because she’s having diarrhea-throwing up and you’re gonna wait another two minths. I would strongly suggest finding a competent doctor a little farther away as she is the only one in the area. I will be on the phone first thing Monday getting her in to a REAL doctor. I felt welcomed the moment I walked in. I was a new patient so I was a little nervous. Dr. Vadulea was amazing though. I felt comfortable with her and felt she was easy to talk to. I would recommend her. She took me serious and seemed to really care that I feel better. She even asked if I had a certain blood test done recently so I wouldn’t need to pay for another. Excellent care. Amazing staff.

Run of the mill Dr. Never available to answer questions. Put my life in danger and doesn't care. Had to go to a different county's hospital to get the care I needed. Doesn't care about her patients or staff. Don't send an elderly patient that can't stand up for their selves to her or they will likely die from negligence.
