Absolutely the worst pain Doctor I have ever been to. She shot my back, neck up and it worked a little bit. Then she had me try a temporary pain blocker machine in my lower back. I was coming out of anesthesia and I being told by her how to use this machine. It never did work so she removes it and as I am checking out and talking to her front desk people, She tells me from her back office “Shut Up”. I never said anything back and I NEVER WENT BACK TO “The WICKED WITCH DOCTOR”. I moved away to the Phoenix area and had my back and neck operated on here in The Phoenix area. Please go to ANYWHERE BUT “THE WICKED WITCH DOCTOR”.

Doctor Dalal is one of the kindest souls that I and my family have had the blessings to know and have in our lives. We have been patients of hers for almost 4 years now and she has gradually coached and counseled two of our family from a very HIGH level of the strongest pharmaceutical pain medication down to one completely off now and the next on their way to freedom. She will write what the patient NEEDS not "wants"....some people have to be taught the difference and she and her staff will do that. There is a place of being in full awareness and in a place of reality not blurred narcotic fog. Doctor Dalal has with my family and can with anyone bring you back to a healthy state of living!! If you're looking for someone to treat the complete cause and not just the symptoms ,than she is the one!!

The doctors' staff are some of the friendliest people I have ever met. They have empathy sometimes to the point I have witnessed patients abusing them. I hope people realize these people working in that office are human beings with lives outside of there just like the patients they are treating. I have never witnessed anyone of them mistreat or be even remotely unkind to anyone in their surroundings. That is a stressful job they are doing and even though we patients may think we are there for the doctor alone, her staff is an extension of herself and she can not function without them. Remember that the next time you see any physician and recall how friendly Jasmine. Amber, Rashina, Valerie, Menjuy, Lilly, Brittney......please.

Dr. Vinay Dalal is in my opinion based on almost 4 years of treatment one of the most caring and competent physicians in the medical field. She has counseled me from being on so much pain medication I was numb to the entire human experience to being on just enough to dull my pain to the point I can live a decent life while still having chronic pain. I really needed Dr. Dalal in my life to help me come back to LIFE again. TY very much for all you do for me!!! She was a terrible doctor, wanted patients to come once a week to some kind of therapy session as a condition of her services. They'll all sit around in the lobby an expression do chair exercises. She doesn't need a license go do yoga in a park

Dr. Dalal is one of the most compassionate and caring pain management physicians in the field and I have seen 3 before I was lucky enough to have found her. This physician cares about my pain number one but, also cares if my medication is too much or too little. She cares about my ability to still enjoy some aspects of a normal life even though a patient suffers from chronic pain. Her personality and entire way of being is outstanding in every aspect of being a doctor. Doctors are suppose to walk the walk of what they talk and she does 100%. Her staff (Valerie,Jasmine,Manjue,Amber,Lilly) are all amazing people as one would expect from the quality of employer they have. Dr Dulal & her staff are amazing..They are very professional..Dr Dulal takes the time to get to know you as the patient and her bedside manner is awesome...She really cares and devotes her time to helping you.

Dr. Dalal is one of the most caring doctors that I have ever seen. It is obvious that the doctor is motivated by ensuring every patient leaves the office with pain relief, as well as ideas and strategies for the patient to explore. The doctor is willing to take time with patients to develop a treatment strategy that is effective for the individual patient. Highly recommend this Dr.

If I could give zero stars or negative ones, she would definitely get it. I have never seen a doctor so inconsiderate of their patients. Appointment times start at 9:30 but she doesnt mosey into the office until 10:15 or later. Each appointment time has between 4 and 6 patients scheduled for the same time slot. If you come to see Dr Dalal, plan to spend a minimum of 1.5 hours waiting for your 2 minute visit with her. She has absolutely NO concern or respect for her patients time. I would not recommend her to even my worst enemy, unless of course you love to sit around and wait for hours on end to only be shown utter disrespect. Excellent Physician Dr. Dahal will not prescribe medications unless they are needed. When I came to her 3.5 years ago I couldnt hold my head up...now I feel great! Im healthier, have have coping skills for the pain plus my pain is 1/3 of what it was. I even opened my own successful shop. I get to spend better quality time with my son. She changed my life. If you want to get out of pain and improve your life she is the absolute best doctor. If you need medication she will asure you get it. She leads by example and never pre-judges a situation. Her goal is to find each individual patient their own path to living the best quality of life possible. This is my doctor I've been seeing her for about 2 years now and as long as you follow the rules and do what she says she will help you. With all the laws changing there are a lot of strict rules so it is hard to get medication because of all the substance abuse but as long as you follow the rules and guidelines meaning I mean every 30 days and keeping her updated on your health she is an amazing doctor I have no complaints. Everyone needs to get a pain specialist because the hospital has changed a lot of loss and I have a chronic illness so I don't always like going to the emergency room. Dr Dalal is awesome! I’ve been going to her for 8-10 years for shots in my back because of a bad nerve and I walk away every time pain free for a long time. It’s been 5-6 years since I’ve been to her.... but headed her way soon for the same thing. She knows her business. I’ve never had one bit of problems out of any of her staff. Yes it might be your attitude! You usually have to wait on a “good doctor”. I’m willing to do that! Dr Dalal is awesome! Dr Dalal has treated my husband's terrible back pain intermittently for about 12 years. She probably delayed his having surgery by several years. I am now seeing her for pain related to cancer. She takes a holistic approach to pain management and encourages a patient to consider not only the physical aspects of pain but also the mental/emotional part. So If all you want is some narcotics for your pain, this may not be the best doctor for you, although she will certainly prescribe what she thinks you need. She does listen to you and what you want. I like her a lot and believe she and I are working together to deal with my pain but I am keenly aware she wants me to take an active role.

I have been seeing Dr. Dalal for 10 or more years off and on and she is the best in my book. She takes the time to discuss your issues most doctors spend no longer than 15 minutes with you Dr. Dalal spends what ever it takes. She has relieved my chronic back pain several times. My book 5 Stars.

I am a non-curable melanoma cancer that has been diagnosed with 2 brain tumors and liver cancer. All this Dr wanted to do was tell me I had morphine in my system and tried to tell me I was addicted to tramadol. My new Dr's told me this cancer will never go in remission and I have yo have chemo and Mri's and radiation for the rest of my life. I probably can sue Dr. Dalal and might look into it. Her bedside manner and Jasmine and her whole staff was completely rude to me. I will never forget how they treated me there and I'm not afraid to tell everyone I know. I have been diagnosed with 2 melanoma brain tumors and melanoma liver cancer that is not curable. I have to have radiation and chemo treatment for the rest of my life. She tried to tell me I had morphine in my system and addicted to tramadol. I tried to talk to her and Jasmine but they judged me and made me feel completely uncomfortable. And instead of helping me she tried to tell me to look my condition up online all the time. She needs to go back to her own country.

Dr. DALAL is a wonderful doctor. She is extremely professional, patience itself, and concerned with her patients improving their health. The staff is just great to deal with and I recommend her heartily.

I have been going to see Dr. Dalal for over a year, I am very impressed with her knowledge and patience for her patients. I have been very difficult to treat because of several diseases that causes severe pain, she is very good at working with me to see that my pain is manageable. I have and will continue to refer her to my family and friends. The office staff are very caring, and responds to every question with a personal and caring response.

Dr. Dala is the first pain management doctor for whom I have total respect and trust. She never rushes me even when her waiting room if full. However, if you are new, please know that you may have to wait an hour or even more at times. She is that popular.
