Some of the best staff and office around. Dr. Tran is amazing and goes into detail to make sure you understand your treatment process. David the assistant is so gentle and makes you feel comfortable in the chair.

Office visit was so pleasant. I really love the office staff and the dentist is so knowledgeable. Place is clean and I got the appointment fast. Really honest place, they really tell you what is that you need to do for your teeth.

Dr. Patel is an amazing dentist and he truly cares for his patients. I have been going there for almost 5 years and they do a great job every time. My recent visit I had to get a crown done and the dental assistant was Vanessa. She was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place!

So I have been many place and finally found this place. FRONT DESK GIRLS WHERE GREAT ! Made me feel like this was the place for me… once I took my little guy here for his first check up ever and them knowing that, they made the experience so much better for him. Once we went into the room two younger guys were helping making him feel right at home talking sports and things like that to him. Then Crystal came in and did x rays and he sat there and just let him do her things. She was so nice and kind my little guy still talks about his experience that he had that day! I was so impressed by the way everything treated us! The dentist came in looked in his month and talk to him like he has known us for years… this place it like home away from home! Thank you so much for the best service ever. Can’t wait to see them again in six months

I get soo nervous at the dentist but they made me feel more comfortable.

Heidy the hygienist was very gentle with me and Melissa was very helpful at the front. Awesome staff along with Dr. Patel and they were all very thorough with taking care of me especially on my first visit. They made me feel comfortable and seen as one of their own, not by “Patient A, B, C”. Highly recommend!

I went to his office in Moreno valley as an emergency walk in and from the moment I entered his staff treated me in such a sweet and courteous manner from the front desk to the x ray taker all the way to the man himself, Dr. Patel. He was so kind and reassuring as the first thing he asked was if I was okay or if I had an anxious thoughts and I thought that was so thoughtful. He performed an extraction and cavitiy refill and I could not be happier with his work!

So far so good went in for a cleaning and check up turns out I need full dentures and all my teeth polled which I knew they were friendly They were professional they were prompt and they even provided me information for financial assistance I have to say my first visit was wonderful if I have to go to the dentist I don’t mind going here.

The reception staff is vary friendly and helpful. The dental assistants are friendly as well and vary knowledgeable and perform their duties extremely well. By the time the dentist comes in everything has been taken care of by the dental assistant staff. Therefore the dentist can go straight to work and get the procedure done quickly, carefully, professionally and in a friendly/caring manner. Everytime I have gone into the office to get work done it has always been a positive experience. The only negative comment I have is I think it is truly insane to charge a fee of $75 to a PATIENT if they miss an appointment. I have NEVER heard of any doctor, dentist or anyone in the medical field that charges patients for missing an appointment. We are PATIENTS NOT HOTEL GUESTS. Especially someone like myself who is a single father with IEHP/MEDI-CAL and aren't supposed to be charged for services. It went from $35 to $75 in a CPL years which, in my opinion, is ridiculously wrong for a doctor to charge their patient for just missing an appointment. Also if you can't pay that fee by your next appointment they will refuse services to you which is wrong and should be malpractice.

Dr. Patel was very gentle and was so kind. I told him my last experience I had With a dentist and he reassured me I would be fine and not feel pain. When I did feel pain he stopped and re numbed me. He has made my anxiety of going to the dentist practically disappear. He did such a wonderful job and I will be going back for sure for anymore dental needs.

I’ve been going to Dr. Patels office for three years now, so far I’ve had nothing but Great experiences. I am a person who was terrified of going to the dentist until I met Dr. Patel. Now I enjoy going in for my check up and cleaning thanks to the wonderful people that work there.

I have been only going to this dentist since I was 9 years old, now I'm 20, and it's for good reason! The staff are super friendly, make you feel comfortable, and are very professional.

The best experience started with the back assistant Yissel. She was very nice and took great X-rays of my teeth. Next the hygienist really seems to be experienced because she took her time and really deep cleaned my teeth. Then next the Docter really knows what he is doing found my cavaties quick so I can get an appointment scheduled. The best part about this office is the communication between staff. This was seen when the hygienist came not only to ask how much longer Yissel would be on my X-rays but checked that the X-rays were good. Also Docter Patel himself checking behind the hygienist to make sure my teeth were really clean. Had my wisdom teeth pulled a couple weeks ago and procedure was very quick and the assistant Yissel made me feel really comfortable because I was really nervous. She was really sweet and made my experience much better!

My experience at Dr. Patel was good. I went for wisdom teeth extraction, all 4 of them. The team of oral surgeon and assistant Yissel was great. The oral surgeon is good, and didn’t feel a thing. He first numbed me on both sides, and then the whole process took about an hours time. The whole process was pain free. Even during COVID-19 times, it seems safe to do wisdom tooth extractions. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Patel and his team. My only peeve would be, it would be better if they got rid of the late fees for missed appointments. Last week I had 9 cavities filled in one day and the experience was painless, but Dr. Patel and his assistant made sure to ask me numerous times if I was ok. Dr. Patel is my primary dentist at the Moreno Valley office. This is my second time coming in for oral surgery with Dr. Thomas at the Hemet office. This will be a review for both offices. I'll copy to both Google pages. Let me start by saying this is the first time I find myself Without dental insurance and needing multiple teeth extractions. I visited the Moreno Valley office for a checkup and to find out the possible costs. Dr. Patel performed the exam and consultation. Great service. Afterwards, I met with Kari to go over the costs and payment options. Kari was incredibly informative and helped me in my decision. My payments work well with my budget and I'm getting the procedure done. Exactly 1 week later I am at the Hemet office. This is my 2nd visit here. The first time i had 1 wisdom tooth removed. Today i am having the remaining 3 removed. The front desk was attentive. I was surprised to see two back office assistants from the week before (Moreno Valley office). I was glad to see two familiar faces. Yissel was Dr. Thomas's assistant throughout my surgery. I have seen Yissel many times at the Moreno Valley office at the front desk. She is always personable and helpful. She will make conversation with you while you wait in the lobby. I had a few concerns during my procedure and both her and Dr Thomas were attentive to those concerns. Dr. Thomas made the procedure fast and painless. I had oral surgery for my wisdom teeth today by Dr.Thomas and his assistant Yissel. They were both great! Very caring and nice! Really appreciated it! The surgery was very quick and painless, they both made sure of that. Overall great staff!! 10/10 recommend getting any procedure/ cleaning here ☺️!

I was terrified to go see the dentist. I was also very ashamed that I hadn’t been to a dentist in years and my teeth showed it. I only went because I was in pain... The staff was so kind! From the person I first made an appointment with and everyone following, I have received the best of care. The dentist was kind and made me feel heard. He took time to ask me my concerns and took the time to address them. I’ve had a few visits (wisdom teeth removal, cleaning and a root canal.) and while not fun, it went amazingly well. He asked me regularly if I was okay during the procedures. I have a very different view of going to the dentist than I did before coming to this office. I suggest if you’ve been worried, maybe embarrassed, a little scared, to give them a visit. You won’t regret it!

Charged a $1 processing free for Medi-Cal? If you are needing dental work and qualify for Medi-Cal you have to pay to process paperwork? And wouldn't pull tooth after asking since I didn't want a root canal. Guess the state doesn't pay the dentist enough for extracting teeth?
