To me I trust her she has never let me down. I have been going to her for years. She is very busy and has many sick patients but she makes room for me

Beware of Dr. Mardo! She is extremely rude, arrogant, and cold. She does not have any professional bed-side mannerisms. Instead she appears that she is "better than you". Although, I'd been going to her for years it is quite obvious she doesn't look at your chart or know the reason for your visit. Within 2 minutes of meeting for my yearly follow-up, she advised that I needed to go on a diet. She started writing down the Mediterranean Diet, etc. Mind you, my BMI was within the normal range for a 5'0 128lbs, 29yo Female. Without asking what my diet/intake looked like she automatically assumed that I ate a lot of fast food (her direct words). She went on to imply that I had HTN due poor diet and lack of exercise, although if she looked at my chart she would've known I have strong family hx of HTN, HDL, and DM. After telling her that I have a well-balanced diet and exercise regularly. She still was overly concerned about my appearance and was judgmental. I myself as a Master's level Mental Health professional, was extremely bothered by her comments and demeanor. More importantly, Dr. Mardo's comments could lead someone to engage in disordered eating habits (binge, purge, etc.) or body-image issues due to her comments. Dr Mardo is very thorough and always spot on in her diagnosis!

When i first start seeing her i felt like she cared. Well to make a long story short. She prescribed me medicine that broke my entire body out in hives. How do i know because i had a biopsy done. Well when i told her about it, she did not even want to see how bad my body broke out, all she did was prescribed me a different medication. Did i get the new medication filled? Of course not. I went home that day and started looking for a new Doctor. She might not care about my rash/hives all over my body, but i do. How in the heck do you prescribe new medicine when you dont look to see what the previous caused.

She did not care about patients at all. She did not take the time to listen to what I needed to say. She was also extremely rude, cold, and arrogant. I will not be coming back. I felt like the appointment was extremely rushed. She seemed like she did not care about my concerns or questions and wanted to perform a procedure I do not agree on. She just left me in the room without saying goodbye. I truly felt disrespected.

I'm new to Florida and was very disappointed with my first visit. I will not be back. My dog's new vet spent more time understanding my dog's health than Dr. Mardo did with mine. She was in and out so fast - I was stunned...and disappointed.

Dont depend on your scheduled bloodwork in the computer system. Had 3 times in the past years where i was held up at lab because dr or pa did not put in order . Resulted in long unnecessary wait for that order to be put in

Very rude. Condescending. She doesn't answer questions and refuses to listen. Difficult to talk to. Bad bedside manners

I went in to have a prescription renewed and she did not respond to my concerns. She ignored my request and gave me a prescription i did not ask for. Never again. Very cold replies. Not interested in hearing my questions and definitely didn't help.

Terrible Dr. And staff. Issues wrong perscription and dose causing me to end up in a walk-in over the weekend. I have had more than 3 bad experiences with this Dr. And staff. Luckily none of them were not life threatening problems but the perscribed meds they gave me could have made it. Luckily the walk-in gave me different scripts.
