I read the negative reviews but still hoped I would have a good experience. I was wrong. I wasted two months dealing Dr. Economou. This practice has poor communication, they’re slow and their staff clearly hates their jobs! I never got answers from the doctor or explanations and results of the tests that were performed. There were also tests she ordered but I couldn’t complete because her office dragged their feet in the approval process. The office manager, Leslie, is surly and shouldn’t be working with patients or their confidential information. She is spiteful and has absolutely no compassion.

She has been my neurologist for 3 decades and now she is taking care of another family member. Her staff does a wonderful job, so I'm not sure why individuals say they are unprofessional. Dr. E and her staff has helped my family tremendously.

I hate to leave a negative review, especially when it’s a doctors office, but I forced to say that the way that this doctors office is run is so unprofessional, that I would never recommend it. The only reason that I gave it one star is the doctor herself is wonderful; however, her staff is absolutely deplorable. I had a test done there three months ago and I have been trying to get a personal copy, a copy sent to my specialist, and a copy sent to my primary care physician. I went in today, and my primary care physician has still not received anything. They made me go through the trouble of writing a fax to get a copy. Two months have passed… nothing! When you try to call them on the phone, it rings and rings and rings, and no one answers. When you talk to them in person, they are unhelpful, and argumentative. I am so sorry that I went in there to have this test done because getting information from them is a nightmare. She is a wonderful doctor. I would recommend her to anybody. She has changed my life for the better.Thank you Vasiliki Economou for everything you have done and still are.

Doctor always late. Does not accommodate for wheelchair patients, ie: not all rooms can fit wheelchair so makes handicap patients wait longer instead of working out through scheduling correctly. Office staff rude.

I loved Dr. E. I didn’t wait long at all (so not sure what’s up with that other person), and we had a nice discussion while she tested me. She was very considerate and empathetic.

During this corona epidemic I was very surprised to get a call from Dr. Economou to discuss how I was feeling because I suffer from very bad anxiety and Dr. Economou knows it. She calmed me down a lot which I highly appreciated. I must say I did not expect it. She went above and beyond to make sure that she was there for me if I needed her during these difficult times. She has been my doctor for quite a while I am very satisfied with her care.

I saw Dr. Economou after I had seen a few doctors before and I had a very good experience. She knows her neurology and is very understanding. She explained things to me in a language that I understood. I recommend her anytime

I been seeing Dr. Economou for more than 5 years. She has been a very patient and simpathetic with me and recieved Excellent treatment. I would recommend Dr. Economou to any patient without any hesitation. Also her staff is very helpful pleasent and acommodating

Dr. Ec. is very knowledgable, caring, and easy to talk to. Some diagnosis aren't easy to talk about. ??

We have been there 3 times and she made us wait 1 hour each time. Why doesn't she make all patients come in 1 hour late so no one has to wait. She thinks her time is most valuable not others.

Dr.Economou. is a caring down to earth intelligent Dr, she really knows her stuff and made me feel comfortable with her sticking and shocking me.
