Dr. Falcone and her staff were excellent from start to finish. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and supportive, I was a little afraid but my results so far are great. Dr. Falcone talked me thru my consultation to show and assure me that she knows what to do. As what areas of my body needed what service, her prices were reasonable. So, far so good 1 week post visit down 6 months to go for full results.

Dr Falcone is a true artist in her field with a remarkable talent for creating beautiful and natural-looking results! I love her and I loooove her staff! Can't wait for my next visit!

Horrible! It took some time to write this review. I've worked with other cosmetic surgeons who care about their patients and experiences in Philadelphia. She is not one of them. I had a great experience with Dr. Falcone and when I say she was not what I expected she was not what I expected. She did a great no fantastic job ???? on me and I can honestly say that. Her staff was as pleasant as you would ever want any staff to be. I have referred her to quite a few co-workers but my in my own opinion straight up she is a terrific doctor and I only had smart lipo done. I workout but if u don't change your consuming habits u don't even need to waste your money. Ppl think this is a permanent fix its not it is to help u out some use it to build confidence. From the consultation, to post op appointments, to the results! I was satisfied with my results as soon as I left and they just keep getting better and better. She is literally my cosmetic angel! Reading these reviews is horrifying. This sociopath did smartlipo on me long ago when she was located at the curtis center. I can't even say how much I REGRET not suing her into oblivion! I had a lot of drama going on in my personal life and this botched 10k job by this incompetent psycho made everything much worse. Dr. Falcone is incredible. From my initial consultation with Dr. Falcone and Cindy (she’s also amazing) all the way through my one month post-op appointment, I have nothing but great things to say. I was referred to Dr. Falcone by a family member and gave her office a shot. I must say I was skeptical at first by reading some of the negative reviews but didn’t want to base my judgement off of them. So I figured why not see for myself. Not only has she taken great care of my insecurities but she’s lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient while offering and performing outstanding quality of medical care at a reasonable price. Dr. Falcone is honest, informative and most importantly realistic. She will go over your expectations and give her thoughts and recommendations. My Name is Brianna after going to the falcon center I’m VERY disappointed to say the least I absolutely look the same I feel like I wasted money when I could’ve went to Miami or somewhere else for my lipo/ bbl well I didn’t get the bbl because she stated I didn’t need it! Couldn’t be more disappointed. I went to see Dr. Falcone for PRP hair restoration procedure. I was advised to complete blood work (23 tests) which I did - cost me $300 out of pocket patient responsibility. Than doctor wanted a follow up visit to discuss my test results. Originally I was told that visit will cost me $75......but later that amount changed $90-$250 depends on how much time doctor will spend with me. I canceled my appointments immediately. What can I say......terrible communicationI. I have to agree with other reviewers - I was treated like just another few dollars. Do your research. Dr. Falcone was the only doctor, who took my health concerns seriously and actually listened to me. She has diagnosed me with lipedema and treated accordingly. She has divided my treatment into three separate procedures and achieved an amazing result! Because my case was not severe, no doctor was taking my pain and my discomfort seriously. I had an appointment for liposuction and BBL and the staff and the doctor is extremely amazing

A friend of mines received liposuction of spring 2018 and she is not happy with it .. 5 areas for 5,000 great .. but your body sure enough shows the discount ... my friend left with still a roll that Victoria knew was going to be a problem area ! But instead of working on that area she knew that my friend would have want to get that area done so when asked about fixing that area after the lipo it was “oh you have to spend this amount of money for me to work on you” when knowing the job was done terribly .. we went to another doctor and he stated that her bottom part of her stomach was done ok but her upper abdomen was done very poorly ... she still doesn’t like two pieces and is ashamed that her body Is the even close to what’s she’s comfortable with and having to waste 5000$ ... the most enjoyable part of the whole process she stated was Jenn who was the nicest staff member ... I went back to Dr. Back to request a revision and he refused. I went to see Dr Falcone and had another lipo procedure. I am very pleased with the results. I waited 1.75 hours to see anyone on my pre-op visit and then saw the nurse for a little while, and then I waited some more for the doctor. After I had waited for 3 hours, never seeing the doctor, I walked out. No one even called me to apologize or try to explain. Obviously, I was just a paycheck in an assembly line not worth the time or respect to see. I would not recommend.

Dr. Falcone and her staff are very personable and compassionate during a very anxious time. I feel extremely lucky to have chosen such a great group. Dr. is very knowledgeable and helpful and I enjoy each visit.

I was in search of a doctor to address my concerns. I researched and found The Falcone Center. Upon my arrival to the office I found it to be beautifully decorated and very peacefully, and her staff was very friendly and welcoming. Upon meeting Dr. Falcone I felt that she was easy to talk to and listened well. She addressed all my concerns, explained in great detail, offered pros, cons, and options. I really love coming here, and I really, really love my results.

I went to Dr Falcone when she had her office in Center City. I had Smart lipo on my flanks and stomach. My stomach was left lumpy and I looked the same. She said it would resolve in 6 months. I never went back when I found out she is not a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. She has NO surgical degree. I had to go somewhere else to get corrected. Dr Falcone when you were located at the Curtis Center L55 I had a smart lipo procedure at your office under local anesthesia which was very painful. My stomach was left with dents and lumpy I consulted with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in New Jersey who informed me you were not a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. I began to do my research. I called your office for a follow up visit and instead of seeing you I was told upon arrival I was going to meet with Dr Francis another non Board Certified Surgeon. I decided never to return. When my fiancé pressed me to return to your office and address these issues I found d out that you were no longer in business and the office was closed. I made my efforts to see you after my surgical procedure. What upsets me the most is that you are not transparent with your clients. You skate around the issue about being a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Receiving training from other physicians does not make you a qualified surgeon. My mother in law who works for the CEO of a Philadelphia hospital informed me that you do local anesthesia procedures because by law you cannot perform general anesthesia cases because you are NOT Board Certified in Plastic Surgery. I went through a lot of pain during my procedure I felt everything. I paid over $6000 to look worse. I only weighed 138lbs before my surgery. My love handles are the same and my stomach is the same expect now I have bulges everywhere. I had to go somewhere else to get a full Liposculptung procedure and remove all the scar tissue which they explained to me it's normal after lipo. I think it's wrong for you to pose as a Plastic Surgeon when you are not. If you have no surgery education from a University what gives you the right to perform surgery? I love Dr Falcone!! I have been going to her for years. I have had smart lipo in the past which worked so well! I now get Botox and Fillers. I Love the results! I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Falcone, and her staff yesterday. I literally called the morning of, and they were able to see me for a Smart Lipo consultation later that evening. Dr. Falcone's consultant, Nicole was very friendly, and explained to me what my options were as far as payment. After doing my research, she had the best price point for this type of procedure.She also went over what a normal procedure day looks like. Soon after speaking with Nicole, Dr. Falcone came in the office with a warm greeting. We further discussed the things Nicole and I had already gone over, but more in depth. She then evaluated the areas that I wanted to be treated to determine the best procedure. I was given a very detailed packet that informs you of all before, during, and after care following your surgery. I am looking forward to scheduling in the next few months. Dr. Falcone does not feed you unrealistic fantasies. She is very honest and upfront about what to expect, and that results will vary from patient to patient. I myself am a size 16 and I stand 5'3. I am very comfortable with my shape(minus the mid section). Realistically, I would like to get down to a size 10-12. That is reasonable. I originally went in for laser scar, it's been a process but it's improving slowly. Dr falcone it's amazing at giving me information communicating with me via email by sending her pictures of my scars and to see how much they're improving witch makes me feel like I'm a priority for her witch it's a good feeling. I recently had fillers on my lips and cheeks and omg the best ever yet (and I've had a lot of fillers done before with different surgeons) she's amazing she shows you what she's doing, you don't feel a thing. I started seeing Dr. Falcone about a year ago to treat me with functional medicine. I understood while making my appointment that it would be costly because she does not accept insurance. I could always call or email a certain employee to assist me and she was always on top of things. I have spent a lot of money with Dr. Falcone and this employee is no longer there. Since she has left, my emails are not answered, prescriptions are not called in and her practice is suffering. Get her back.

She was honest but at the same time I feel she treated me like just another few dollars. Although there's no guarantee with cosmetic surgery, the results are less than understandable or satisfying 5 months after my surgery I still have to suck my stomach in to look good in clothes which is the one thing she told me she could do was make me look good in clothes. My stomach is the same size as it was when I got the surgery and now I have uneven lumps and scars and have $4750.00 less in my savings account. Staff and everything was nice, but I was a squeeze in surgery so maybe she rushed me. I wore my garment and extra month past the recommended time and when I stopped is when I realized my stomach is still the same size but its actually uglier. My diet didn't change much as I've always been a healthy eater. So I'm not sure what went wrong. 5 months in I'm still a little numb. I feel it especially when I stretch. We added on my flanks my right side still has all this fat, my left flank is the only thing I'm happy with. My bra line still has a bunch of fat. I'm glad I tried it because I would have driven myself crazy thinking what if. But it definitely is a gamble. Dr. Falcone and I met and she fulfilled every requirement that I had and I have been using her for many years. I appreciate her work ethics, honesty, as well as her ability to really "hear" what my needs are. Dr. Falcone has given me a liquid face lift for the past few years.
