Vernal Martin Hansen

I have had Doctor Vernal Hansen as my primary doctor since 2001. I have found him to be caring and freely giving of his time. He has personally telephoned me to check on me at home when I was I’ll on 3 separate occasions. He takes the time needed during appointments to answer any questions I may have. The Dr’s are amazing, Hansen is my parents primary physician and Toole is amazing whenever I go into the urgent care. The issue is getting the desk to ANSWER THE PHONE!!! They never EVER answer the phone. So sad that the Dr’s are amazing but the people at the desk are bringing the place down. Once they answered the phone, the gentleman was nice and got what I needed done, it took 2 mins… The Dr’s are amazing, Hansen is my parents primary physician and Toole is amazing whenever I go into the urgent care. I had a great experience: short waiting time and an amazing doctor Dr Hansen. I highly recommend

Dr. Hansen gets a five-star. Unfortunately his staff get zero stars. Unanswered phones, unreturned messages.

Worst place to have a female answer the phone and help you out. Never any doctors there. Making an appointment is harder than buying world series tickets. Only place worst is Chino Hospital ER (Dr. Luis Villegas) to be specific.

So I had an appointment at 10:30 and I got to the office 10 minutes before my appointment and then I was forced to wait in the waiting room for over 30 minutes before they even called me to take my copay. This is also after having to wait a month to get an appointment.

Hard to get hold of anybody there Very frustrating

they NEVER answer the phone because all the girls are too busy chit chatting all day, we have repeatedly told dr Hansen and nothing has changed. When you actually manage to make an appointment they are fast friendly service great doctor in my opinion I just can not stand the front desk.

Dr. Hansen takes the time needed to answer all of my questions and concerns. Been seeing him for three years.

This doctor is COMPLETELY worth less. I have had him 4 years and have gotten nowhere. You have to wait 6 weeks just 4 an appt. wait 2 hours, then he"ll maybe talk to you for 5 mins then leave the room. doesnt say bye or anything. Ive had medical issues and needed real help. he either throws pills at you or sends you somewhere so he doesn't have to deal. if your referral says talk to your pcp your out of luck. When i have done that tons of times all i get is see what did the referral say.
