Dr. Lagmay is one of a kind. He is a Dr. that truly cares about the physical and mental being of his patients. He took the time to explain my diagnosis and any interventions possible. In the end he performed a successful surgery with minimal risks. Looking forward to seeing him at future visits. Dr Lagmay was so calming and patient in explaining my previous botched surgery from another hospital. He sent me to a top neuro surgeon in Manhattan who reveiwed all my MRI scans. The staff was incredible. I watched as they treated all the children there with love and respect.

Always cleared up problems with my disability

Dr. Lagmay is a gentleman and very professional. From day one he me has made feel comfortable. His staff is amazing very friendly, positive and attentive. If and when I do call I get answers quickly. Dr. Lagmay gets back to you within minutes of you calling whether he's in the office or on an all day surgery schedule. I would recommend Dr. Lagmay to family and friends. Doctor Lagmay is an excellent Surgeon. He's very respectful with great manners with excellent behavior. My daughter who just turn 5 years old just had a surgery with him on Nov 6th, the surgery was very successful. my Daughter had a Cyst under her thyroid gland, I was very worried. I did not know if I should trust any Doctors with my 5 years old, my only child. However Doctor Lagmay explained the procedure to me with such a confidence. I trusted him and his work everything went smooth thank you

Dr Lagmay and his staff are wonderful. I had parathyroid surgery yesterday . I never had surgery before, but Dr. Lagmay and staff made me feel comfortable, safe . Dr. Lagmay was there from beginning to end. It’s not even 24 hrs and I feel good????

I just had parathyroid surgery. Dr. Lagmay and his staff where wonderful. He is a nice dr he knew I was scared . Dr. Lagmay and his nurses calmed me down . He knows his stuff .

Now now a terrible looking scar from a thyroidectomy which he used stitches. Now the stitching has a line of dotted kelliod marks which looks horrible. Even though was discussed prior to surgery I suffer from this condition. Never seen this method used on neck isually glued with steristrips. Why would he do this knowing it would leave such unsightly marks.

Dr. Lagmay is the most unprofessional doctor i have ever dealt with. he operated on my son on a thursday, sent him home, telling me to give him over the counter pain meds. I called him the next day starting at 9:30 (I called 5 times through out the day) and asking him to call in a RX for my son because he was in an extreme amount of pain. he finally got back to me that evening at 7:30 pm. half an hour after the pharmacy closed to say he called in a RX for pain meds. the next morning the pharmacy calls to say they do not have it in stock. to ask the doc to call it in to another pharmacy. only the doctor is not available and the doctor on call does not have access to a computer? I get that its Saturday and you are probably sailing or playing golf but where is your loyalty to your patients? how does the on call doctor not have access to a computer? I find this whole experience unsettling. my poor son is suffering in pain, over the counter meds are useless and now he has to wait til Monday? suffice it to say I will be going to the office first thing monday morning, picking up my sons records and doing his follow up with another doctor. So this is about the third time I've been here. Dr. Lagmay is pretty good. No issues with him. Expect to wait 1.5 to 2 hours. I waited over 2 hours last time I saw him. The office is pretty disorganized and crowded at times with children climbing all over the place lol. After I signed in, I was running about 15 min late they took someone who was 30 min late before me. Then took 2 people who came in after me- that's when I realized they completely forgot about my appointment even though I signed in when I came and let the front desk know I was here as well as my apt time. I usually have to wait at least 45 min if not more every time I come here. Make sure you are very assertive with the front desk in order to make sure they don't skip you. So this is about the third time I've been here. Dr. Lagmay is pretty good. No issues with him. Expect to wait 1.5 to 2 hours. I waited over 2 hours last time I saw him. Dr. Lagmay was very nice and very thorough. His experience shows, and I never felt rushed. He took time to listen to my concerns, and explained everything. He removed my tonsils successfully without any complications. His office staff was also very pleasant and very responsive anytime I needed anything. They were very attentive when I needed my clearance to return to work, and faxed my correspondence within minutes of I speaking to them. Total waste of time, money and energy. After getting 5 sinus infections in one year and then getting a stomach infection from the amount of antibiotics I had to take, my primary care doctor suggested I see an ENT. Yes I would love to have some answers to why I get infections all the time and have to deal with terrible sinus pressure. Or even some things to do to prevent getting infections. Did I get any of that, no! Not helpful!
