I called here recently on 2 different occasions and was told someone would. contact me but never received any response.??

My concussion was interfering with both my home and work performance. Dr. Pedro was able to diagnose and begin treating me with Cortical Integrative Therapy. I am forever grateful!

Dr. Pedro was professional, efficient, and diagnosed the parameters of my brain injury on the first day. With what doctors back in Wisconsin did not know how to approach, he was able to diagnose and prescribe a course of treatment immediately using Cortical Integrative Therapy. I cannot thank him enough!

Our daughter, a club and then Division 1 soccer player suffered for 2.5 years from Post Concussion Syndrome. Her symptoms were severe CONSTANT headache, fatigue, insomnia, light sensitivity, etc. after suffering several concussions in a short period of time while playing soccer. She was treated by several highly regarded neurologists, a chiropractor, one of the most highly regarded neurosurgeons in the world of athletics, underwent nerve decompression surgery and later spent a week in a highly regarded headache clinic. Most of her treatments involved heavy medications. She also saw a vision therapist and an acupuncturist. We were losing hope for a cure when we saw Cara Griffith’s Ted Talk about her experience with virtually the same experience. Our daughter was treated by Dr. Pedro 3 times each week from February to May. In May of 2016 she experienced a ten minute period of no headache after therapy w Dr. Pedro. This was the first headache free period she had in 2.5 years. With additional weeks of treatment, that period of headache free relief kept extending. By June she was headache free. Dr. Pedro restored and saved our daughter’s life. The mainstream neurologists and doctors we saw over the course of 2.5 years exhibited such arrogance and focus on pharmaceuticals. The highly acclaimed neurosurgeon scoffed at our daughter when she communicated a concern over possible future CTE. Now medicine is looking at the possibility of CTE in female soccer players. Thank you so much to Dr. Pedro and his staff. Lisa was wonderful. They really worked with us to get our daughter back to 100 % after her concussion. They worked with her school and our schedule. They became part of our family. We will miss seeing them. Would highly recommend them for anyone.

7/20/2018 To: Whom it may Concern From: Douglas Rupp Subject: Dr. Victor Pedro; Integrated Medicine My grand-daughter suffered head and neck trauma in a rear end car crash in March of 2017. She suffered with debilitating pain for a year while many medical experts tried to properly diagnose and correct her condition. Her top left rib was mangled and eventually surgically removed which helped, but it didn’t solve the pain problem. Her mother, who is a physician herself, ran point and served as the advocate coordinating our girl’s care. Obviously it’s hard to get better healthcare than to have a physician-parent on your side. Ultimately and fortuitously, we wound up on Dr. Pedro’s door step. I certainly wouldn’t pretend to understand medicine or healthcare in general but I would expect those in the field to have a good understanding of the subject. We all know how those with an “MD” tacked onto their names generally view any non-traditional treatment methods. I spent several weeks with my girl while undergoing treatments by Dr. Pedro and provided telephonic updates for her mother in near real time. I will never forget my daughter’s statement in a phone conversation as we discussed our girl’s progress while under Dr. Pedro’s care. She said, “I have no need to understand the physiology of what’s happening right now. I care about results. I can always learn how it works. 5 stars does not give Doctor Pedro’s treatment justice. He is truly is one and million. I have had RSD/CRPS for 13 years and never believed it was possible to escape the burning acid sensation. I travelled from Scotland to be treated by Doctor Pedro at his clinic. I wish, I could bottle my experience up and give light and courage to others on how liberating it feels to not only have someone finally understand what you feel inside your body but to truly make a difference to your pain. Everyone with chronic pain searches for something to ease, dampen or take away their pain. For a long time I struggled with the word “relax” or to feel comfortable in my own skin. After years of trying so many treatments this one truly worked. Within hours of being in his clinic my pain changed. I attended clinic every day for a month. Since being back home I can truly say I have met a doctor that cares about you past treatment and how my future will be. If I could give anyone any advice from my journey it would be never to give up on a pain free life. Act now don’t let another day, month or year go by without getting the help that you truly need. Not only did Doctor Pedro give me hope, he gave me the best gift of all, the want to live and fight for a life worth living for. I had a concussion and other injuries after a slip and fall on the ice in 1994. In the nearly 25 years since my head hit the asphalt, I have been evaluated by at least 2 ER physicians, 3 primary care physicians, 2 neurosurgeons, 5 neurologists, and 8 ENTs in 4 states as I searched for treatment of the same 7 symptoms for which I presented to the ER in 1994. In spite of my persistent questioning of these symptoms and search for relief, I was never diagnosed with post-concussive syndrome nor was such a condition ever discussed with me. Other misleading diagnoses were made so treatment of my specific symptoms failed. Through extensive research I eventually diagnosed myself and changed my internet search criteria which led me to Dr. Pedro and his amazing therapy that just makes so much sense. I feel 100% better! As a retired RI health care provider who had to leave her clinical profession due to this injury, I find it egregious that none of the RI providers, but particularly the neurologists and vestibular specialists, seem to have any awareness of this innovative and effective treatment provided by Dr. Pedro. If it weren't for Google, I would never have found him. The insurance companies are wasting health care dollars by covering ineffectual treatments and not covering the one treatment that does work. I came to Dr. Pedro suffering from cervical dystonia. Upon the completion of his prescribed sessions I found relief from the pain/stiffness in my neck as well as the spasms that were becoming intolerable. Dr. Pedro is very thorough in his explanation of treatment as well as the expectations.

Would be a nice therapy to try, too bad they only focus on the wealthy. Do not take insurance or even try. They "accept cash and check only, no credit cards" Is financing available? "Not at this time" RSD/CRPS patients might want to double think before coming here, unless money is no object. May the doctor's oath one day come back. Pop icon, Paula Abdul, can get treatment here because she can afford the therapy. CRPS/RSD sufferers do tend to get a little disturbed and angry over time, if you lived with debilitating pain EVERYDAY, for weeks, upon months, upon years...you would also, especially when money is the only thing stopping you from finding relief. I’ve been a patient here for almost a month, everyone is very kind and helpful. Within a few treatments I’ve had more pain relief then anything I’ve tried in the past 3 years.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pedro for over 5 weeks. My condition has been slowly improving which hasn't happened in over 16 years!! He and his staff are extremely accommodating, professional and caring. I would recommend him to anyone..

Testimony: I have RSD, triggered by a knee replacement operation that I had several years ago. I was misdiagnosed for almost three years and tried everything for the pain that western medicine had to offer. Nothing worked. When I first went to Dr. Pedro,I was down to 100 pounds. My heart rate was very high. I had severe cold sweats and was hospitalized three times for constipation. I suffered for almost three years, Dr. Pedro got me better in five weeks. In the matter of 3 months Dr. Pedro was able to give my daughter relief that she was unable to find from any other Doctors or specialist!! Three years between Hasbro, Boston Children's, chiropractors, in patient/ out patient procedures, nothing relieved her daily/ all day long headaches, migraines and amplified pain symptoms. Three months with Dr. Pedro and his wonderful staff and my daughter is 90% back to her pre-concussion self!!! I can not recommend Dr. Pedro and his integrated Therapeutic approach enough, these insurance companies need to understand the time, money and more importantly quality of life that could be saved by just covering this approach! Our daughter suffered a very serious concussion playing soccer and when she was cleared by a neurologist, she suffered another soon after. After 4 months of brain rest, she was cleared again and played her first Division 1 game.After heading the ball 8-10 times, an excruciating headache began and remained with her (constant) for 2 1/2 years. She was treated by several neurologists. After 3 months of treatment w Dr. Pedro she is headache free and has her life back. We highly recommend him.

I'm now a few months short of 17. A couple months after I turned 14 I was spiked in the head in volleyball. After having an original concussion, I later got post concussion syndrome. My 2longest headaches lasted for 6 months straight and within a Couple months I had passed out 18 times. It wasn't until I went to see Dr. Pedro that I finally got answers. He diagnosed me within an hour of meeting him. He was the first doctor that didn't throw me on medicine. I highly recommend Dr. Pedro to all.
