Dr. Parmar has a very kind and calming demeanor. I have had two difficult extractions done. He talks you through what he is doing and I felt very safe and confident in his abilities!

Dr. Parmar was very professional, compassionate and thorough. I felt very relaxed and knew I was in very good hands. I now have no fears of returning for my second implant.

I did not know just what to expect at my appointment. I'm sorry I didn't have my med list with me but was assured the office would get that information. The nurse was very helpful and informative as she took an Xray. Dr. Parmar shook hands and wasted no time explaining what he would do today, how he had talked with the dentist, Dr. Farrell, and my Nurse Practitioner, Katy Warren. I should have called to find out if I needed to take a pre med; for I took the antibiotic and didn't need to. My fault. The conversation with Dr. Parmar was comfortable and thorough. I was surprised at the amount of the estimate. Now to see how much may be covered by dental insurance. 1) my savings have been wiped out by my failed spinal fusion surgery 2) inflation has robbed me of a chance to rebuild my savings. I'm not sure I can afford this work and must think it over carefully.

Dr. Parmar is the most personable and through professional I have ever dealt with. He took the time to throughly explain the entire process, including best and worst case scenarios. Very very good at explaining my options. Answered my questions and most of all it was very pain free. He and his entire staff are great.

Dr. Parmar is always upbeat and friendly! Very professional and explained the procedure in great detail, answering questions and giving examples. An overall amazing surgical experience—would recommend and come back to him in the future if needed.

I saw Dr Parmar twice now and am EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH HIM ! He is not just very professional; but I believe he can communicate VERY well with anyone/patient. He never makes me feel like he is in a hurry to leave the room until I've asked any questions. Went out of his way to research a product for me. That to me is a wonderful doctor.

I honestly don't know where to begin, Dr. Parmar is just that, Amazing. His bedside manner is hands down the best. I have anxiety and struggled with the capacity of the surgery. He walked me through everything, showed compassion over my concerns and made me immensely comfortable through the process. He was also there for my husband explaining everything and how to accommodate me after surgery. He did give me real life possibilities of what I might expect and didn't sugar coat, because he wanted me to understand and have a clear head going into it. Needless to say, the next day (1/24) I was up moving and putzing around my house with minimal pain and light swelling. No prescription pain medication needed. 5 days later I still can't believe how my recovery has been, neither can my husband and family. I am so fortunate I was referred to him and will only see him for future dental procedures! Thank you so very much for my smile again Dr. Parmar, I feel blessed!

I only trust Dr. Parmar to do my extraction/implants. I have had two now and I trust him completely. I am sedated for the procedure and happily came through the event with zero problems. He has a great energy about him and is extremely reassuring and professional. I highly recommend him if you need this type of dental service.

Dr. Parmar was very personable and professional. I liked the way he kept me informed as the extraction procedure was ongoing.

Everything was thoroughly explained and the procedure was basically quick and pain-free. Would highly recommend Dr. Parmar and hygienists.

A "trip to Paris" and "being kicked by a mule" were ahead of "visiting an oral surgeon" on my bucket list this week, but Dr. Parmar made a fairly unpleasant experience quite tolerable. I'm the kind of person who wants to know in advance everything a dentist, plumber, internist, or mule is going to do and why. Dr. Parmar, unlike my neighbor's mule, thoroughly explained everything he was going to do and didn't proceed until I fully understood. He said, "you may feel a little pick" and "you may feel some pressure" more often than my plumber, but my plumber charges more and doesn't put his hands in my mouth. Dr. Parmar has a gentle chair-side manner and a quiet competence that eases the discomfort of visiting an oral surgeon before going to Paris. It could have been much, much worse.

Let's just say I've spent many many hours in various dental chairs in my 64 years on this planet. I know Bay Oral is oral surgery, which is a dental chair ride to the MAX. EVERYONE at Bay Oral that I have met has been wonderful. They know their job duties, but also have awesome personalities. Dr. Parmar is top notch. This is the second time I've had work done by him in the past 12 months. This last time, the required procedure was much more extensive. Dr. Pamar took the time to discuss in detail what the procedure would involve and the possible options that would need to be taken in the event my past vocal cord Cancer radiation treatment would impact the surgery. Everything went excellent. Dr. Parmar and his staff made it seem like a "walk in the park". I will recommend Bay Oral and Dr. Parmar to any and all people I encounter that may need oral surgery.

My 90 year old father was treated with compassion and kindness as Dr. Parmar needed to extract 2 teeth. The doctor and staff did a great job explaining the procedure and follow up care . Thank you!

He was very nice, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. He took his time and was not rushing as sometimes happens in other medical offices. He and his office went out of their way , used their own time and made special efforts for me to obtain hyperbaric treatment with their referral letter which was done immediately. Some other places I had to wait days and make calls to obtain medical referrals or treatment items . I mention this because Dr Parma’s is not only great a professional but the additional services by him and his staff after the exam to help me were superior to other organizations I encountered and you could tell they had a genuine concern for you as a person. I spent a lot space above talking about the after visit extraordinary services but I don’t want that to distract from the fact that Dr Parma is well worth the long distance I traveled to see him and be will doing so again

Dr. Parmar was very explanatory of the situation at hand. He presented things very clearly by giving everyday, down-to-earth examples! He made things easy to understand!

I’m a patient who doesn’t do well with dentists. Due to osteoporosis, my bone loss caused a tooth to need extraction. Yikes! However, Bay Oral, Dr. Parmar, Susan and everyone else I encountered, was AMAZING!!! They couldn’t have made me feel more at ease if they tried. I had even failed to do something important before my appointment and they were able to accommodate and still do the procedure!! Like I said… AMAZING!! Thank you Bay Oral and specifically Dr. Parmar and Susan… so much!

Dr. Parmar is the best!!

I have been in the health field for over 30 years so I am very aware of patient care. Dr Parmar was excellent. He has wonderful chairside manner. He took the time to explain my procedure and future procedures that need to be done. Before he did anything during the procedure he gave me an explanation what was going to happen next. Used more than enough anesthetic. So I had no pain during or hours after. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Parmar has a great chairside manner and is very comforting in his explanations and delivery of treatment. His anesthetic injections are THE best (and I was awake when he gave them-not knocked out so I know) and the removal of my tooth was swift and painless. He also placed two implants for me in the past and that was a great experience also....highly recommend this doctor and his team.

My experience with Dr. Parma and his staff was A PLUS! I felt very comfortable and the whole process of the implant was very smooth! This is coming from someone who is terrified of the dentist!

Dr. Parmer is a true professional, very respectful, caring and is an attentive listener. He had performed other extractions in the past for our family and we requested him for some recent additional extractions.

This was my second procedure with Dr. Parmar, for which I requested him personally. Upon entering the room, he cheerfully greeted me by name and asked me how I was doing. He asked if I had any questions before we started. We briefly chatted about our upcoming skiing vacations, and then he told me that he would be talking to me throughout the procedure as he explained the steps along the way. The extraction went very well, with no discomfort at all. I was surprised when he said he was finished because it went so quickly. Next, he gave me options for followup treatment and said that if I would like to consider an implant for this tooth #18, to call in 3-4 months for further consultation. My first implant procedure a year ago exceeded my expectations, so this will definitely be a top consideration! I would also like to thank the office staff, and his friendly and efficient assistants, who made me feel very comfortable. Thank you!

Dr Parmar is an excellent Dentist. He explains everything to you before a procedure, shows you your x-rays, and explains to you what he is doing during the procedure. Very patient, kind and knowledgeable.
