Vidyasagar Mokureddy

Dr. Mokureddy is a great doctor. I was crushed by a vehicle and in a lot of pain pretty frustrated with my situation. He understood the issues and eased my pain the best method he could at this time. Dr. Mokureddy listened to all my issue's and set me up with a plan to get through this dark time in my life.

When Dr. Mokureddy first started his office I was referred to him. I have been seeing him ever since then. He was extremely kind & had an excellent bedside manner. He has been treating me for several issues & it is so wonderful to be pain free several days after my treatments. I don't know what I'd do if he wasn't there to give me the treatments that give me a better quality of life. I would find it hard to trust another Doctor. I have recommended him to so many people & they also have only good things to say about him. He's a wonderful Doctor.

The best doctor and staff ever, i would not even be able to walk without walker. This place has given me more freedom on a daily basis. The doctor and staff go out of their way to make me comfortable, always kind and pleasant.

This office is amazing for the 12 years I have been going to them. I have never waited and I have a huge respect for Dr. Mokureddy. He excels as a doctor and his skills are the finest to be found in this area. His NP's are excellent and the office staff are quick to respond to your phone calls.

No results, bad attitude

This place is awful. At one time it was decient but now they are cutting meds for my mother that she desperately needs. She no longer has quality of life. They used the excuse that's it's because of new state guidelines which I know is b.s. because I know other people treated for cronic pain that go to different doctors and are treated much better.. it's simply unfair My mother has never failed anurine screen and always had what she was supposed to have if called in for a count. I just don't get it. Why take her medicine and cut it down to less than half of what she used to get and really needs. I hate watching her suffer.. so my opinion is this place SUCKS. I have been going to Dr Mokureddy for pain management. I have known him for several years. Well low and behold, when my son and I were out of state, Dr. Mokureddy's office called me for a "pill count." I was told that I had to be in his office at 9am the next day for this "pill count" or he was dropping me as his patient. His request was impossible. We were not driving almost non stop, 8 hours for a "pill count." I called two other people who I know are also his patients. I was told that Dr. Mokureddy did these 24 hour notice "pill counts." A request for when I get back home, okay but not a 24 hour notice. Dr. Madden is no longer on Church St so maybe Dr. Mokureddy has picked up more patients and he is trying to weed out his garden. I am shocked and saddened. I am looking for a new doctor. At 73 years old, I don't move well without medication. I have been going to Dr Mokureddy for pain management. Office staff is horrible, they do not do their jobs and then lie about it when questioned. I ended up with an out of pocket bill because they said they had preapproval for an injection when in fact they never contacted the insurance for prior authorization. My insurance denied payment because treatment did not correlate with my symptoms. The doctor barely speaks to you and quickly exits on to the next patient to avoid actually handling patient care. I had pain in my chest. I had been to the ER at Arnot at least 2 times, maybe more, and they ordered every test under the sun with no definitive results. I went to Dr. Mokureddy and he diagnosed the problem within minutes and gave me an injection. The pain was gone within 1-2 days and has not been back since. I was extremely nervous about the injection but the staff there was very compassionate and made me feel comfortable. The injection was not bad at all. They go above and beyond to help the patients. was a big waste of money gave me injection that lasted only three hours and the bill came to 2,259.44 which I ended up paying out of pocket 230.00. Money I don't have. And for a little relief for three hours.

I have alway been seen by the Dr. , P.A. or N.P in a reasonable amount of time. They are attentive to my needs and concerns, my questions are answered with clear explanations. I have never felt rushed. The support staff are professional, courteous and friendly.

Always the Best

Super attentive and willing to give his time. He really treats you as one would and should expect to be treated by their physician.

I was been seen by Bath VA with less then any type of decent care , was sent out to buffalo and Syracuse VA, was sent to Dr Mokureddy and started receiving great and proper care , actually treating and requesting proper test , had to divert from Bath VA to State insurance as they(( Bath VA ) wouldn't write my scripts Rx , Dr Mokureddy and his team requested the test to find out I have NO fluid in my spine and many other back issues and treating accordingly, very very happy with Dr Mokureddy and his team , very polite and always very pleasant , would recommend this team to all my friends and family I was been seen by Bath VA with less then any type of decent care , was sent out to buffalo and Syracuse VA, was sent to Dr Mokureddy and started receiving great and proper care , actually treating and requesting proper test , had to divert … More

There policy about pill counts is stupid.I was out of town for a couple of weeks visiting family.Because I wasn't home to answer their call I don't get my pain meds.I've been going thereabout 3yrs now they treat me like I'm a drug addict I'm going on 60.I'm not gonna sit home waiting to see if theyre going to call that's not right

Beyond angry with this office. Have had so much trouble with many people in this office. My family has been talked down to, misinformed, basically yelled at because of a misunderstanding. Will not be given a full reason for any of the problems we have been having. Very disappointed.
