Dr. Victor Klausner is a great doctor not like others takes his time to do his examinations on what’s really wrong with you and reffers you to the right direction to get well and better very nice and patient doctor and staff is also wonderful????

Horrible "DOCTOR" unprofessional, condescending, rude and inconsiderate. He thinks he can talk down to people well he forgets he is working for the patients!! We don't need you YOU need us!

Klausner is a rubber stamp for both employer and insurer and not a physician. If the company tells him to fix the injured then he honest and does so, but if they don't want the liability then he will lie in his progress reports. He will look you in the eye and tell you the truth and write the complete opposite. If he lied in your case this is what you need to do. File a complaint with the Nevada state board of Osteopathic medicine address is 2275 Corporate Circle suit 210 Henderson, NV. or you can file online. Be truth full and provide what it is he lied about. If enough people who have been screwed by this guy complains, then most likely his licenses will be either suspended or revoked! Either way he should not be allowed to practice medicine in this or any other state!!

Dr Klausner is rude and condescending. He has no respect for his patients and will lie about information on a report until he is called out. He seems to work directly for the WC insurance agencies. He treats his patients accordingly.

Terrible doctor. Guess he is this way due to being on the workers comp take. No clue about medicine

See your lawyer before you visit. He rules against any workman's comp claim: made the assumption that a chiropractor injured me and an orthopedic specialist said otherwise.

My mom came to this place... She had problems with her hands and they took X-ray images of her hands there, the doctor there said it was chronic eczama. In the end what my mom had was dermatomyoitis. I feel as though if they were to have caught what she had in time when she visited this establishment... She would've been okay.

Really great doctor. He didnt try push unnessary procedures or pain medication. Does a great a assessment, listens to you, and really tries to help you get better. Gave a very realistic picture of recovery and what to expect as well.

Dr. Klausner is the kind of physician I want everybody to talk to. He has extensive knowledge on natural ways to build a strong and long lasting body. He takes the time to actually get to know his patients and he genuinely cares. 5 stars, and then a few.

Most unprofessional doctor that I have ever met in my life. I was so emotionally disturbed when I left his office. He had no compassion for me and basically didnt care what I said and only his opinion mattered. Aside from him the rest of the staff was amazing

Worker comp case tried to send me back to work and told me not to get into confrontations.....i worked security on the strip....smh... didn't bother to tell me to get my neck checked out.. didn't try and help with my knees just assumed i was trying to use the system... Found out today it's a neck injury due to my case. If you have to go to him for workers comp GET A LAWYER ASAP....THEY KNOW HE IS GARBABGE THAT'S WHAT MY LAWYER TOLD ME.. Terrible excuse for a professional practice. I visited Dr. Klausner today, on a transfer for a workers comp claim amd before I was even seen by him I was in the patient room amd overheard Dr. Klausner discussing my case and judging me and my situation. I dont care what the reason was, even if it was for informing his staff, his opinions were non-medical and unprofessional. I was immediately offended and promptly exited the room amd informed the girls at the desk why i was leaving. He has terrible reviews and i unfortunately experienced why before ever even meeting him. After going to Concentra for a work injury, I was told I have to go to Klausners office for the follow-up. After calling to make an appointment the answering service told me to just go into his office on Pecos that he's open until 6 pm. I go in just before 5 and find that he closes@5. The staff said I can go to the Rancho office in the morning from 8-8. So I show up at 9:50am. This staff says we don't have a physician on duty and that walk-ins don't start until 11am. But oh, we're double booked so I don't know when we'd get to you. This place is a freaking joke!!!!! Dr. Klausner is an excellent doctor! He took the time to listen and asked questions. He was able to give me advice for how to do stretches to help my neck and head. He didn't just dismiss me with medicine. I was very impressed!

I've been under Dr. Krausner's care for about six months now. He's very professional and has been helpful during my treatment. He listens to me and explains things carefully. His staff is also very polite. I woke definitely recommend Dr. Krausner to family and friends.

Rude unprofessional and uneducated staff, Dr. who puts down other physicians because they have opinions that differs from his ... I wouldn't go back if they were the only office in town. A visit from hell, if I put it mildly!

This doctor is a piece of work. I suffer from a few herniated disc and pinched nerves. Very painful stuff. The only help I received was more pain pills and referrals. The doc doesn't do anything but check your reflexes and want to get inside your head. He released me to a light job duty (I'm on workers comp) because his words " I'm worried about your head and life at home" I kept politely asking him to worry about my back issues and not my financial well being and work/home life. It's his word or no word. Also would nit put in writing the recommendations he made as far as working 2-3 hours a day. Beware if you go here. I'd seek other help immediately if reffered to this guy. Dr Klausner took the time to listen, he asked relevant questions, and he questioned things the other doctors hadn't noticed. His staff, epically Sergio, were beyond personal and amazing. Sergio went out of his way to help me...I still owe you a coffee Sergio!

I agree with Dana. Dr. Klausner is very closed minded and does not listen to what his patient is telling him. He believes his opinion is the only one that matters, completely dismissing me when I try to tell him my ortho problems. It would be better to RUN to another doctor before you see this one.
