Worst Dr ever! Unprofessional and doesn’t know what she is doing!

My wife got me to try Dr. Lee as my new dentist. I went and she was just alright. I’m sure she’s good at what she does but her bedside manner definately needs work. My wife was so happy to get an emergency appt so fast but when she arrived they did nothing. As a result of this situation we are no longer patients of Dr. Lee but if I’m being honest, she probably doesn’t even care. Better luck to future patients

Just moved to the New Palestine area and broke a tooth. Looked up local dentists and saw the 5 Star rating for New Pal Family Dentistry and Dr. Lee. They were awesome from the first call getting me an appointment quickly and then text me all the new patient information which was easy to complete online. When I went in for my first visit they we welcoming and quick to get me into the chair. Dr. Lee was great the care was perfect and painless. Great staff and they all did an excellent job in taking care of me. Everyone was very kind and caring and I was also really pleased that the pricing was very reasonable. Thanks, to Dr. Lee and the team at NPFD.

Dr Lee has a well run efficient practice. She has taken good care of my dental for several years.

We were not impressed at our sons visit today. He is only 8 and was struggling during the X-rays. I was unable to come with him to help ensure his comfort. Instead I listening as he cried down the hallway. I am aware that this is not a pediatric office but as a family dentist, the level of care for a young child could have been much better. The hygentist was rude, unprofessional, and had no empathy for the situation at hand. I also felt that the pricing was outrageous. When I inquired why he would need a filling on a tooth that would be falling out soon, the explanation offer was poor at best. I will be looking for another office for our family of 5 and sharing our experience with our friends in New Pal.

Prior, we went to a pediatric office in Indianapolis and our kids have a much better experience with Dr Lee. One of our kids has a huge fear of the dentist and has done amazing with them!
