There was a worker named muni or something along them lines and when I had asked her for assistance she was very rude about it I asked what to put on the forms as it was my first time being there and the lady was very rude to me mumbling stuff under her breath.

Dr Patel literally change my life, best Doctor I ever had. Great staff service, Dr Patel listens to you and takes the time to explain all your questions. He really cares for his patients. I would recommend his service to everyone. I’m so thankful for his help. God Bless you and all your loved ones Doctor. ❤️

My mom goes here. The doctor is nice and found her cancer in her lung. However, the woman at the front desk is very rude to my mom and I don't understand as to why. We are sitting in the lobby now. My mom came here because they won't answer the phone so I brought her here so she can ask the question she needed to ask. She makes my mom wait very long periods of time. My mom likes the doctor but the lady up front needs to straighten her attitude up a bit. I always here my mom complain about this woman every visit. Today I went in with her to see how she treats my mom. It wasn't good. Do better. Be nice. She is a patient who has insurance and cash need be to help pay your salary. So please do better. I was unable to get answers and couldnt get my medicine because of paperwork. He is nice but i was not able to get the care i needed

Dr. Patel is such a wonderful Physician. My mother had a stroke and the hospital had her on the wrong medication. He spent such a long time with her getting her medication right and getting her set up with Home Health. The hospital never sent him the results of her tests. I'm QMB patient, and he's charging me co-pay, I don't suppose to pay a penny for my care, he's been my DR for 4 years. I talked to Medicare and they said that I don't have to pay for anything, now because I refuse to pay him he's dropping me off his care, he's not only my P.C.P. but my pain management DR ????, too, it's a shame that he doesn't care about his patients ?? he just care about money, he doesn't want me to look for another DR, he's threatening me with my pain medication and finally his wife told me that he is not going to see me anymore.

Since getting to know them at this office,he does care. Office staff has improved.

I've been seeing From Patel for many years and he's the greatest doctor. I would recommend him and his staff they are all professional and accommodating

Extortion at its finest. No matter what you will ALWAYS have an “unpaid balance from last visit”. Avoid.

Don’t waste your time! These people are arrogant and rude! And Dr. Patel apparently approves! They think you should feel privileged to walk in the door! I’ve requested my medical records and they’ve denied giving them to me! Plus, they ONLY take cash! What’s up with that? I’ll bet the IRS would love to audit the place!

He is an excellent Dr. He alwa,truly, listens to what you are saying . He gives honest feedback. Very professional and has a fantastic (bedside manner) , very friendly. I will go see him until he is no longer in business!!. And he doesn't overbook his patients. So, in turn , you don't have to waste your entire day to wait for your refills or help for a newproblem. The front office clerk's very rude. Pre-Authorization from your insurance to them to fill out forms to be approved is a joke. They have caller id so if you keep trying to call them they won't answer. I've literally have gone through diabetic seizures due to them lacking on my meds to be preapproved. They're not eqipped with the proper office equipment nor internet there. Something is fishy with this office because I never get a receipt when paying cash. When i asked Dr.Patel what hospital do I go to if there's an issue,he replied,that he doesn't go to hospitals anymore?! Found out that's his sister inlaw working at front desk that's why he doesn't fire her after so many complaints. The only cordial or ppl of help are a lady by the name of Michelle an the lady that draws the blood. So now Im searching for another dr. Noone should have to put up with such rudeness. Wonder if they will ever have a better bedside manner towards their patients?! Probably not from previous reviews. Good luck to anyone that goes here. Strongly suggest finding someone else. Excellent staff and great doctor.

Crooked, rude, and all about money instead of helping someone with a swollen finger! I am a very reasonable and forgiving person, and it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review and I leave lots of good ones. We always paid at the time of our appointment and even paid for an appointment missed that I do not remember making. What is bad is I actually really liked the doctor until he sent my husband for an unecessary xray and MRI BEFORE he prescribed an antibiotic and a steroid that cured his swollen finger. He had us worried my husband had a bone infection or blood infection scaring us out of our mind and only when I called and asked why they did not give him an antibiotic while we waited on the xray results, did they prescribed one BUT did not prescribe the steroid, too! Any good ethical doctor would do that first with his symptoms to see if that worked BEFORE ordering an xray and MRI's costing 800 out of our pocket. Also, they only take cash and ONLY give you a handwritten receipt?

The woman who works front desk is RUDE and refuses to listen to the patient. She is completely UNBENDING to what the patient wants or needs without even speaking to the doctor. I've been a patient for going on Two years and ive tried to ignore the rudeness but I just can't anymore.

Doctor wants you to see him every 6 months whether your sick or not. If you don't, the staff and the doctor gets an attitude. They will try to persuade you to take tests at their office instead of where you would like to go. I had an office visit, and nothing was done but to write one prescription. 150 dollars, and when I had one more question the secretary said that he couldn't be asked questions even though that I could see him behind the counter. The secretary said that I had to make another appointment if I wanted to talk to the doctor or ask him anymore questions. Not very friendly staff at all, don't think that I will go back. I would never recommended this Dr to treat anyone. He is a small town Doctor with limited knowledge and experience. If you care about your health, go to another doctor!

Dr Patel is an excellent Doctor. He is very thorough and spends adequate time discussing issues with you. The main problem I have is his office staff, they are not very friendly or courteous, not only to me but other people that I have talk to. The clinic is very self service, if you need any follow up for any clinical testing that was preformed ( i.e. blood work, MRI, outside X-rays, etc.) You have to verify and schedule yourself back in to see the doctor. They generally will not let you know.
